You need pizza sauce. That is an oddly pivotal ingredient. Anyway, you get your toast, butter it, pop about a spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece and spread it. Then, on one piece, you get some shredded cheese. Mozz or cheddar are best. Then you fry an egg, two if you feel like it.

You want the yolks dippy and the whites solid. You do this by using a spatula and breaking the sac of white around the yolk, not the yolk itself. Once the bottom's cooked, flip the egg. It'll need another minute or so to cook the rest of the white.

Then, pop you egg onto the toast with cheese on it. If you have two eggs, put one down first, top it with cheese, and then add the other egg. Then you put the non-cheesed piece of tomato toast on top of the egg.

The result will be messier than a crime scene, but by God you will be Satiated.
