So basically

It's inspired by the story Almond by Won-Pyung Son in a way.

Basically, one day she was out with her family at some sort of holiday festival. However, someone came and started killing people. Cocoa's family were all victims, she was not. The murderer was killed by law enforcement before it could happen. She was forced to live.

Someone who her mother entrusted her with should something ever happen ran a cafe. They first met in the cafe, and that's where Cocoa Cookie had cocoa for the first time. She had to go to the cafe with this person every day, and she got free cocoa every day. That's how she developed her love for cocoa.
