🌹Feeling inspired by these beautiful words of Bahá'u'lláh. . During this time when everyone is facing challenges, I felt inspired to compile a number of songs on the theme of solace and upliftment from all my albums released over the course of the last 20 years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This compilation album, ‘Songs of Solace’, includes The Long Healing Prayer, the prayer for natural disasters, prayers for protection and assistance, and prayers to be recited during times of difficulty. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My aim in releasing this album now is so that you can share it with friends who are going through difficult times. Made it!! 🙌🏽 2nd online studio session this week with awesome @askebode is over and I couldn’t be happier 🙌🏽🌹💎 I’m so grateful we managed to pull through - even with the whole family being home with C infection - me included. I managed (again) to break the curve on the first day and with symptoms almost gone, we decided to follow through. - Aske amazes me every time with his extraordinary musicality and wizard skills. I’ve been waiting for this for a looong time (‼️) : Finally I will be recording the rest of my EP!! 💫💫💫 Release date is set for for March 4th 2022! 💥 The last almost two years have been crazy. The world is changing rapidly - some say we’re waking up. I chose to believe so, because I cannot dwell in the negativity and growing fear. I refuse to go down that line. - So many circumstances have gotten in the way of the originally planned album recording in spring 2020. So many moments of sensing this growing underlying notion of despair and resignation. But I’ve refused to give in to this.
