tried sony music's "aqcuire unknown properties" thing hoping it would give me track numbers so I didn't have to keep doing it manually (it doesnt) but I found out it has no idea what genres these songs are

#death machine by ajj is “pop vocal”#massacration is “classic british metal”#against me is somehow pop punk #the garden is pop vocal #somehow it got death right as pre-punk and l7 as grunge #some of them are right like skunk anansie as alt rock or crypta as death metal #but the ones that are wrong are bizarrely wrong #massacration classic british...... what #which is made funnier by the fact surra is labeled brazillian rock #how do you get surra (mostly) right but massacration so wrong????#also twisted kaiju tale was marked general world and i have no idea what that means #also all pigs must die as hardcore punk? ig?? arent they a metal supergroup???#also slightly related i managed to fuck up my whole sony music bc i moved the folder i was using to transfer music to it and then the #walkman so i had to go through and delete doubles and triples that was fun #edit: i will give massacration a slight pass bc it *is* a parody of that genre but still #found another funny one #amaranth by nightwish black metal #thats one of their most pop like songs what...... how is symphonic metal even close to black metal
