“Oh! Are we playing Shit That’s Happened to Sonic Bingo?”

“What?”

“It’s a game we like to play to catch up with eachother when it been a while. Everyone takes a card and fills it out with 24 ridiculous things, like been a pirate, fought a dragon, become a werewolf, stuff like that. Then we all take turns reading something off our cards and Sonic has to tell us if he’s ever done it or not.

If Sonic has done your thing, he gives everyone a brief description of when and why, then you and anyone else with that thing on their card take a shot and mark it off. If Sonic hasn’t done your thing, he takes a shot and you mark it as a win. If you get a bingo of losses you’re out, though usually you just keep playing anyway.

We play until we’re all too smashed to continue, or until everyone’s read all their cards. Everyone left without a bingo is declared a winner. If there’s no-one left Sonic wins.

You should play! It would be fun to have some complete newbies in the game!”

“But what about...?”

“Tails plays with pop rocks and soda. He and Knuckles have an advantage anyway because they know Sonic so well. They usually win.”

Day (515/100) in my #∞daysofwriting @the-wip-project ... This could probably be used as real drinking game for any particularly long-running franchise without much problem.
