I love talking abt books i read as a kid bc ppl expect like. Idk harry potter or percy jackson or smth and then im like so basically i became obsessed with this piece of historical fiction when i was eight because i misread "fearless" as "fairies" when i bought it at a flea market and i got too engrossed in the plot to be disappointed

#this isnt a im not like other girls this is a i was a fuck it we ball kid #like i never could accurately figure out the plot from the title nor did i ever properly read the synopsis #id just grab a book and go which is how i ended up reading animal farm when i was 10 #tells you ALL you need to know about the type of kid i was #chattering #somehow i never encountered percy jackson in the wild actually. weird #im sure i would have loved it tho i ate up books like a monster
