Anyway what I'm trying to impress upon you once again is that Jeff Ward understood the assignment

dude is doing some homage for sure. definitely pulling on strings of previous giants like... some mix between Jim Carrey's the Mask and Heath Ledger's Joker with some Pennywise the Clown flare in addition to COMPLETELY groking the fundamental sopping wet cringefail of Buggy himself.
