so we know that ALttP Link turns into a bunny in the dark world, TP Link turns into a wolf in the twilight realm, and OoT Link/Hero's Shade is a golden wolf (whether that would be his dark/twilight realm form in life isn't explicitly confirmed but I'd believe it)

so what animals would the other Links turn into :o

recently I'm very fond of the idea that BotW Link would be a raccoon for two reasons: raccoons wash their food and cooking/food in general is so integral to the gameplay of BotW and BotW Link's portrayal. Raccoons also have dexterous paws for committing mischief and BotW Link is able to manipulate objects and his environment more than any other incarnation. he would absolutely be a hylian trash panda
