#txt#sometimes my mental health struggles in regards to trauma cause me so much emotional turmoil im shocked ive made it this far#ugh. not gonna lie i shouldnt have gone as long without my meds as i have >_< i dont know what i was thinking#its hard enough that sometimes i wish i could just go on temporary disability for a year so i can go through therapy
