Working at a pet store for nearly a year made it so easy to identify breeds of hamsters I’m insane with it
#and yet I’m still never getting one 😁#fuckers have a nasty bite for such little things#and they very easily die even when taken care of properly I’m not joking#sometimes they’ll just straight up get diarrhea and die because they got stressed from moving cages#and it’s VERY COMMON and even with treatment their chances of survival are pretty iffy#even in the wild they’re extremely fragile like how have you guy survived this long as a species
