Although Shishio succumbs to his feelings and visibly shows his sympathy for Epel, he himself does not understand that he is in love😳😳😳 (SO FAR)

Epel does not like Shishio romantically yet, he just sees senpai in him who sometimes behaves unusually (when Shishio shows sympathy), he is a little interested💞💞💞
