Right, I forgot to make a post about this sgjjsfj but it's amusing to note that these three worked together to fight Mask and defeated him once before James revived him.

Ikkaku and Yumichika are 11th Division guys who go by the 1v1 code and none of them went dibs on soloing Mask. Meaning, knowing the situation they're in, they prioritized survival and/or their duty as shinigami over their division's code. It's also awesome seeing how Ikkaku worked well with Shūhei!

From having contrasting beliefs when it comes to battle, the three of them worked well as a team!

And in that particular screenshot/scene, it's cute that the three of them were totally in sync :))
