#so sleepy. always.#some wohld call 9pm too late for a nap. those people arent napmaxxing like a real sleepercel.#i had to walk to the store adter work in the cold and the snow with my heavy ass backpack#and i am frail and sickly like a little victorian child unfortunately so doing too much psychical activity makes me exhausted after#im. just glad its lessened n ive grown a bigger tolerance.#still tired 80% kf the time though. rip#i dont mean like im out kf shape so walking too long makes me out of breath#i meam i spent nov-early dec in and out kf the hospital bc i overworked myself to collapse then kept trying to go back to work#what can i say. ocpd will have you dreaming of labour.
