Warnings Against False Teachers
âI appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naĂŻve.â
Romans 16:17-18
Paul addresses false teachers in all of his letters, and is always warning his readers to be on the lookout for them, that their interests are not in growing fellow believers into further practical and applicable knowledge in Christ but to make themselves look and feel wise. To be the center of attention, and even some, deliberately lying to their audience for some twisted satisfaction in being able to convince people of their lies. Or even those who have a terrible misunderstanding or blindness to the truth of God's word, His doctrine, and even His commandments and therefore lead others away with their self satisfied assured ignorance.Â
âfor such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites'.âÂ
The best translation here is belly instead of appetite. And the Greek word for that is koilia (koy-lee'-ah) can mean the physical organ but also âthe inner manâ and its origin is koilos which means hollow.Â
Jesus also uses this word when he is talking about how food is not what makes us clean or unclean, but rather the contents of our heart and desires is what does so.Â
And he called the people to him and said to them, âHear and understand: it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person.â Then the disciples came and said to him, âDo you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?â He answered, âEvery plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up. Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.â But Peter said to him, âExplain the parable to us.â And he said, âAre you also still without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the stomach and is expelled? But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander. These are what defile a person. But to eat with unwashed hands does not defile anyone.â
Matthew 15:10-20
This is why it is so important that we know God's word for ourselves. That is why the Holy Spirit is with us, to help combat the whispered enticing lies of the world trying to convince us that parts of the bible aren't true because they donât sound âloving, kind, or nice.â We do not want to defile ourselves with lies and the slandering of God's character.Â
For the bible to be called a sword is so appropriate because it needs to be sharp to cut down the supernatural enemy. We donât want to ever use God's word to tear someone down however, and all truth needs to be delivered in love. Our tongue is described just as sharp, and so we need to make sure God's word is sharpening our tongue, our words, in turn to be used properly and in a way that is honoring to God.Â
âEveryone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting,â
2 John 9-10
John says to not even greet them, let alone allow them into your home. It can even be read as the home. The early church didnât have separate buildings for worship and teaching, but met in each other's homes. So John is most likely saying here âdo not let them into the Lords home to give them a foot hold to spread their deceitâÂ
We also know that the word of God spread because of those traveling on foot (going on ahead), town to town, often staying with fellow church members during their missionary work. John's concern here is allowing these false traveling teachers into your home, into the church, that it could be perceived as an agreement with their beliefs.Â
Earlier in his letter however he reminds the readers that we are to love as God commanded us to. Love God and follow his commandments and all work for His glory and our growth. If our feet are solidly set on Jesus, and our words prepped with love I know the Holy Spirit can help us through any situation we may come across that could have us interacting with a false teacher seeking to drag us away from Christ.Â
And this does not mean we are to cut ourselves off from unbelievers (how else are they to become believers) but that we should be careful with how we interact with them, especially if it's a believer weaker in faith, for our own spiritual health.Â
we are responsible for the words we use, our interpretations of God's word, and how we share our knowledge with others. We need to be intune with God -be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God (Romans 12:2a)- so that we donât take the proverbial mic from Him, misleading people with our own corrupted opinions. (Corrupted in the sense that our sin nature is not God's nature.)Â
Those who deliberately twist God's word for their own gain will have a hefty consequence to answer to, due to the grave sin of leading others to death. Teaching carries a weight of responsibility for others. So ensure you know Godâs word as He wrote it, and donât try to twist it to justify yours or others sins.Â

đđđ ?!
pairing: aizawa x fem!reader note: thanks to @violetraccoon04 and @hiqhkey for giving me the inspiration to write this!! Part 3 of dating the teacher series ! (Pt 1 and pt 2) summary: class 2a has always wondered if their stoic teacher has a partner⌠huh.. the more you know! (This is set post war so class 1a are now second years.) content: fluff, crack, teasing, just class a being sillies. wc: 1.5k
Your favorite people in the whole world are soon to leave for school, one a teacher one a student. You check over both of them. From what you can see Denki has his backpack, his training bag, his lunch (which he complains about packing because he wants to eat at the cafeteria every single day) and his hero gear.
Shota on the other has all of his lesson planning things, his eyepatch on his face, a protein shake, coffee, lots of coffee and his scarf around his neck.
You look at them expectantly, but before you could say anything Shota beats you to it, âyou sure youâre okay taking Eri in today?â
âBabe, I promise you itâs no big deal. Her school isnât far from my workplace.â His eyes soften and he gives you the kiss that he gives you every time he has to leave. Of course the romantic moment is ruined by your son, âcould you guys swap saliva some other time? yuck.â
Both you and Shota turn to glare at the high schooler and he just smirks accordingly.
âIâll see you Friday, sweet boy. Stay out of trouble. Sho, youâll be back before midnight right? Or do you have to patrol?â He smiles at you which puts your mind at ease. Even though the war has been over for a couple of months now, you still feel paranoid watching your son and husband leave out into danger.
âIâm patrolling until 10:30 so Iâm pretty sure Iâll be back before midnight.â You let out a sigh of relief.
U.A. has let up on their strict policy of students being in the dorms at all times, and has allowed them to visit their families on the weekend, which is why you get to see Denki every weekend before he has to return to the dorms for the week.
âIs your laundry clean?â
âYes, mom.â
âYouâve turned in all your assignments, right?â
âYesssss, mom.â
âAnd you still have allowance to buy food if you nee-â
âHeâs got everything, darling. Try not to worry too much.â You kiss Shota again, tension leaving your body.
âOkay. Iâll see you guys later. I love you both, stay safe.â
âLove you too mom!â
âWeâll be safe, bye baby.â
Denki had stopped by his dorm before heading to his home room⌠which also happened to be his first period class⌠and the man teaching the class is his stepdad.
The young boy was told by both you and Aizawa that their marriage was no secret and he could tell his friends if he pleased.
And yes, he had planned to.. awhile ago, but heâs just embarrassed sometimes. Not by you! Or Aizawa. He already considers the man his father, itâs just, what would his friends think? He knows most will probably be kind about it considering Aizawa is their teacher.
But heâs still scared of being ridiculed for such a thing. He lets those thoughts disappear as soon as he walks through the classroom door.
The first thing he does is go and bother Shinso. He had been trying to make the boy his friend but he is very closed off and hard for even Denki to talk to.
Theyâve made progress though, mainly because Aizawa talked about how heâs trained the boy a few times.
âHey Shinsoooo, wanna get lunch together later? Todayâs lunch is always the best!â
âDonât you always bring your own lunch on mondays?â Denki smiles, âyeah but you could always give me a little bit of yours and Iâll trade you some of mine! My momâll never find out.â
âYeah no, Iâm good.â
âCome on man!!! Please!!!â Before Shinso can deny him again Mina makes her way over to Denki and places her hand on his shoulder.
âDenki! How was your weekend? Do anything fun?â The boy stops himself from saying that he and Aizawa went shopping together to find you a birthday gift.
âNahhh you know me, video games for life!â Mina rolls her eyes playfully.
âAlright, you know the deal, in your seats.â Aizawa mumbles out to the class.
Nobody wastes time finding their seats.
âI know you guys would rather work together or something but Iâm gonna be lecturing today.â A couple of groans and sighs leave the lips of various 2-A students. Aizawaâs posture straightens and his look is deadly. Everyone else straightens up, but Denki has to keep himself from laughing.
He canât take Aizawa seriously when he makes such sickeningly sweet faces to you at home.
âWould you like to share whatâs so funny, Kaminari?â Your last name had been Kaminari before you got married. You gave your son the option to keep your maiden name or go with Aizawa and he chose your maiden name. He said that he didnât want to get married one day and not have his own last name, whatever that meant.
âUh, no sir.â He responds straightening his face.
âNow, if any of you have a problem with me lecturing you can go out in the hall and read the whole textbook.â Nobody makes a sound and for good reason, that textbook is thicker than a dictionary.
âAs I thought. Now onto the lecture.â
Denki had been falling asleep during the lecture so half way through, in his sleepy state he raises his hand, âHey, dad?â
The blond feels the classâs eyes on him and gets scared that heâd accidentally exposed himself which he did but thatâs not why his friends are staring. They just find the slip up funny, they donât know Aizawa is really his stepdad.
âDID YOU JUST CALL HIM DAD? WHAT AN IDIOT.â Bakugo snorts loudly.
Denkiâs face reddens and he covers it up in embarrassment.
âLooks like someone was takinâ a snooze.â Sero says with a chuckle.
âOh come on guys, be nice. Iâm sure weâve all slipped up and called our teacher dad/mom before!â Uraraka says trying to calm down the laughter.
âIs it strange that I have never called a teacher mother or father before?â Todoroki asks suddenly feeling like an outcast. Midoriya tries to explain to him that he is in fact normal and not an outcast.
âSettle down. It was an honest mistake and I donât blame him. Iâm technically his father.â That gains the classâs attention.
Denki squeaks out a noise of embarrassment.
Aizawa immediately understands the situation his eyes widening a little in both shock and amusement, âyou havenât told them yet?â
Denki uncovers his face, âI was going to eventuallyâŚ!â
âTell us what?!â Kirishima asks excitedly.
âI am Denkiâs stepfather. His mother and I are married.â Itâs silent for a second but of course Mineta breaks the silence.
âWait does that like mean you get good grades, cuz they bang each other?â
âTHEYâRE MARRIED. M A R R I E D. NOT CASUAL!!!â Denki explains his face as red as a tomato.
âThat still stands, your mom is married to your teacher, you can benefit from that!! Aizawa sensei, since weâre Denkiâs friends can we get good grades too?!â Mina asks excitedly.
âThatâs enough, nobodyâs getting any special treatment. If anything Denki has to work 10x harder, because Iâm around to watch him do his homework.â Half the class responds with âawâ or âaw man.â
âAnd mineta,â he stiffens at his name being called.
âI will not hesitate to send you out for inappropriate comments, do you understand?â
âYes sir.â
âPay up I was right!â Jiro of all people says.
âHUH?â Denki asks in shock.
âWell, we were betting on senseiâs relationship status. âIs he in a relationship or not?â was the question weâve all been asking. Everyone was saying no, but I noticed that necklace he wears. It has a ring on it.â Jiro explains.
Sero and Bakugo both groan taking money out of their pockets. Uraraka holds out her hand too, they also owe her for being right.
Aizawa had always kept his necklace with his wedding ring tucked into his shirt so he had no idea how Jiro caught that.
âOh crap that means I owe money too!! I made a bet saying he was married to present mic!â Mina sighs digging in her bag for her clutch purse.
âI prefer my wife over Mic any day.â Aizawa confirms. (In another life he would so marry him.)
âYou guys donât think itâs weird? That like- heâs my stepdad?â
âUh, not really. I mean the only thing that matters is that you and your mom are happy.â
Denki realizes then and there he had no reason to be scared, his friends didnât seem to mind all that much that Aizawa was his stepdad.
But from time to time when he hung out with them one would ask, âyou think you can get on Aizawa senseiâs good side so _________â

You were at Bradley's house on Sunday night a lot later than you originally anticipated, but you just couldn't seem to make yourself leave. He kept luring you back to the couch with the promise of one more quick snuggle, and you fell for it every single time.
"I have to get my lesson plans in order for tomorrow," you whispered as you kissed your way along the scars on his cheek from your spot on his lap.Â
"Bring them with you next time," he murmured, big hands warm on your lower back.
"You wouldn't mind?" You knew what a turnoff it was for your ex whenever you even mentioned your classroom full of kids, so it would have never occurred to you to bring your work with you down to Coronado for the weekend.
Bradley's fingers stroked your bare skin as he said, "Maybe I could help you? I actually like a lot of the same stuff as your fourth graders. Like airplanes and dogs and their teacher."
You snorted with laughter against his neck, but you said, "Next weekend I'll bring my lesson plans with me."
"Excellent," he murmured. "Then you can stay even later."
You knew without a doubt that in a few more weeks, you'd be sleeping over on Sunday night and driving straight to work on Monday morning if he asked you to. How could you not? The entire weekend had been incredible even with Vanessa crashing in on Friday. Being around Bradley felt like something close to magic with the way he talked to you and touched you. Earlier this morning, you sent him out for a run with Natasha, and he came back to you all sweaty and needy. You even got an adorable photo of him stopping to tie his shoe on a bench which his best friend texted you. And after lunch, you took a spider outside for him when he begged you to get rid of it, and he thanked you with at least a hundred kisses.
But now, when you tried to stand up, Bradley pouted and wrapped his arms around you a little tighter. "I'll see you when you come up to my school on Wednesday," you whispered with a smile.
"That's so far away," he groaned, letting his arms go limp at his sides as you wiggled yourself free. "I don't like that at all."
You pressed your lips together to keep the massive, goofy smile that threatened to take over your entire face at bay while you collected your things. Bradley watched your every movement as you said, "It's not like I won't text you some potentially dirty photos and call you just to tell you I love you."
He was on his feet right then and there with a ridiculous looking grin of his own. "Say it again, Gorgeous."
You looked up at him as he closed the distance with three long strides, and you said, "I love you."
It took you another twenty minutes to finish making out with him, and then he carried everything out to your car where you made out a little bit more. You got home really quite late.
-----------------------------
On Wednesday morning, you made the rookie mistake of telling your kids that a visitor would be spending the afternoon in your classroom, but you were too excited about it to keep quiet.
"Is it Lieutenant Bradshaw?" Violet asked immediately as she bobbed in her seat.
"You'll just have to wait and see," you replied, getting your language arts notes ready to teach.
"Is he bringing his Super Hornet with him?" Harrison practically screamed.
"He can't bring a fighter jet to school," Jayden scoffed. "It would take up too many parking spots."
"I never even said who our special visitor is!" you reminded them as you started writing a few spelling words on the board.
Nia sighed behind you and murmured, "If it's not Lieutenant Bradshaw, then what's the point?"
You had to stifle your laughter, because you didn't disagree. You weren't even sure what he had in store for your kids, but he insisted he was going to need at least two hours with them. When you had questioned him about getting leave from base for the afternoon, he just laughed. "The Navy loves it when we do classroom outreach. I'm sure my commanding officers will all make it a point to thank me for volunteering, so there's no way I'm telling them that I'm visiting my girlfriend's school. But I'm sure they'll catch on by the fourth or fifth time I ask for the afternoon off."
Whenever he used the word girlfriend, you couldn't stop smiling. And the insinuation that he would be visiting multiple times made you giddy. You just had to get through the morning and lunchtime, and then he would be here.
"Spelling words. Let's focus," you told your class. "We can worry about our visitor in a few more hours." But they were already antsy, and they remained that way until you sent them to the lunchroom to cause some havoc without you. That's when you realized that you were antsy, too. How in the world were you already so attached to Bradley that three days apart felt like a week? How were you supposed to do a deployment when the time came? Your heart ached a little bit whenever you thought about spending months away from him.
You picked at your lunch at your desk and checked your phone. Bradley texted you nearly an hour ago to let you know that he was on his way up which prompted you to scroll through some of the photos of him you had saved. "It never gets old," you muttered as you examined the first picture he ever sent you of his face. He looked so tall and handsome on the deck of the aircraft carrier, and you had to stop gawking when your kids came back to the room.
"Is Lieutenant Bradshaw coming soon?" Oliver whined on his way to his desk. "It's taking forever!"
There was no point in denying that he was the special guest, so you just said, "He should be here soon. Practice your spelling words quietly at your desk, okay?"
You walked to your door and peeked out into the hallway. The front office knew he was coming ahead of time today, so there shouldn't be much of a holdup. That's when you saw him. His combat boots squeaked on the floor as he turned the corner, and he ran his fingers through his wavy hair. Each long stride brought him closer to you, and you realized he was holding a large envelope that said CLASSIFIED as well as a coffee from Starbucks in his other hand.
"Gorgeous," he called out when his gaze met yours, and you memorized the way his pace grew quicker so he could get to you. He looked so big and strong in his flight suit, it was unreal. "I missed you," he promised, brown eyes wide and sincere, and then his lips were on yours in the sweetest kiss.
An eruption of voices from inside your classroom started a chorus of, "Oooooh!" as you laughed against your boyfriend's lips.Â
"She's kissing Lieutenant Bradshaw!" Violet hissed.
"I already told you they're getting married," Jayden insisted.
"I think they might already be married," Nia whispered.
"No, because her name would be Mrs. Lieutenant Bradshaw," Oliver told everyone while Bradley erupted into laughter as well.
"Are you ready for this disaster?" you ask as you nodded toward your open door where eighteen pairs of eyes were staring back at the two of you.
"Absolutely," he rasped. "Nothing like spending an afternoon with all of my pen pals."
------------------------------
Bradley followed you to the front of your classroom, fighting the urge to put his hands on your waist and pull you close the entire way. Your kids already saw him kiss you, for the second time. Maybe the third time if some of them witnessed him with his lips all over yours in the parking lot last week. You were holding the coffee he brought for you and glancing back to smile over your shoulder at him, and he had to remind himself not to cause too much of a scene in front of your class.
"What do we say when we have a special guest visit us?" you asked with a smile.
"Thank you!" your students all shouted in unison.
You were smirking at him as you said, "Thanks for visiting us again today, Lieutenant Bradshaw."
"I can't seem to stay away," he replied, and when he looked up at the kids sitting at their desks, he realized they were as excited to see him as he was to see them. "I hope you're not sick of me yet."
Violet was shaking her head with her pencil poised over her notebook like she was ready to record everything Bradley said. Henry was halfway onto the top of his desk in anticipation. Jayden shouted out, "No way! You're the coolest adult I ever met!"
Bradley tried to hide his smile, but it was impossible. "You're the eighteen coolest kids I've ever met," he promised. Then he winked at you and said, "And you have a way cooler teacher than I ever had in elementary school." You sipped your coffee happily as he held up the envelope in his hand and said, "I brought a bunch of stuff with me today, including blueprints for some jets that are flown in the Navy. But first, does anyone have any questions they want me to try to answer?"
When one girl's hand shot into the air before the others, he pointed to her and said, "You're Nia, right?"
She nodded as you muttered, "I can't believe you remember who is which kid."
"Yes!" Nia said before pointing from you to Bradley. "Our teacher is really pretty, and we all saw you give her a kiss. Did you marry her?"
Bradley chuckled, and you nearly dropped your drink before ducking away from him. "Uh... not yet, Nia," he told the girl, and her face fell.
"Well, when are you going to?"
Bradley glanced toward Jayden who asked the follow up question and said, "I'm kind of hoping for next summer, but I'll let her decide."
You set the coffee down on your desk and turned to face him with surprise in your eyes. "How about we stay on the topic of aviation?" you asked your class, but your voice sounded soft and breathy. "What's in the classified envelope, Lieutenant Bradshaw?" you asked, barely meeting his eyes as you smiled. "Is it really classified?"
Bradley cleared his throat and murmured, "Nah, I just thought it looked cooler." He really wanted to hear your thoughts on his comment about next summer, but that could wait. "But, at one point in time, these blueprints really were classified government property." He emptied the contents out onto Harrison's desk in the row and held up the first blueprint. "Does this look familiar to anyone? I might have sent your teacher a picture of me sitting in the cockpit of this type of jet."
"A Super Hornet!" called Oliver as he bounced in his seat.
"That's right," Bradley told him. "Anyone remember the other name for it?"
When nobody else immediately responded, you said, "It's called the F/A-18. Right?"
"Yeah," he told you with a grin. "That's a gold star and bonus points for the teacher."
You still seemed to be stuck somewhere between surprised and embarrassed, but you returned his smile and asked, "Which other blueprints do you have there?"
Bradley passed around the copy of the F-35 Lightning II before ultimately letting Oliver keep it. "I do recall you saying that flying it would be like slam dunking off the back of a dragon," he said as Oliver's entire face lit up. Then he let everyone look at the blueprints for the EA-18 Growler, the E-2 Hawkeye, and the P-8 Poseidon. There was still a stack in front of him as he said, "There are actually nineteen blueprints here, so everyone can take one home." He quickly swiped the Super Hornet from the pile and walked it over to you. "This one's yours," he told you softly, doing his best to fight the urge to kiss you.
"Cool!" shouted Henry as the blueprints ended up all over the desks. The kids were still examining them loudly as you took the one for the aircraft Bradley flew in your hands.Â
"Thanks," you whispered, holding it against your chest. "And thanks for coming today."
"Lieutenant Bradshaw?" called Violet. "What happens when one of the aircrafts is broken? Do all the mechanics know how to fix all the airplanes? Or do they only learn how to fix one kind each? And where do they fix them? And did your jet ever need a mechanic?"
"That kid has aviator written all over her," Bradley muttered, letting his fingers brush the side of your hand as he walked toward Violet. "You remember my friend Marty? The mechanic from some of the videos I sent?" When she nodded, Bradley said, "Well, he knows how to fix the Super Hornets and a few other kinds of planes, too. He fixes mine all the time. That's why mechanics get deployed to aircraft carriers just like aviators do. But they also work on base on North Island in San Diego. Where I work most of the time."
Violet looked stunned. "So there are mechanics who fix the planes in San Diego?"
"Yep," Bradley replied as she clutched one of the blueprints in both hands. "In fact, I saw Marty yesterday, fixing part of a combustion chamber in the hangar when I got out of my jet."
Violet squeaked. "Oh, please, Lieutenant Bradshaw. Please, let us go to work with you one day!"
He started laughing as he turned back to look at you, but you just shrugged in response. "I mean, it would be cool," you mused as the rest of your kids chimed in.
"We could see your Super Hornet with your name on the side!"
"We could see all the airplanes!"
"We could talk to Marty!"
"We learned so much about aviation this year! Please?"
Bradley looked around the room and everyone was looking right back at him, waiting for an answer. When he met your eyes, he asked, "Are they allowed to go on a field trip?"
----------------------------
When the final dismissal bell rang and your classroom emptied out, you kicked the door closed, leaving you alone with your boyfriend. "Are you serious right now?" you asked with a smile as he pushed you back against the wall and started kissing your neck. "I inquired about taking a field trip to the Naval base ages ago, and everyone essentially told me it's pretty much impossible."
"Mmm," he hummed against your jaw as you pulled him closer. "If you want it, I'll make it happen, Gorgeous."
Your mind was swirling with too much information that didn't all quite make sense but all sounded beautiful nevertheless. "I want it," you whispered. "I want the field trip, and I want you to come back to my place."
He was running the tip of his nose along your ear, and you were slowly melting. "I don't know if I can wait that long. I haven't seen you in three days," he rasped, making you shiver.
"What are you going to do when you're deployed?" you asked him softly, trailing your fingers through his wavy hair.
Bradley groaned. "Baby, we are not talking about that right now."
His deliberate kisses made their way from your neck to your lips, but after a few seconds, you couldn't hold back any longer. You broke the kiss. "Were you serious? About next summer? You and me?"
Bradley's expression was soft as he ran his thumb along your bottom lip and said, "Okay, that we can talk about." Your heart was hammering in your chest as you kissed the side of his thumb. "Gorgeous," he rasped. "Is it really so crazy that I'm convinced we have a future together?"
"No." Your answer was immediate and sincere, because you already knew you felt the same way. "It's not crazy."
He kissed you hard on the lips before taking a step away from you. "Let's get out of here. I'm not going to be able to behave for much longer."
You were all smiles as you added, "And you're going to need to be fed soon."
"See? You already know exactly how to handle me."
Bradley carried your heavy tote bag and travel mug to your car while you held onto the Super Hornet blueprint, and then he followed you back to your apartment in his Bronco. It was almost comical having him there, taking up so much space in each small room, but your smile vanished when he looked you up and down with those pretty brown eyes.
"We should definitely fool around before we eat dinner," you said, and he immediately had you in his arms.
"A hundred percent," he replied, stumbling along to your bedroom. His flight suit was rough against your fingers, but his kisses were soft and sweet. Half of your clothing was off by the time you reached your bed, but he was still trying to pull one of his long sleeves down his arm.
"This is awkward," he mumbled with a laugh as you unhooked your bra. "This fucking flight suit." His movements slowed even more as he watched you drop to your knees in front of him in just your tiny underwear, and you started untying his boots. You looked up at him as you helped him take them off and tossed them aside, and then you pulled his flight suit down to his thighs. "Oh fuck," he whispered, running his fingers along your cheek as you kissed his erection through his briefs.
With his flight suit around his ankles, you looked up at his face and reached for the elastic waistband of his underwear. "Is this okay?" You tugged them down, his cock springing free, and you ran your lips along the tip, waiting for permission to do more.
"Holy shit," he gasped, yanking his undershirt over his head and nodding enthusiastically. "This is never not going to be okay."
You laughed softly before parting your lips and taking the velvety soft head of his cock onto your tongue. Bradley's eyes were glued to your mouth as you swirled your tongue in deliberately slow circles before taking him a little deeper. He was big and thick, but you took him as far as you could over and over, bobbing your head until your eyes watered.
"Jesus fucking Christ," he groaned when you licked at the strands of your saliva dripping down his balls. "Gorgeous. You're filthy." You looked up at him as you rubbed your cheek against his thigh. "And so damn sweet, Baby."
You nuzzled and kissed along his balls, taking his throbbing cock in one hand and giving him a squeeze. Bradley groaned and readjusted his footing, so you did it again. Now he was muttering your name softly and running his fingers along your hair as you sucked on his balls and jerked him off. He let you go for a few minutes, his abs flexing with each labored breath he took, and then you started to suck his cock again.
"Okay, okay," he eventually rasped, reaching for your shoulders and yanking you carefully to your feet. His cheeks were flushed, and his lips were parted as you turned away from him and got onto your hands and knees on the bed. He made a strangled noise, but as soon as you glanced back at him, he was on you, pulling your underwear to the side.
"Oh my god," you gasped. His hands were a bit rough on your hips as he started to push himself inside you, and he took you just like that. After a few hard thrusts, you were whining for more, legs shaking with need.
Bradley was babbling as he fucked you, his chest pressed to your back, one big hand stroking down the front of your body to your clit. "You're so fucking tight. Holy shit." He kissed along your shoulder. "You smell so good. I love you, Gorgeous." It sounded like he was lost in you, his voice just behind your ear as he pressed two fingers to your clit until you were panting and coming apart.
Even when you were both spent, he pulled you to your feet while he was still buried deep, and you were slightly dizzy from your receding orgasm. His lips were soft on your neck, and he held you to his chest with his big hands on your body. "If you want a North Island field trip for your class, I'll get right on making it happen first thing tomorrow morning."
You melted against him and whispered, "We're not talking about tomorrow yet. Not when I get to spend the whole night with you first. Let's go make dinner." His stomach growled in response, and you kissed him and said, "I love you."

This is every kid's dream field trip! I'm actually a little jealous! Bradley better be able to make this happen for his pen pals. Thanks @beyondthesefourwalls

chicken noodle soup.
pairing: mattheo riddle x reader
song inspiration: is it really so strange? by the smiths
author's note: just a soft fluffy comfort fic cause i've been thinking about matty lately and i needed cheering up after the end of kwaf. let's all laugh at the fact that i set a 1k limit on this fic only to fail miserably lmao đ
Mattheo Riddle was not a fan of Mondays.Â
Most of the time, Mattheo spent the first day of the week nursing a hangover and getting higher than a hippogriff at the Astronomy Tower with his friends to achieve equilibrium. The only thing he looked forward to every week was the prospect of riling you up in class. To be fair, it didnât take much to get under your skin. Being himself seemed to do the trick.Â
As he walked through the castle halls, Mattheo smiled to himself as he plotted out all the different ways he could provoke you on this dreadful day. For some sick and twisted reason, he reveled in the fact that only he could manage to rouse such a violent reaction out of you. There was something satisfying about the way your eyes blazed, your rosy cheeks tinged with heat as you told him off.
Maybe he'd flirt with you today. Tell you how good you looked in your short little skirt. Watch as you turned as red as the tie around your neck. His pretty little Gryffindor good girl. In Mattheo's mind, you were his to tease and taunt.
With his usual swagger, Mattheo sauntered into Advanced Transfiguration fully prepared to test out his new tactics on his nemesis, but you were nowhere to be found.Â
At first, he figured that you were just running late. Throughout the duration of your rivalry, Mattheo had never once witnessed you skip class. He wouldâve bet his entire cigarette supply that youâve had perfect attendance since first year. When Professor McGonagall started the lesson and you were still missing in action, Mattheo was understandably concerned.Â
The uneasy feeling in his stomach didnât mean that he was worried about you though. This was purely about mutual benefit. Mattheo couldnât very well have his Transfigurations partner skipping out on lessons. Even though he regularly did so himself. But still, that was different. Everyone knew he was a delinquent. You, on the other hand, were anything but. Until today, youâve probably never missed a class in your life.Â
Mattheo waited. Surprisingly, the two of you had the majority of your classes together. All of which dragged more than usual since you werenât there to yell at him for dicking around. When you still hadn't turned up for Charms or Herbology, he became convinced that something was horribly wrong. Missing one lesson was alarming, but three in a row? That was entirely out of character for you.Â
When Professor Sprout finally dismissed the class, Mattheo sauntered over to Grangerâs desk. As always, she was surrounded by her two dimwit friends who immediately tensed the second he loomed near. Potter and Weasley shot him matching menacing glares, but Mattheo ignored them entirely.Â
âGranger,â he drawled, leaning against the wooden desk. âCare to tell me where my partnerâs been all day?âÂ
The Gryffindor girl appeared a bit perturbed by the question. âWhy do you want to know where Y/N is?âÂ
Mattheo sighed in exasperation and produced the set of notes heâd taken during class. A first for him. He couldnât remember the last time he actually listened to an entire lesson, let alone take notes, but he knew that you would have a million questions for him when you returned. The notes were his way of saving himself from your relentless interrogation.Â
âFigured the little know-it-all would want my notes.âÂ
âY/N is feeling a bit under the weather,â Hermione said cautiously. âI can take the notes to her if youâd like.âÂ
âNo.â Mattheo declared rather suddenly. He cleared his throat and attempted to smooth over the sharp response. âNo, McGonagall tasked me with it. I donât want her docking points from my house when she finds out that you did my dirty work for me.â
Hermione raised a brow. âSure.â The quirk of her mouth told Mattheo that she wasnât convinced by his excuse. âWell, Y/N is resting up in the tower if you fancy a visit.âÂ
After a quick detour to the kitchens, Mattheo made his way over to Gryffindor tower. It was surprisingly easy to gain access to the lionâs den. He simply threatened a third year to let him in and got on with it. They truly needed to upgrade their security measures. One glare was all it took for Creevey to crumble and cave.Â
With a satisfied smirk, Mattheo walked past the gaudy common room. For Salazar's sake, hadn't the Gryffindors ever heard of subtlety? The decor consisted solely of crimson and gold and the furnishings looked like something out of that muggle show his nan loved to watchâAntiques Roadshow. Antique was right. The worn out couch that he passed looked older than him.
Merlin, now he was starting to sound like Malfoy. Mattheo hurried along before he caught the urge to fold origami notes and chuck it at Potter's head. Fortunately for him, the place was devoid of the Chosen One or anyone for that matter.
By now, his fellow classmates were all in the Great Hall eating dinner, which he was thankful for. It was no secret that Mattheoâs presence wouldnât be welcome here and he wasnât really in the mood to fight his way through the Gryffindors just to deliver a note from the kindness of his black heart. Thank Salazar that there wasnât a single soul in the tower to bicker with. Until he reached your dorm, of course.Â
The relationship between the two of you was volatile to say the least. Despite Mattheoâs reputation, you werenât shy about telling him off. When you were first assigned as partners, Mattheo had fully intended to let you do all the work while he skipped class to smoke, but he quickly realized that this would not be the case. You hunted him down at his hideout in the Astronomy Tower and discovered him blissfully sharing some premium grade mirthroot with Theo and Draco. When you found him, you were so angry that you dragged him by the ear all the way to the library, much to the amusement of his friends. Needless to say, Mattheo never missed a study session again.Â
In a way, Mattheo admired you for it. Aside from his friends, everyone in the castle feared him. It was sort of refreshing to have someone call him out on his shit. Especially if that someone was a funny, feisty, ferocious Gryffindor who he enjoyed pestering every chance that he got. Mattheo always did have a penchant for girls with an attitude problem.Â
Even as he knocked on your door, the Slytherin boy couldnât help but chuckle to himself when he heard you grumbling from the other side.Â
âOh, for Godricâs fucking sake, what is it now?âÂ
The door swung open, revealing a very pissed off Y/N. Clad in striped pajamas and fuzzy bunny slippers, you placed a hand on your hip and frowned. Even in the throes of sickness, you still somehow managed to inject venom in your glare. Mattheo grinned like an idiot.Â
âNice slippers, princess.âÂ
You huffed, crossing your arms. âWhat do you want, Riddle?âÂ
âTo make sure my partner doesnât slack.â He waved his set of notes around. âDonât think your sickness excuses you from studying.â
âThis is payback for making you revise with me after you fell off your broom and broke your arm, isnât it?âÂ
Mattheo cringed as he recalled the quidditch accident that sent him to the infirmary for a week. In true Y/N fashion, you were sitting by his bedside with a stack of books in your lap the second he woke up. Madam Pomfrey hadn't even put his arm in a sling yet before you were drilling him on proper spell enunciation and wand movements.
âYou terrorized the infirmary with your mnemonics,â Mattheo said with a dramatic sigh. âItâs my turn now. This is sweet revenge, Y/N.âÂ
You squinted at his barely legible handwriting. âIâm just surprised you took your head out of your arse long enough to take notes.âÂ
âGlad to see that illness hasnât lessened your bite. If anything, those teeth seem a little sharper than usual.â He leaned against the doorframe and smiled down at you. âFeeling a bit feral, princess?âÂ
âWhy donât you come a little closer and find out?â you quipped, baring your teeth at the aggravating boy.Â
The gesture appeared intimidating for a full second until you sniffled and launched into a coughing fit, which made Mattheo frown.Â
âAre you alright?âÂ
âOf course I am. I regularly cough my lungs out on nosy Slytherins whose sole purpose of existence is to make my life a living hell.â
He pressed the back of his hand against your forehead. The way his brow furrowed strangely resembled concern. Mattheo trained his chocolate brown eyes on you, examining the rosiness of your cheeks and the slight pinch of discomfort in your features.
"You're burning up." Mattheo's hand dropped from your forehead to the side of your neck. He pressed his fingers against your pulse point, feeling the erratic beating of your heart underneath his touch. It was strangely intimate. "You have an elevated heart rate."
You flushed and swatted his hand away. "Well, yes. That usually happens when one is ill."
"Come on, you should sit down."
"Don't tell me what to do, Riddle."
Mattheo rolled his eyes before dragging you by the elbow. Your protests fell on deaf ears as he barged his way into your dorm and walked you over to the bed. You watched as he pulled up a chair next to you before rifling through the contents of his backpack. Out of the sordid mess of his belongings, Mattheo produced a small container of soup. With a flick of his wand, he conjured a spoon.Â
âHere, have some of this. It should help.â
As soon as he pried the lid open, the heavenly smell of chicken noodle soup filled your senses. Mattheo scooped up an equal amount of soup and noodle and blew on it to cool it down before tilting it towards you. The sight of him offering you food like you were some helpless toddler was only slightly insulting. You swore to Godric that if Mattheo started making airplane sounds, youâd strangle the bloody twat.
âI can feed myself, you know.âÂ
âJust eat the damn soup, Y/N.âÂ
You rolled your eyes in return, but obliged nonetheless. Despite the source, you could never resist comfort food.
âChicken noodle soup?âÂ
As soon as you tasted it, you knew that it wasnât just soup. It was your favorite soup. The very same one that Winky made every third Wednesday of the month. You knew because you looked forward to it every time. It was even marked on your calendar. Thatâs how much you liked it.Â
Mattheo nodded absentmindedly. âYeah, I know itâs your favorite so I bribed Winky to make some.âÂ
You furrowed your brows in confusion. âHow do you know itâs my favorite?âÂ
For once in his life, Mattheo looked utterly uncomfortable. He averted his gaze and busied himself by stirring through the carrots and celery. âYou, uh, mentioned it in class once.âÂ
You couldnât help but smile. Maybe it was the fever talking, but you thought that was sweet. âYou remembered that?âÂ
Mattheo looked up, a stray curl kissing the tops of his cheekbones as he met your gaze. The shy smile on his face was alarmingly endearing. Sometimes when you looked at those angelic curls and stupid big, brown eyes, you forgot that you were supposed to loathe him. âOf course. Itâs my favorite too.âÂ
You chuckled, sniffling a little. âItâs like a hug in a cup, right?âÂ
The curly headed boy nodded. âIt totally is.âÂ
After you finished the soup, you expected Mattheo to take his leave. Instead, he inspected the vials of potions laying out on your night stand. He read through every label, frowning a little.Â
âYou should really have some pepperup potion in here.â Mattheo remarked as he arranged the vials one by one. âAre you sure this dose is potent enough? Maybe you should ask them to brew something stronger.âÂ
âPomfrey prescribed them herself. No offense, but I think Iâll take her years of healing experience over your expert opinion.â Mattheo gasped rather dramatically, which made you chuckle. âAs much as I appreciate the notes and the soup, I don't think it's wise for you to stick around. Iâm feeling a bit better, but I might still be contagious.âÂ
Mattheo shrugged. âItâs alright, Iâm not scared of a little cold. Besides, I still have to go over the Transfiguration assignment with you.âÂ
âArenât you worried that Iâll get you sick?âÂ
âNot really,â he said, waving off your concern. âI know youâre going to pester me about everything you missed in class, so I figured Iâd kill two birds with one stone.âÂ
To your surprise, Mattheoâs notes were extremely detailed. It was a bit hard to read given his boyish scrawl, but with a little help in translation, you were making great progress in becoming fluent in Riddle. The more Mattheo explained the concepts and ideas that were discussed in each class, the more baffled you were. You've always known that he was smarter than he let on, but this was borderline impressive.
âHow do you know all of that?âÂ
âI asked.â
âYou asked?â Mattheo stared blankly at your surprised expression. âYou never ask questions in class.âÂ
âI never had to since you're always there interrogating the professor like the little know-it-all that you are. Thanks to your absence, I had to fill your role in class today.â
You grinned. It grew wider and wider, spreading until your cheeks hurt. Mattheo glared at your joyous expression. âWhat? Whatâs that shit eating little grin for?âÂ
âYou missed me.â
Color flooded Mattheoâs cheeks. You were surprised to find how well crimson suited him. It was almost the exact shade of your house colors. âDonât be ridiculousââ
âRiddle, you asked questions in class. You took notes for me. You brought me chicken noodle soup." Mattheo flushed as you pointed out the obvious. "You totally missed me.âÂ
âIf you tell anyone, Iâll hex you.âÂ
âAdmit it, Mattheo. Your day was utterly dull without me.âÂ
Mattheo rolled his eyes, sighing in defeat. âFine, youâve got me. I was bored out of my mind without you around. How else am I supposed to pass the time if youâre not there for me to argue with?âÂ
âThereâs plenty of other people in the castle that you could bicker with.â
âYeah, but theyâre not you.âÂ
He seemed a little shocked by his own statement, but he didn't try to retract it. In fact, Mattheo almost seemed resigned to it.
âCareful, Riddle. It almost sounds like you have a crush on me.âÂ
âIâd have to be a bloody idiot to fall for a girl who absolutely despises me.âÂ
âThat wasnât a denial, you know.âÂ
He pinched the bridge of his nose like the very idea of it vexed him, but you caught the little smile he hid beneath his fingers. Mattheo snatched the notes from your hands. âFocus on the lesson, will you?â He grimaced as soon as the words left his mouth. âI canât believe Iâve just said that. Look at what youâre doing to me, Y/N.âÂ
âYouâll live, Riddle.â You poked a section of his notes that you hadnât quite deciphered. âNow what in the bloody hell is the Gobstopper Ruffian?âÂ
âThe Goblin Rebellion. Merlin, my handwriting isn't that bad.âÂ
âAre you kidding? A kindergartner writes more legibly than this.âÂ
The hours passed while you bickered and bantered. You hated to admit it, but you missed arguing with him too. Laying in bed all day had you positively bored, but yet time passed within the blink of an eye as you went back and forth with Mattheo. Somewhere between discussing the possibility of Longbottom running an underground exotic plant ring and arguing over the best Smiths song, the sun had set over the horizon. Mattheo rubbed his eyes and yawned.Â
âYou look knackered, Riddle,â you teased, patting the spot beside you. âDo you want to lie down for a bit?â
Chocolate brown eyes widened at you. âLie down? With you? On your bed?âÂ
âYes, thatâs typically how people do it.â You smirked as he shot you an apprehensive look. âUnless youâre too scared.ââ
Never one to back down from a challenge, Mattheo lifted the covers and gestured for you to make room. âScoot over, then.âÂ
The jest seemed to have backfired on you because now Mattheo was crawling into bed and making himself completely at home. All the apprehension from earlier melted as he pulled you against him, his chest pressed against your back as he nuzzled into the crook of your shoulder. You stifled a giggle as Mattheo released a satisfied little sigh.Â
Mattheo wrapped his arms around you until you were covered in the scent of amber, cinnamon, and leather. You never expected to unearth the fact that Mattheo Riddle was a great cuddler, but yet here you were, reaping the benefits of this newfound revelation. He slipped his fingers through yours and nuzzled closer.Â
"Who would've known that Mattheo Riddle was such a great cuddler?"
"If you tell anyoneâ"
"You'll hex me. Put a curse on my family. Set my possessions on fire. Yes, I know, Riddle. You keep threatening me, but you never follow through. I'm starting to think that you're losing your touch."
Mattheo squeezed your hip before twining your legs together. "I wouldn't test me, Y/N. You're in a very vulnerable position right now."
You chuckled as he scooted even closer. "Maybe, but you won't do anything."
"Why's that, princess?"
"You like me too much," you retorted, chuckling as Mattheo buried his face in your hair. "One day without me and you're already a needy mess."
"You infuriate me," Mattheo whispered against your ear. "But you're also the best part of my day. I couldn't imagine fighting with anyone else but you, my dear nemesis."
"I totally loathe you, Mattheo Riddle."
He chuckled as you snuggled into him. "I loathe you too, Y/N Y/L/N."
The irony of the statement contrasted with how tangled up you were wasn't lost on you. For two people who supposedly hated each other, cuddling with your enemy had never felt so right. The steady beat of Mattheo's heart lulled you towards sleep. You were slowly succumbing to its hypnotic lullaby until Mattheo's voice broke through the silence.
âY/N?â He murmured against your hair.
You shifted, your eyes feeling heavy as his warmth enveloped you. âHmm?âÂ
Mattheoâs voice was low and gravelly, flowing like honey in your ears. âThis is nice.âÂ
You smiled against the pillow, staring at your intertwined fingers. âBetter than chicken noodle soup?âÂ
You felt him grin against your skin before he leaned forward and pressed a gentle kiss on your temple. âWay better than soup.âÂ

Enjoy!
It was the last lesson before dinner, potions with the Slytherins. It was a gloomy day, the autumn weather making yet an appearance on this Monday afternoon in mid-October. The castle was cold, as it usually was this time of year, making you shiver. It didnât help that you were in the dungeons, they were usually much colder than the rest of the castle. You pulled your Gryffindor robes tighter around you, as to shield yourself from the cold that was seeping out of the stones. You had taken your usual seat next to one of your friends, Hermione.
âDid you see that Harry and Mattheo Riddle got into a fight again?â She asked in a hushed voice. You shook your head no.
âWhat, why? Are they hurt?â You whispered back with a worried note in your voice.
âThey didnât fight fight, they argued really bad, just now! Before class.â Hermione explained as you shook your head. Although youâve never really spoken to Mattheo before you didnât understand their problem with one another. You couldnât even remember what started it, but ever since first year theyâve been butting heads, getting into fights, taunting each other. Ron was no better, he would back Harry up whenever he would fight Mattheo, whether it was physical, or verbal didnât matter. You and Hermione tried to stay out of it, neither of you had any opinion on the boy that was Mattheo Riddle, now Draco was a different story. He would take any opportunity to be mean to either of you, using it to get a rise out of Harry and Ron. Mattheo didnât do that.
âReally? Do you know about what?â You replied to Hermione, she just had time to shake her head no before Snape walked in, effectively silencing everyone.
âProbably the usual.â Hermione whispered silently before turning to Snape to listen. The usual. The usual consisted of taunts such as âyou suck Potterâ which was usually answered with âtell that to your pathetic familyâ or âoh look an apprentice death eaterâ which was most of the time answered with âat least I have a future cupboard boyâ if it wasnât answered with fists. How Mattheo knew about the cupboard you had no idea.
âToday you will be divided into pairs to work on a particularly complicated potion.â Snapes voice pulled you out of your thoughts. He started to list the pairs in a bored sort of voice. Your attention piqued when you heard him call out your name.
âMiss l/n and Mr Riddle.â You looked around the classroom, trying to find him when you noticed that his eyes already were locked on you, an unreadable expression on his face. He sat in the back of the class, next to a boy you knew as Lorenzo Berkshire, you had worked with him before in arithmancy. You gave Mattheo a small, nervous smile before turning back to listen to Snapes instructions. If you were being honest, you were a bit nervous to work with him considering his dislike for your friends but when Snape finished talking, you walked up to him like he was any other student. You stretched your hand out to him and gave him a smile as you took a seat in the chair Lorenzo previously sat in.
âHi, Iâm y/n, looks like were partners for today.â You said as he shook your hand lazily.
âYeah, whatever, just try to keep upâ he said in a bored tone as he started to prepare the ingredients. You let out a rather, in your opinion, unattractive snort at his comment. He gave you a questioning look which made you realise that he didnât listen to Snape in the beginning of the lesson.
âYou know he paired us up based on how well weâve been doing in class⌠so we should be at the same level.â You said with an amused expression on you face as you started to get your book and the rest of the ingredients.
âSo, I think Iâm going to keep up just fine.â You mocked his voice at âkeep upâ and you donât know where the confidence came from to tease him but when he let out a small huff and the smallest smile youâve ever seen someone make you knew you were getting through his icy exterior.
âYou think youâre funny huh?â He said, now adorning a smirk on his handsome face. You gave a small laugh at that.
âOh, I know Iâm funny, yeah, people tell me so all the time. Question is, can you keep up with me?â You joked as you started to stir the cauldron the specific number of stirs as he added ingredients. He let out a low chuckle at that before leaning in into your space. His cologne hit your nose from how close he was. He smelled like sandalwood, nicotine and mint. Why did he have to smell so good?
âWeâre just getting started, love, letâs find out, yeah?â Did someone just turn up the heat? The coldness you felt moments ago was gone and replaced with the heat that radiated from his body. You felt a blush form on your cheeks from the pet name and his proximity. His smirk widened when he noticed your pink cheeks.
âLooks like I wonât have a problem keeping up after all, love.â He joked as he turned back to adding ingredients to the potion while you stirred. The lesson went by quicker than you thought, talking and joking with Mattheo. Turns out that he was, dare you say, sweet once he was given a chance, in his own Mattheo-esque way of course. He was also unbelievably flirty, it seemed like it was his personal mission to make you blush as much as he could. If he didnât grip your hand to make you stir in a specific way, he would call you âloveâ as much as he could. At the end of the lesson, you helped each other to tidy up your supplies, laughing about how Snape looked exactly like an overgrown bat when he swooped through the halls. You felt weirdly comfortable around him, like youâve known him for ages and not just for an hour.
âGood job today, Mattheo, I had really fun with you and Iâm glad we managed to get the potion right.â You said with a smile as you placed your hand on his arm.
âThanks love, you did really well today, keeping me on my toes and all.â He said with a smirk at the blush that crept up on your cheeks. You were about to reply when Ronâs shouting interrupted you.
âY/n, are you coming today or? Iâm starving!â Mattheo rolled his eyes at Ron, you gave Mattheo an apologetic smile.
âYeah, Iâm coming! See you, Mattheo.â You said, still with that apologetic smile and then you went to Ron who was waiting by the door with Hermione and Harry, what you didnât see was the glares the boys sent to each other.
âSo, how was it to work with the evil spawn?â Ron asked nonchalantly as you were walking towards the great hall. You frowned at the nick name while Harry let out a laugh.
âIâll let you know Ron, that Mattheo was really nice to work with.â You said emphasizing âMattheoâ. You didnât like to be dragged into the conflicts Harry and Ron had with people. The only time you did meddle in the drama of this school was in second year when you punched Draco Malfoy on the nose for calling Hermione a mudblood. You didnât take it well when people were mean for no reason.
âAnd I donât like it when you call him that.â You said with a frown as your group rounded a corner, walking up a flight of stairs. Ron and Harry huffed at your defence of the Slytherin boy.
âOh, you canât be serious, heâs evil incarnated y/n! He is literally you know whose son, itâs in his blood.â Ron rolled his eyes as Harry nodded in agreement. Hermione huffed in annoyance at the argument that was taking place.
âJust because he is related to you know who doesnât make him a bad person either! Really Ron, judging people based on blood sounds a tad bit familiar, doesnât it?â You said, a growing frustration in your voice as you crossed your arms in annoyance at the boy.
âOh, youâre only saying that because you think he is hot, like all the other girls in this place! You be careful y/n, he will use you if you let him get too close.â Harry added.
âYeah, heâs only nice to you because he wants to get in your pants!â Ron let out, gesturing wildly with his hands, his own frustrations clearly showing.
âOh really? Yes, because being partners in potions will definitely lead to sex, as a matter of fact, weâve already fucked! Ron, did you not see us fucking on the table in potions earlier? Iâm sure you saw it Harry, you were right behind us! Oh, wait, that didnât happen because we were doing the assignment, not each other!â You snapped, letting out your frustrations as the doors to the great hall neared. What you didnât know was that Mattheo and his friends were walking well within hearing distance from your group, intently listening to the fight you were having with your friends.
âHe will weasel his way into your bed, heâs not nice, he is manipulative and youâre falling for it!â Ron accused you as you were now making your way towards Ginny at the Gryffindor table.
âRon! Insinuating that I will sleep with anyone that is nice to me is really hurtful!â You said, feeling hurt by his words.
âHey, can we please not fight?â Hermione pleaded as she took a seat next to you and Ginny, who looked confused.
âWhat are you fighting about?â Ginny asked curiously. Fights amongst your group wasnât that common, small squabbles, sure, but fights as ugly as this one was becoming had only happened about once or twice in all your years of friendship.
âRon and Harry being pricks.â You said.
âEvil incarnatedâ Ron said at the exact same time. Hermione sighed. Ginny let out a chuckle. Harry scoffed.
âWhat did you do?â She asked, making Ron let out a displeased grunt and Harry an annoyed groan.
âHe basically said that the only reason I was defending Mattheo, whom I worked with in potions today, was because I think he is hotâ You pointed an accusing finger at Harry.
âAnd heâ You pointed at Ron now âaccused me of spreading my legs for anyone thatâs nice to me. All because I asked Ronald not to call Mattheo evil spawn, because he was nice to me.â You said, frustration evident in your voice. Ginny gasped.
âItâs true, heâs not a good person y/n! Heâs a Riddle!â Ron argued, this time Harry chimed in agreement. You felt tears of frustration pool your eyes.
âI swear if that is your only evidence that he isnât a good person Iâm going hex you. You have no right saying that he isnât a good person when you donât know him. What, you base your brilliant deduction from the fact that he fights you, just as you fight him? And you definitely have no right telling me that the only reason Iâm defending him is because I find him âhotâ and will let him in my bed because he is nice to me, what is wrong with you?!â You burst out. Tears slowly rolling down your cheeks, you hated that you cried when you were angry.
âAnd you!â You turned to Hermione, hurt that she didnât at least attempt to back you up.
âThank you so much for having my backâŚâ You said sarcastically before raising from your seat and storming off. You walked to your dorm, making a beeline for the kitchens to get something to snack on, since you had left dinner before actually eating something. When you got to your dorm you threw your bag on the bed in frustration and changed into some pyjamas. You dried your tears as you put on a long-sleeved shirt and some flannel pyjama pants. Grabbing the snacks you went into the common room again; it was fairly empty since it still was dinnertime. Not feeling like hanging around there you went through the portrait hole and started to make your way towards the astronomy tower. Some air might do you some good. When you finally made it there you sat down and watched the stars as you snacked. You werenât sure how much time had passed as you sat there thinking about the fight with your friends when you heard voices coming from the entrance of the tower. When you turned around you saw that the voices belonged to the very boy you were fighting about, and his three friends: Theodore Nott, Lorenzo Berkshire and Blaise Zabini. You stared at each other for a moment.
âPrincess, what are you doing here?â It was Mattheo who broke the silence.
âPrincess?â You, Theodore, Lorenzo and Blaise all questioned at the same time. Mattheo shrugged nonchalantly and sauntered up to where you were sitting on the floor.
âYou mind if we join you, darling?â He gestured to the space next to you, you nodded for him to join you, and he sat down next to you, his friends still standing by the entrance in shock of how their friend is behaving.
âYouâre trying out different pet names?â you asked with a small smile, he bumped your shoulder with his as he took out a pack of cigarettes, wordlessly offering you one. You declined with a small shake of your head.
âJust trying to figure out which ones makes you get that adorable blush the most.â He said with a cheeky smile as he put the cigarette between his lips.
âOi, are you dickheads going to stand there all night like fools or are you coming?â He asked over his shoulder to his friends, who all sprang into action. They sat down so that you were sitting in a circle of sorts.
âPrincess, dickheads, dickheads, princess.â Mattheo introduced you to his friends, cigarette dangling dangerously from his lips, you let out a snort at that.
âOh wow, thank you for that extremely informative introduction, Mattheo.â You said sarcastically with an eye roll and then introduced yourself to the two boys you hadnât met before. He just gave you a cheeky wink and lit his cigarette. The boys started chatting about random stuff as they smoked, you opted to listen rather than speak. You were in a particularly deep thought about the fight with your friends when a hand waved in front of your eyes.
âHuh? Sorry! What did you say?â You asked Theo who had asked you a question.
âI was just asking how it was to work with this idiot in potions today?â He asked again, a small laugh escaped you at his question.
âIt was fun, except from that he was so moody in the beginning. âYeah, whatever, just try to keep upââ You mocked him again, making you voice deeper to sound like him, he groaned at your teasing and his friends chuckled.
âHey, in my defence I thought you were going to be real snarky and mean since youâre friends with Potter and Weasley.â He said with his hands up, half smoked cigarette hanging from his fingers. You frowned at the mention of your friends, the hurt from the fight still raw.
âYeah, I get that. For the record, I donât take part in their beefs with people in this school. Well, I did one time, but I donât like it.â You said shaking your head, Mattheo smiled at you.
âWell, you got me curious now, when did you take part in that sort of drama?â Enzo asked as he looked at you expectantly. You blushed hard at this.
âOh, I donât really talk about it.â You mumbled, embarrassed at what you did in second year.
âOh, please y/n, please tell us.â The boys pleaded with you.
âOkay, fine, ipunchedmalfoyforcallinghermioneabadthingâ you said it all in one breath.
âWhat?â
âHuh?â
âSlower.â
âI punched Malfoy for calling Hermione a bad thing⌠in second year. I didnât want to tell you since heâs your friend.â You said, much slower this time. It was quiet for a moment before the guys burst out laughing.
âOmg, that was you?? In second year yeah? Oh my days! He told us it was a guy; you gave him a nosebleed!!â Blaise barked out as he was clutching his stomach.
âDonât worry darling, weâre not that close with him anyways.â Mattheo assured you between laughter, bumping your shoulder with his again, to which you gave him a grateful smile.
âHe said it was a guy who punched him?â You wondered, a small laugh escaping you.
âYes, he did, he even bragged about him beating the guy up worse.â Enzo added, wheezing as he dried the tears that escaped his eyes.
âWhat? Nooo he ran away crying.â You said now giggling along with the guys, who got into another laughing fit at that piece of new information.
âWhooo, get yourself a girl who can pack punches,â Theo said, making you blush.
âWell, I defend my friends.â You shrugged, a smile on your lips.
âIâve been meaning to thank you for that by the way.â Mattheo said after the laughter calmed down, the guys humming in understanding. You, however, were confused.
âWhat for punching Malfoy?â you asked, eyebrows furrowed. Mattheo let out a chuckle at your confusion.
âNo, for defending me when your friends talked shit, after potions.â He said, a small smile on his handsome face. You felt the blush come back.
âYou heard that?â You squeaked, hands coming up to cover your cheeks, the group let out a chuckle. Memories about you saying that you fucked on a table flooded your brain as embarrassment hit.
âYeah, we were, uh, right behind you sweetheart.â Mattheo said with a cheeky grin plastered on his face. You were hiding your face in your hands now, only peeking through your fingers.
âOmg, kill me now!â You muttered, feeling completely mortified.
âI must say, my favourite part was definitely the âfucking on the tableâ part, it really got your point across.â He said and the group laughed at that.
âWe were doing the assignment, not each other.â He mocked you, adding to your embarrassment. The rest of the boys laughed at this too.
âOh shut up!â You squeaked again, still feeling very embarrassed by your choice of words.
âNo, but seriously, thank you for defending me, I hope you didnât fight too bad with your friends.â He said, scratching the back of his neck. His friends, who had calmed down form their laughing fit, were watching your interaction with curiosity.
âYeah, of course. Please donât worry about my idiot friends.â You said, glancing down at your slipper clad feet as you rubbed your arms, feeling the cool night air seep through your shirt.
âI canât help but feel a little responsibleâŚâ Mattheo trailed of as he took his hoodie of and draped it around your shoulders, you gave him a small smile as a thanks. His friends looked at each other with surprise at Mattheos behaviour. He was known to be quite the flirt, using girls and then going to the next one. Never had they seen him give his sweaters to any girl, or come to second thought, interact with a girl like he was with you.
âYou did nothing wrong Mattheo, Ron was out of line, he said some nasty things, Harry too and Hermione didnât do anything soâŚâ You said as you shrugged on his hoodie properly, the garment wrapping you in a blanket of warmth and his scent.
âWhat did he say, if you donât mind me asking? I skipped potions todayâ Theo asked cautiously, you gave him a sad smile. Secretly grateful for the fact that his friends didnât gossip about what had happened.
âSo, Ron called Mattheo a bad name, I asked him not to call him that, then Harry basically said that the only reason I was defending him was because I thought that he was hot, and Ron insinuated that I would sleep with anyone that was nice to me. That really hurt my feelings and the fact that they doubled down on that when Ginny asked what was going on hurt even more.â It was quiet when you finished, Theo looked shocked to say the least, the rest of the boys looked angry, having heard the argument in real life.
âPotter and Weasley really said that? To their friend?â Theo then asked in disbelief as you nodded in confirmation.
âWell, theyâre prats, but we already knew that.â He then said, making you laugh at how bizarre the whole situation is. Here you were hanging out with the group how almost caused as much trouble as the twins, you were hanging out with the very boy you had defended hours before. Itâs funny, because you werenât known to be a troublemaker, you opted to put your energy into studying, achieving great grades instead. You couldnât be more opposite these boys, yet here you were, enjoying the time youâre spending with them.
âTheyâre not even prats, theyâre like proper twats.â You laughed, making the others laugh with you this time.
âYou know y/n, youâre pretty cool, for being a Gryffindor and all.â Blaise said with a teasing smile.
âOh, thank you, you guys are really sweet, for being Slytherins that is.â You teased right back.
âSweet? Sweet?? What are we? Six years old?â Mattheo said, incredulously, the others nodded along with his teasing.
âYes, you guys are the sweetest bad boys Iâve ever met.â You said, pinching his cheek in a teasing manner. They all jokingly groaned at that. Then you fell into an easy conversation with the group, the boys successfully cheered you up by taking your mind of the fight. They made you feel welcome in their little group, despise you being in a different house than them, you understood that even if you didnât care about houses others did. You were well aware of their reputation in the school. They were troublemakers, didnât follow rules, fought whoever ticked them off. People were wary of them, not wanting to get on their bad side and the people who werenât wary of them disliked them. Your friends were a part of that second group of people. The group of Slytherin boys were also knows to be quite the flirts, being successful with a majority of the girls in school. Your train of thought were cut short when you realised the time.
âOh, guys we need to get to bed, we have classes in the morning!â You exclaimed, rising to your feet in a hurry. The rest of the group rose lazily, some putting out their cigarettes before casually strolling down the stairs. You were however feeling a bit stressed due to the time and the fact that you were out of bed after curfew, but the boys were as cool as ever. When it came to where you were supposed to part ways to get to your respective common rooms you all hesitated for a moment. Just as you were about to say something Mattheo spoke.
âIâll walk you to your common room, love.â He said in a low voice, making your eyes widen, so did the rest of the groups. Before you could reply, or even say goodnight to the rest Mattheo put his hand on the small of your back and started to guide you towards the portrait hole. His hand was warm and heavy against the small of your back, only the thick fabric of your his sweater acting as a barrier between the two of you. His hand hung low on your back, it was borderline inappropriate, and you felt your cheeks heat up because of it. You were almost disappointed when the fat lady came into view, shaking the feeling away you turned to him when you reached the top of the stairs.
âThank you for cheering me up tonight, Mattheo.â You murmured and gave him a small smile; he smiled right back at you. You began to take his hoodie off, to give it back to him when he stopped you by grabbing your wrists. His large hands engulfing your smaller ones.
âKeep it princess.â He murmured and you felt your cheeks warm for what must be the 458th time this evening. You donât know what came over you, was it his warm hands holding yours? Or was it the low, intimate lighting and the fact that it was in the middle of the night? You donât know. What you did know was that fact that you rose to the very tips of your toes, your cheeks flushing even harder from what you were about to do and placed a soft kiss on his cheek. His hands were still holding yours as you felt them tense a little. You muttered a soft âgood nightâ into his ear before slipping out of his grip and going through the portrait hole. The small butterflies that resided in your stomach erupted into a storm when the portrait swung closed. You made your way towards your dorm, the common room was completely empty, not unusual considering the time. You snuck into your bed, still feeling giddy, and laid there as you thought about the boy who was Mattheo Riddle. What you didnât know was that he was thinking about you as he walked back to his common room in the middle of the night.
The next morning you awoke to an empty dorm, you assumed Hermione had left for breakfast with Harry and Ron. You got dressed and headed down towards the great hall for breakfast. When you entered you saw the trio already sitting there eating their breakfast, your usual seat beside Harry was empty. You opted to sit with Ginny and the twins, not feeling like talking to your friends. When you sat down you made eye contact with Theo from across the hall. You gave him a smile and a small wave to which he nodded back at you, with a small smile on his face. He was sitting with his friends; Mattheo was missing from the group however. Before you could even begin to wonder where he was Ginny interrupted you.
âSince when do you know Theodore Nott?â She leaned over with a glint in her eye, having noticed the interaction. You gave her a startled laugh.
âWell, I sort of ran into him his friends yesterday after dinner.â You said with a small smile on your lips. Your cheeks turned the slightest pink as thoughts of Mattheo entered your head.
âSo thatâs what you were doing?â Fred asked, amusement clear in his voice.
âWe missed you in the common room last night.â George mused.
âOh please, you guys just wanted a new test subject for your new products.â You said with an eyeroll before taking a bite out of your toast.
âOf course not y/n! We wanted to hang out with our favourite goody two shoes.â Fred said, throwing his arm around your shoulders with a smirk on his face. You let out a snort at that.
âBut seriously, we want to know everything.â George said, curiosity getting the better of him.
âWhen you met.â Fred continued.
âHow you met.â George said.
âWhat you did.â Ginny added at the end.
âYou guys are the biggest gossips I know.â You said in feigned annoyance with a smile before telling them about how you went to the astronomy tower to think. How they showed up to what was apparently their usual spot for smoking. How you had met Mattheo just hours before in potions. You told them how they cheered you up from the fight with your friends who sat just a couple of seats away. The twins had heard about the fight from Ginny and when you gave them a small recap, they assured you that they gave Ron a piece of their mind. They even said that Ron was blacklisted from Weasleyâs Wizards Wheezes, making you smile at the fact that they had your back. You told them that you were up until late after curfew due to how much fun you were having. You didnât however tell them about how Mattheo gave you butterflies or how you kissed his cheek when he had walked you to the common room.
âWhat?â George said in disbelief.
âYouâre telling me that they got you to stay out until after curfew? You? Little goody two shoes y/n? Never broken a school rule before. This is something else! I recon we should thank these guys, George!â Fred said, not believing his ears. You let out a laugh at this.
âYou guys act like Iâm some nun! Anyways, I got to get to class.â You said as you got your things and rose to your feet. Fred and George let out comically large sighs at this, making Ginny giggle.
âDoesnât seem like they made her relaxed enough to not be five minutes early to every class.â Fred groaned.
âYou canât win them all.â George added dramatically. You rolled your eyes with a smile and then with a wave goodbye started to make your way towards your first class of the day. You were glad that the twins and Ginny at least didnât seem to have a problem with your new friends. The classes dragged on and on until lunch, you were too preoccupied with thinking about your new friends, how nice they were to you. When finally, your last lesson before lunch ended, you quickly packed up your things and made your way out of the classroom. When you exited the classroom, you bumped into Enzo who was exiting the classroom right besides yours.
âOh, hi y/n, heading to the great hall?â He asked with a smile, silently gesturing for you to join him.
âHi Enzo, yeah just finished ancient runes, what about you?â You asked, falling into step with him.
âYeah, I just had history of magic.â He answered. The two of you fell into an easy conversation about school and the classes you were talking as you made your way towards the great hall. As you walked and talked with Enzo you noticed that people were looking warily at you, well more at the boy you were walking with. You noticed some glares and some apprehensive looks. Enzo seemed unbothered by the looks, completely consumed by his rant about how divination is a load of crap.
âHey, Enzo, can I ask you a question?â You had interrupted him before you could stop yourself. He nodded, looking curious to your shift in demeanour.
âHow come you guys are so nice to me?â You voiced a thought that had drifted in your head during the morning.
âWhat do you mean?â He asked, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
âI mean, considering who my friends are, it would be easy to not like me either.â You said, a small frown making its way to your lips. Enzo gave a small smile at that.
âYeah, but you have always been nice, well of course except to Malfoy but who cares, donât you remember when we worked together in arithmancy in third year and instead of laughing at me for not understanding, like some wouldâve done, you helped me instead?â Enzo explained as you rounded a corner.
âIt was the same with Matt, you were kind to him despite his reputation and his family, you even stood up for him when you barley knew him. That is why I, at least, like you.â He said with a smile on his lips. You looked at him shocked, you did remember when you had worked with Enzo, he had a problem with understanding certain things, but thatâs not something to laugh about is it? Just as you were about to open your mouth Mattheo and Theo joined you.
âHey, what are you guys talking about?â Theo asked casually throwing an arm over your shoulders, his other over Enzos. Mattheo walked on the other side of you. You snapped out of your trance at this and directed a chuckle at the boys antics.
âNothing really, I just met y/n after history of magic.â Enzo shrugged as he gave you a small smile that told you that your conversation would stay with him, you gave him a smile back.
âOh, so you werenât talking about how someone couldnât keep their hands to themselves yesterday then?â Mattheo said in a sing song voice, obviously his question hinted at the kiss you had given him outside of your common room. You gripped his arm and gave him a warning squeeze to not say anything, but he just gave you a teasing smirk.
âWhy would we talk about you obviously not keeping your hands to yourself?â Enzo deadpanned; Theo let out a laugh at that.
âPrincess, you donât have to leave.â
âHere darling, take my hoodie.â
âYouâre so pretty under the stars, love.â The boys mocked their friend who let out a dramatic gasp. You laughed as you felt your blush rise on your face.
âI did not say that!â Mattheo let out in disbelief.
âYou so did!â Enzo countered.
âNo, I was obviously talking about y/n not being able to keep her hands of me, she even kissed me!â Mattheo let out in light frustration, waving his arms around. The boys paused right in front of the doors to the great hall. It was quiet for a moment before they let out a laugh so loud it drew the attention of all the people in the great hall as they entered.
âYeah, right!â Theo said.
âLike that happened.â Enzo continued and Mattheo sputtered in shock that his friends didnât believe him, when he looked at you, he saw that you giggled at this.
âOh, you think this is funny? Now be a good girl and tell them the truth.â Mattheo said with a smirk as he grabbed your face to make you look him directly in the eyes, your blush making yet an appearance. Theos arm fell of your shoulders as you stared into Mattheos deep brown eyes. His presence invaded your senses, his smell, his warmth. His eyes were soft, but his smirk was prominent on his face. Your expression spoke for itself, and the boys let out sounds of disbelief when they realised that you did actually kiss him.
âWhat?â
âNo way?â
âWith his fugly mug?â You let out a laugh at Theos comment before you broke the eye contact with Mattheo and effectively breaking the trance he had put you in.
âOn the cheek, I kissed him goodnight on the cheek, gosh you guys are so dramatic!â You corrected with a smile was on your lips. They spluttered as they tried to disagree with your statement. You laughed as you turned to walk towards the Gryffindor table, not before you gave the boys a cheesy smile and a wave goodbye. When you sat down beside Ginny and opposite the twins the group was awfully quiet. When you looked up from your plate you saw that the three of them looked at you with knowing smirks plastered on their faces.
âWhat?â you asked, your voice squeaking from the attention.
âDonât you âwhatâ us! What was that all about?â George asked curiously. You gave a small laugh to try to cover up your embarrassment.
âI was just walking to lunch, with Mattheo, Enzo and Theo.â You said with a shrug as you took a bite of your lunch, feigning innocence.
âNot that! The whole almost kissing Riddle thing!â Fred said teasingly. You hadnât realised that the whole school had seen when Mattheo had grabbed your face, and you certainly hadnât realised that it looked like he was about to kiss you.
âWe were not about to kiss!â You said incredulously. The three of them exchanged knowing glances before continuing to tease you about Mattheo.
It had been three days since that one incident in the great hall, it was now Friday and you were doing some studying in the library, or well, trying to since you ran into Mattheo on the way there. He insisted on joining your study session, what you didnât know at the time was that it was to bother you while you studied.
âWhat about this one?â He asked as he held up a tube of lip gloss from your makeup bag. You had opened it to get some lip balm, and it had piqued the Slytherins interest, make up was probably more interesting than the essay he had to write for defence against the dark arts.
âThat is lip gloss Mattheo, it makes your lips shine.â You said as you tried to concentrate on the book of ancient runes in front of you. You heard that he put the product back in your little bag and then you felt his presence closer to you. You turned to him to find him staring right back at you. Those butterflies erupted in your stomach again as they did so often when you were with Mattheo. He was staring at you intently, his soft brown eyes traced the outline of your face, your eyes, your nose, your lips, back to your eyes.
âYou know youâre beautiful without it right?â He muttered as his eyes continued to trace your face. You didnât register what he was saying as you were watching him too, your eyes mapping his face, where his scar crossed his eyebrow. The tiny scar on the bridge of his nose, before you knew it you had reached out, your fingers softly tracing the scar across his eye. Mattheo was still staring at you with those Bambi-eyes of his.
âWhere did you get this?â You whispered, your fingers still tracing the scar on his face. His eyes never left yours as his hand moved up to his face to cover yours, giving it a soft squeeze. Your palm was flat against his cheek now, feeling his warm skin, while his large hand was covering yours.
âItâs nothing.â He murmured, closing his eyes. The intimate moment made you feel like you were going to explode. He was so close, so intoxicating, his warmth was like an embrace, his scent of mint, nicotine and sandalwood had become familiar, but no less addicting. When he opened his eyes he looked right at you, his gaze soft and gentle. The moment between you were interrupted by footsteps that was coming your way. He let go of your hand which you let fall to your lap. You both then turned back to your respective work, Mattheo actually doing the work this time. It was Hermione who rounded the corner to your table.
âDo you mind if I sit?â She asked carefully, you gave a wary smile and gestured for her to sit. You cast a sideways glance at Mattheo and saw that he wore a stoic look on his face, his eyes trained on Hermione.
âIâm really sorry that I didnât defend you y/n, I really am!â Hermione let out when she had sat down, and you felt like some of the weight that had been on your shoulders lifted. You gave a smile before reaching over the table to give your friend a hug.
âThank you, you have no idea how much that means to me!â You said as you sat back down in your chair.
âBesides, Iâve really missed you.â You said as you smiled at each other.
âOh, Iâm sorry, Hermione meet Mattheo, Mattheo, Hermione.â You introduced them and they nodded at each other, a bit awkwardly. Mattheos face did soften a bit at Hermioneâs apology. After dinner you and Hermione hung out in your shared dorm, Ginny had joined you after a while. The hot topic that was being discussed was your newfound friendship with the Slytherin boys. Ginny was happily filling Hermione in on the details about a certain boy that you conveniently left out.
âThey did sit rather close to each other in the library earlierâŚâ Hermione thought out loud, Ginny let out a squeal at this piece of new information.
âOh! Hermione I didnât tell you about how he was about to kiss her in the great hall!â Ginny said excitedly. You spluttered at that.
âHe did not try to kiss me, Ginny! You canât just say that!â You said your voice high pitched with embarrassment.
âWhat did he do then y/n?â Hermione asked an amused smirk playing on her lips, Ginny was practically bouncing on your bed with excitement as she explained the moment between the two of you.
âIt was nothing!â You said shyly.
âIt was totally something!!â Ginny exclaimed excitedly.
âIt did sound like something y/n! Come on you can at least admit that you think heâs cute.â Hermione said teasingly, you kept quiet for a moment, deliberating whether you should answer or not. You did think that Mattheo was cute, of course you did. He is stunning, curly hair, dark brown eyes, charming smile, those butterflies erupted in your stomach again.
âOkay, fine, yes he is cute.â You let out in defeat and the girls let out squeals of excitement.
âI knew it!â Ginny let out in triumph as you and Hermione laughed at her but before either of you could reply a knock could be heard at the door. Still chuckling from the previous conversation, you hopped of your bed and went to open the door. Outside of your dorm was a shy first year. Taken aback by the little boy you stuck your head out of your door to look around.
âCan I, uh help you?â You asked curiously while looking at the boy who was too shy to meet your eyes. He quickly thrusted a note in your hands before taking of, running away. You held on to the note, utterly confused as you closed your door and turned back to your friends.
âWhat is it?â Hermione asked.
âI donât know, a note.â You replied as you showed them the note.
âWell, what are you waiting for? Read it!â Ginny urged. You unfolded the note and sat down on your bed again, Ginny and Hermione coming closer to read it over your shoulder.
âEvening darling,
I was hoping you would get your little butt out of your dorm and join us for a smoke in the astronomy tower (I know you donât smoke but I would love some company since I can feel myself loosing IQ-points from hanging out with the guys for too long). Iâm waiting for you outside of the portrait.
- M.R.
P.S. get a sweater, itâs cold outâ
Ginny and Hermione squealed in excitement as they shook your shoulders.
âOh, you have to go y/n!!!â Ginny said excitedly.
âYes, have fun on your dateeee!â Hermione said in a sing song voice as she threw Mattheos sweater in your face.
âItâs not a date, the others will probably be there too.â You defended as you subconsciously slipped on his sweater and put on your slippers. The girls practically pushed you out of your dorm, giggling like mad men as they closed the door behind you. With a smile and shake of your head you started to head towards the exit of the common room. When you exited the portrait, you paused at the scene in front of you. Harry and Ron had Mattheo cornered, the latter looking more agitated by the second.
âI donât care, Riddleâ Harry spat his name âyouâre outside my common room, so I believe it is my business.â
âAnd I donât care that itâs your common room, itâs none of your business, Potterâ Mattheo spat back. He was a good deal taller than Harry, just a couple of centimetres above Ron. He was staring down on them, with a glare so intense it sent shivers down your spine. This was the Mattheo the rest of the school saw, cold, irritated, bad-tempered Mattheo, not the nice, caring boy you saw.
âIf you think youâre here to see y/n you have another thing coming.â Ron gritted out through clenched teeth. Harry nodded in agreement and Mattheo clenched his jaw in annoyance. You noticed the shift in the air as Ron said this. Mattheo looked almost angry now, not wanting the situation to escalate you let your presence be known.
âI donât see how thatâs any of your business.â You spoke as you walked around them and placed yourself in front of Mattheo, reaching your hand back to grab his, in what you thought would be a comforting manner. Harry and Ron looked shocked at what you said.
âWait, y/n youâre taking his side again?â Harry said with a scoff.
âWell, was he doing anything wrong when you got here?â You asked annoyed with their behaviour, it was Ron who scoffed this time. Remembering his thoughts as to why you defended Mattheo the last time you spoke you whirled on him.
âYou got something to say, Ron?â You asked, your own irritation bubbling up to the surface. You could feel a grounding squeeze on your hand by Mattheo. You gave him a thankful look.
âYeah, as a matter of fact I do! Itâs clear why youâre defending him, he has clearly gotten in your pants! Heâs playing with you, he is using you y/n, how can you be so stupid not to see that?â Ron let out his frustration. It felt like time stopped. It felt like your heart shattered when you heard Ron, your friend since first year, utter those words. You felt tears well up in your eyes.
âRon, youâre so out of line.â You said through your tears, and you felt Mattheo move to stand beside you, his hand moving from yours to your back, rubbing comforting circles there to soothe you. He was giving Ron an icy glare as he comforted you as your tears now flowed freely.
âYou better watch your mouth, Weasley.â He said, his tone cold.
âHey, donât threaten him!â Harry said, taking his friends side, Mattheo let out a cold, slow laugh at Harrys reaction.
âOh, thatâs really something, Potter. I knew you were a git, but I thought that you treated your friends better than this. You should be glad that y/n is here, otherwise I would beat the shit out of you two for saying shit like this.â Mattheo said angrily before taking you had in his and leading you away from them. Tears were streaming down your face at your friends words, you could hear that Harry and Ron were saying something behind you, but you couldnât hear what, your ears were ringing. When you rounded a corner Mattheo stopped you. He pulled you into an embrace and ran his hand up and down you back in a comforting manner as you cried into his chest. Slowly the tears came to a stop and you peaked up at him, he gave you a worried look.
âIâm sorryâ You mumbled, feeling embarrassed for crying on him, he gave you a small smile
âYou, my love, have nothing to be sorry for. Now for Weasley and Potter itâs a different story.â You could see how his face went cold when he talked about them and you could feel how his grip on your waist tightened. He then did something that shocked you, he placed a kiss on your forehead. For him it seemed like it was the most natural thing in the world as he pulled you into his arms again, but it made your brain short-circuit. You could feel how he rested his head atop of yours as he held you. You let yourself relax in his arms for a moment before slightly pulling away again and looking up at him.
âHow are you feeling?â He asked, his eyes soft again, as he brought his hand up to your face to wipe away the last remaining tears there.
âIâve been better?â It came out more as a question as you were more focused on his large, warm palm on your face. He gave you a small smile and a chuckle slipped out from his lips.
âWe donât have to hang out with the others if you donât want toâŚâ He said tenderly as he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. You shook your head, giving the boy a small smile.
âNo, I think some cheering up could do me good.â You said. You were still heartbroken from Rons words. Thatâs the thing with Ron, he will find the most hurtful things to say when he is mad at someone.
âAlright then, but if you want to go you let me know, okay?â He said, grabbing your face with both of his hands searching your face for any uncertainty. You gave a small smile and nodded. With a short nod himself he grabbed your hand as you started walking towards the astronomy tower. His hand in yours was grounding and comforting as he intertwined your fingers, his thumb stroking your knuckles. The walk was silent, you could see how Mattheos jaw clenched and unclenched as you walked, presumably thinking about what had just happened. You had never seen him angry up close before but when he was staring Harry and Ron down you had to admit that he looked scary. He had the same look now as you walked together and while you werenât scared of him you could see why people where. You would probably fear him too if it werenât for the way he was holding your hand. When you reached the top of the stairs in the astronomy he didnât let go, the group of boys quieted down when they heard your footsteps.
âLook who finally stopped making out in a broom closet and decided to joi-â It was Theo who spoke first but stopped himself when he saw your faces, yours with streaks of tears and Mattheos looking like he could kill someone. âWhat happened?â He then asked seriously, and Mattheo moved to sit down, brining you with him, making you sit down so close to him that your legs touched. He didnât once make a move to let go of your hand, the feeling was probably as grounding for him as it was to you. He had it in his lap now, playing with the rings on your fingers as he frowned at Theos question. Balise and Enzo both looked at you worriedly and you decided to speak.
âWe ran into Harry and Ron.â You said your voice hoarse from the crying. You felt his grip on your hand tighten before he looked up.
âI was waiting for her outside the common room. Those two twats decided to corner me and then y/n came and Weasleyâ He spat out the name âsaid some really foul things to her.â His grip was firm now and you gave him a reassuring squeeze that made him look at you and his face softened as his eyes met yours.
âTheyâre dead.â Blaise said coldly, Enzo and Theo nodded slowly in agreement. You felt the cold queasy feeling of anxiety creep up from the pit of your stomach.
âGuys, please donât fight them because of me, please.â You said, panic evident in your voice, the thought making you sick. You didnât want any of your friends to be hurt, neither your new ones or your old ones. Because despite that youâre fighting you still consider Harry and Ron your friends, maybe not as close as before, but still friends. You felt Mattheo pull you to him so that you were sitting in between his legs, his arms wrapping protectively around you as he soothed you. His scent of nicotine, mint and sandalwood enveloped you like a hug.
âDonât worry love, we wonât fight anyone if thatâs what you want.â He mumbled into your hair before kissing your head. You felt your panic settle slowly and as you looked at the others you saw for the first time that they werenât giving Mattheo cheesy looks like they usually did when he showed you affection or flirted with you. They looked angry, like they didnât even notice the way Mattheo was holding you.
âBut they canât just treat our friend like that!â Enzo said, anger in his voice. What you noticed was the use of the word friend. They saw you as their friend. You donât know why it hit you like this, you considered the boys your friends after the first time you met them in the astronomy tower, but the fact that they considered you their friend as well made you feel warm.
âListen darling, I can promise that we wonât initiate any fights with themâ Mattheo looked pointedly at Enzo as he said this. âBut if they start oneâŚâ You slowly nodded; it seemed like a fair compromise even if you didnât like it. The others nodded too.
âWe can always beat them of their brooms in our next quidditch match.â Blaise let out, you let out a chuckle when you saw the small teasing smile on his face. The thing was that you wouldnât be surprised if the Slytherin beaters accidentally did club Harry of his broom in the next match. Slowly the tense conversation eased into lighter topics, you could still see that the boys were angry from what happened earlier but you were glad that they slowly found their way back to their normal selves. You were still sitting between Mattheos legs, his arm around your back and his other hand in your lap. You were now playing with his rings as your head rested against his chest. You were feeling drained from all that happened and the vibrations in Mattheos chest from when he was talking was soothing you, making you sleepier by the moment. You heard that the boys went from talking loudly to low murmurs as you slipped in and out of sleep. The warmth of Mattheos large hand on your back under your shirt was the last thing you felt before dosed off, head nestled on his chest as he smoked his cigarette, comfortably rubbing the bare skin of your back.
You awoke some time later. The guys were still murmuring to each other lowly. You could feel Mattheos warm body against yours just like how you fell asleep, your fingers still clutching his. You could feel his other hand against the bare skin of your back.
âGood morning sleeping beauty.â Theo said teasingly when he saw that you were awake. You let out a yawn and you felt Mattheo chuckle.
âYou comfortable there?â Blaise said joining in on the teasing, making you blush.
âYeah, actually, Matty here is very comfy.â You said cheekily while cuddling closer to the boy. He chuckled and his hand found your waist under your shirt and gave it a squeeze.
âYou sure you and Matty werenât actually making out in the broom closet before you came here?â Enzo said with a smirk on his face and the others started cackling.
âOh, shut up Enzo!â Mattheo let out with a chuckle and you were blushing hard at the insinuation. You get as to why they are teasing you though. You were sitting on the floor with Mattheo, you between his legs as your side are pressed to his chest and your legs were draped over one of his. His arm around your back and his other hand in your lap. You really did understand why they were teasing you, but it didnât stop you from feeling embarrassed by their teasing. Enzo stuck his tongue out at you two which made you laugh.
âBut seriously, how long was I asleep?â You asked and they chuckled at you.
âAbout 30 minutes.â Theo said and you sat up straighter.
âIâm sorry I fell asleep when we were supposed to hang out.â You apologised with a small frown.
âHey, donât worry about it, princess, you just needed some sleep. We donât blame you.â Mattheo said softly, engulfing your hand in his. You could hear the other snigger at you two but you couldnât bring yourself to care. Not when you could feel yourself getting lost in his chocolate brown eyes. Those eyes who were looking at you intently, with a softness not many had ever seen.
âDonât worry about it princess.â Blaise said in a voice mocking Mattheos.
âOh, Matty, youâre so nice and handsome.â Theo said in a high-pitched voice that you assumed was supposed to be you.
âIâm so dark and twisted but for you Iâm nice and sweet, look I even cuddle.â Enzo joined in with a dark voice that was supposed to sound like Mattheo. This made you burst out laughing. Mattheo rolled his eyes but couldnât supress his amused smile.
âYou guys are the worst!â You said as you laughed at them, the three boys were sitting there with cheeky grins on their faces.
âNo, you guys are the worst, sitting like that making us feel like third, fourth and fifth wheels.â Blaise said with a teasing eyeroll. You chuckled at that.
âAww, Blaisie you could always cuddle each other.â You said in a mockingly sweet voice making Mattheo chuckle. Blaise made a face at the thought of cuddling Enzo and Theo.
âOh, come on Blaise, it wouldnât be that bad.â Mattheo said, enjoying that you were finally the ones doing the teasing. Sensing an opening you turned to the boy whose lap you were practically sitting in.
âHow would you know, Matty? Is cuddling a common practice in the Slytherin dorms?â You asked looking up at the boy with a smirk on your face. He was smirking right back at you.
âYou have no idea.â Mattheo said jokingly making you laugh. The banter continued between your group long into the night, successfully cheering you up yet again. This night ended in the same way, Mattheo was walking you to your common room, with a hand on the low of your back. When you reached the portrait hole you turned to him and quietly thanked him for tonight. When you were about to turn around to go into your common room he grabbed your wrist.
âHey, where is my goodnight kiss?â He said, a small pout on his lips. His question made your blush make yet another appearance on your cheeks. You smiled at the boy who was looking at you expectantly. You put your hands on his shoulders, his found your waist, rose to the very tips of your toes and you placed a kiss on his cheek, just like the first time he walked you back. With a shy smile you let go of him, murmured a soft goodnight and then went in through the portrait hole. You didnât miss the broad smile on his face as he turned around to get back to his own common room.
The next morning you awoke with a smile on your face as memories from the night before flooded to your brain. It was around 9 when you woke up and you saw that Hermione was awake and reading a book in her bed. When she saw that you were awake, she put down her book and came to your bed, begging for details about your night. You told her about everything. Needing someone to vent to you told her about what Harry and Ron did, all the physical affection between you and Mattheo, the teasing from the boys, all of it. Hermione was giving you her thoughts about the situation as you got ready for the day. It was a Hogsmeade weekend, for which you both were excited. You needed to refill your snack drawer. As you exited your dorm you ran into Ginny and the three of you started to walk through the common room together on your way to breakfast. You joined the twins at the Gryffindor table, Harry and Ron were sitting a few places away from you, Ron sent you a nasty look which Hermione sent a glare back. She was very upset with them for what they did yesterday, Ginny and the twins too as soon as they were filled in on what happened.
The conversation switched to lighter topic as your group made their way to Hogsmeade. When you reached the village the twins left you for Zonkoâs. You, Ginny and Hermione walked around in different shops but ultimately found your way to Honeydukes to fill up on snacks. You hadnât seen any of the Slytherin boys all day and you were wondering if they even went to Hogsmeade today. While you were in Honeydukes you picked out different types of sweets to give to them, in case they didnât get to go. After Honeydukes you all carries heavy bags of sweets. You stopped by The Three Broomsticks for some butterbeers before heading back to the castle. When you finally got back you dumped your sweets in their designated drawer before grabbing the bag you bought for the boys.
âHey, Hermione, Iâm just going to give this to the guys okay? See you in a bit.â You said as you leaved your dorm. When you exited the common room it struck you that you had no idea where they were. Deciding to check the astronomy tower first you started to make your way there. However, when you arrived it was empty. You checked the library after that, also empty. The great hall, empty. It left you no choice, you went down into the dungeons, on your way you met a Slytherin girl in your year that you were friendly with, Daphne Greengrass. You made small talk as you walked together towards the Slytherin common room. She was kind enough to tell you the password after letting you in. The Slytherin common room was quite different from Gryffindors. It had large windows that showed you the bottom of the black lake, large black couches and some fireplaces with warming fires going. Despite what you heard about it, their common room was cozy. You looked out the windows into the black lake and saw all sorts of fish and other creatures. The guys werenât here either though.
âExcuse me, do you where Mattheos dorm is?â You asked a 7th year who lazily pointed you in the direction of his dorm. You walked up the stairs and made your way to where the 7th year showed you. You noticed that no one batted an eye at your presence in their common room, nor when you asked for the boys dormitories. Funny how different it wouldâve been if the roles were reversed, and the boys were wandering around the Gryffindor common room. Stopping in front of the door you assumed was Mattheos and the rests dorm you took a deep breath before knocking. You waited, no answer. You listened intently and you heard their voices, they mustâve not heard you. You knocked again, harder this time and you heard footsteps nearing the door. It opened and before you were Enzo.
âOh y/n! Come in. What are you doing here?â He asked curiously as he stepped aside for you to enter. You noticed that you walked into not a dorm but a hall full of doors.
âYou guys have your own private dorms?â You asked in disbelief to which he chuckled and gave you a âyeahâ as he led you to one of the doors where you could hear shouts and someone groaning. You gave him an uncertain glance which he replied with a small smile before opening the door. Before you were a sight to behold. Mattheo was sitting on the bed, shirtless and bloody. He had dried blood coming from his nose, down his chin and chest, and a cut on his eyebrow. He held a bloody rag to his nose as he listened to Theo and Blaise cuss him out. You dropped the bag of sweets in shock of the scene making the boys freeze and look at you, like deer caught in headlights.
âYouâre hurt.â You said with a frown as you stood in the doorway. Mattheo let out a breath.
âItâs nothing love, what are you doing here?â He asked, trying to change the subject.
âWhat happened?â You asked, crossing your arms over your chest. Blaise chuckled at how you didnât let up.
âNothing darling, donât worry.â He said, winching as he tried to smile, you now noticed a cut in his lip too.
âIâm not stupid Mattheo.â The guys chuckled at how you pursed your lips at him âIf I heal you, will you talk?â You asked giving him a pointed look to which he nodded defeated. You bent down, grabbed the bag of sweets and placed it at the desk before moving to stand in front of him, your wand ready.
âTalk first.â You demanded, making the others cackle.
âShe drives a hard bargain.â Theo said, amused as he watched the scene unfold. Mattheo mumbled something under his breath that you didnât catch, the others cackled louder at this. You whirled around and glared at them.
âShut upâ You hissed at them before turning to the boy you were harbouring a crush on.
âWhat? Use your big boy words.â You said, annoyance in your voice, you could hear the others snigger quietly, making you send glares at them.
âI might have heard McLaggen talk about, uh, someone and I sort of beat him up.â He said sheepishly. You rose an eyebrow at the boy.
âYou beat up McLaggen for talking about someone, about who?â You pressed to which he shrugged. You narrowed your eyes at him and then the others who all held up their hands in surrender.
âWhy would you do that?â You asked, he shrugged again with a sigh of annoyance you quickly healed him to which he was grateful.
âYouâre so annoying.â You mumbled under your breath to which he beamed.
âYes, but you still love me.â He said in a sing song voice to which you rolled your eyes, but a small smile crept up on your lips.
âAnyways, the reason I decided to bless you with my presence was to give you guys this. I didnât see you in Hogsmeade today, but since you were busy beating people up for talking about others, I now know why.â You said pointedly as you gave them the bag of sweets, still feeling quite annoyed.
âOh, y/n this is really nice of you.â Blaise said taken aback.
âYou really didnât have toâŚâ Theo muttered as Enzo and Mattheo murmured in agreement. This made you soften, your annoyance with the boys slowly fading away. You busied yourself with wetting a cloth with some water before slowly walking over to the bed where Mattheo was sitting stunned. You handed him the wet cloth, he accepted it with a small smile, blood still on his face.
âHavenât anyone brought you a gift before?â You asked softly as the boys stared at the candy, Mattheo cleaning of the dried blood of his face and chest. They shook their heads no at your question.
âWe arenât the most liked people in school, as you know.â Enzo muttered fiddling with the packaging of a chocolate frog. This broke your heart.
âWell, I like you and I will always bring you something from Hogsmeade if you canât make it.â You said determination in your voice making the boys look at you with wide eyes.
âLike you said, weâre friends, and I like to bring gifts to my friends.â You said with a smile, the boys slowly smiled too. You saw appreciative looks on their faces when you looked around the room, when your eyes landed on Mattheo next to you, you noticed that he had missed some blood.
âHere, let me.â You said softly and you reached to grab the cloth before wiping away some blood on his eyebrow. The look he was giving you now was the same one he gave you in the library. It made your breath catch in your throat, your movements coming to a halt as your eyes caught his. He was looking at you with those Bambi-eyes, butterflies erupted in your stomach, just like they usually did with him. His hand gripped your thigh, not in a sexual way, it was more like he was assuring himself that you really were there.
âYouâre too good to us.â He murmured as he held your gaze, you cleared your throat, continuing to wipe away blood, from his chest now.
âIâm not, I just appreciate you guys, youâve been really nice to me.â You said, a small smile on your lip as you threw the cloth in the trash.
âWell, that settles it, you can never leave us, Iâm too attached now.â Blaise said with a cheesy smile on his face as he made his way to you and before you knew it, he pulled you into a bone crushing hug, lifting you up in the air. You squealed and kicked your legs.
âAhh Blaise, put me down! I wonât leave you okay!â You said in between laughter, he was laughing too before setting you down. You didnât have much time on the ground before Enzo and Theo went to hug you too, crushing you just like Blaise. Laughter filled the room from your squealing. When you were finally released you collapsed onto the bed, feeling winded.
âSo, this is how you show your appreciation, by breaking your friends ribs?â You chuckle before leaning on your elbows looking at the boys who were grinning from ear to ear.
âNo but we can break other peopleâs ribs if you need us toâ Mattheo said which earned him a slap on his shoulder from you.
âYouâre such a boy! And put a shirt on you heathen.â You said as you stuck your tongue out at him which earned some laughter from the others.
âDonât try to pretend that you donât enjoy the view.â He said wiggling his eyebrows at you, making you laugh before hitting his head with a pillow. He let out a grunt of shock before grabbing the pillow from your hand making you panic.
âPlease donât hit me I brought you candy!â You said as you braced for impact, but it never came instead you heard a groan from the boy.
âYou canât just pull that card, now Iâll feel bad if I hit you!â He pouted making you let out a breath of relief as the others laughed. Mattheo put the pillow down and went to put a shirt on, to your very secret disappointment. You all hung out in what you learned was Theos dorm, you were snacking and just chatting about anything and everything. It was around 8 in the evening when he tried to kick you out, but he wouldnât give a reason.
âAh, Theos girlfriend is coming soon.â Enzo teased as he stood up from his place by the desk, Blaise and Mattheo stood up as well.
âOmg Theo? You never told me you had a girlfriend! Who is she? How long have you been together? How did you meet?â You asked eagerly as you turned to Theo who now looked slightly uncomfortable.
âWell, y/n, weâre not together in uh that senseâŚâ Theo trailed off, scratching the back of his neck sheepishly. It took you a moment to realise what he meant you made a face which made the others laugh. Mattheo grabbed your hands to drag you up from your spot on the bed.
âWell, letâs go then darling, let Theo have some fun with his non-girlfriend.â He said with a laugh as you made another face, Enzo and Balise had already left for their own dorms.
âCome on love, itâs just sex, itâs no big deal.â He said with an amused smile on his face.
âItâs not the sex, itâs the way youâre phrasing it!â You said with your nose scrunched, making both Theo and Mattheo chuckle. You shook your head at them as you gave Theo a wave before letting Mattheo drag you out of Theos dorm. Mattheo started to walk towards another door in the hall, he gave you a look as to tell you to follow him before he opened the door and sauntered into what you assumed was his dorm. You followed him in, closing the door behind you, and looked around. His dorm was neat, he had shelves of books and records, you let your fingers trace the backs of them as Mattheo flopped down on his bed, watching you.
âI didnât know you liked to read?â You said softly as you picked up a copy of the muggle book Moby Dick, turning it over in your hand as you looked at him. He shrugged before putting his arms behind his head.
âI had a lot of time when I was little, I guess the habit just stuck.â He answered your question nonchalantly. You smiled as you put the book back in its place. You sat down on the bed, looking at him.
âWhat?â He asked curiously, a small smile on his face. You let out a shy laugh before turning your body fully too him.
âYouâre full of surprises, Mattheo Riddle.â You said softly.
âOh yeah? Good or bad?â He asked, a soft smile on his face as he sat up to face you.
âOnly good.â You said as you reached out to brush one of his stray curls out of his eyes. The tension from earlier made itâs way back between you. The air turned thick and heavy. Your hand hovered awkwardly by his cheek for a moment before he grabbed it in his larger one. You had shifted closer to him now as his other hand caressed your cheek.
âYou really are too good to us, to me.â He murmured as his thumb traced your cheekbone. You didnât know what to say, you were lost in his chocolate brown eyes, the feeling of his hand against your face, the whole of him. You let out a breath you didnât know you were holding. His hand moved to grip the hair in the back of your neck, a soft, yet steady grip as he closed his eyes. He looked like he was in pain as he opened his eyes again. Your heart was thumping loudly in your chest, you would be surprised if he didnât hear your heartbeat. You donât know how it slipped out it just did, but the world seemed to stop when you uttered those words.
âKiss me, Matty.â The restraint he showed earlier completely vanished and his lips were on yours in a soft, passionate kiss. His hands moved to your waist as he lifted you into his lap, so you were straddling him. Your hands found their home in his hair, grabbing the ends of it, making him groan into your lips. His hands moved under your shirt to caress the bare skin of your waist.
âGod, youâre so fucking perfect.â He grunted against your lips as he gripped the soft flesh of your hips. He was kissing you again, more intensely this time, his tongue was in your mouth exploring every part of it, hands gripping your hips firmly. He flipped you over mid kiss so that you were laying under him, his arms at either side of your head, and continued to kiss you.
âFuck, Iâve wanted to do that since I saw you in potions.â He said as he kissed down your neck as you let out small moans. He pulled back to look at you, your hair was fanned out on his pillow as you laid there under him. You were looking up at him with big eyes, lips swollen and red from all the kissing. His hand grabbed your chin as he looked you in the eyes, vulnerability shone in his eyes.
âPlease tell me that youâre mine, I canât kiss you again without knowing that youâre mine.â He said, his voice strained, and your heart stopped. Your eyes widened in shock. Mattheo was known for not doing commitment, yet here he was, asking you to be his.
âWhat?â You asked, shock evident in your voice.
âFuck, yes love, all I want is you. I think about you before I go to bed, right after I wake up, I canât eat, sleep or do anything without you being on my mind. Hell, it was you McLaggen talked about, he didnât even say anything bad, and I still saw red. Youâre fucking perfect, youâre too good for me, yet you make me want to rip my heart out of my chest and give it to you if thatâs what it takes for you to be mine, my girlfriend, my whatever youâre willing to be.â He said his eyes closed and his head dipped in the crook of your neck. Your hands pulled his face up so you could look at him. His eyes were searching yours for any sign of anything.
âDo you really mean that, Matty?â You whispered to which he nodded. Your face broke out in a wide smile, his face slowly matching yours.
âThen Iâm yours, your girlfriend, as long as youâre mine, my boyfriend.â You said, using his words from just moments before. You have never seen a wider smile on his face before. He leaned down again and gave you the sweetest kiss youâve ever felt. You spent the rest of the night cuddled up in his bed, kissing, talking, cuddling, Mattheo even read to you at some point of the evening. He read a chapter of Little Women, a muggle novel he said he thought you might like. At some point you fell asleep in his arms, your head comfortably nestled on his chest. It was the best sleep you have had for a long time. When you awoke the next day Mattheo was still holding you, his hand firmly on your waist. He looked so peaceful as he slept, his curls messy, his mouth slightly open as soft snores escaped him. You reached a hand up to caress your boyfriends face, his eyes shot open the second you touched him.
âSorryâ you whispered as you stroked his hair out of his face.
âPlease tell me Iâm not dreaming.â He rasped, his voice thick with sleep. A blush spread across your cheeks at his voice. You let out a giggle at his words.
âYouâre not, Matty.â You said softly before giving him a soft kiss on the lips to which he responded immediately by kissing you back and rolling you over so that he was on top of you. He deepened the kiss groaning at the feeling of your hands in his hair. Before anything else could happen, you were interrupted by his door slamming open.
âRise and shi-â You heard Blaise say before falling completely silent.
âSorry mate, we didnât know you had a girl over.â This was Enzo, you assumed they couldnât see that it was you based on how Mattheo was over you. He gave you a short smirk before looking back at the three boys who stood in the doorway. When he shifted his position, the boys got a clear view of your face.
âNoâ
âFuckingâ
âWay.â They said in disbelief as they saw you, although fully clothed, under Mattheo, in his bed, in the morning. Mattheo chuckled as you let out an embarrassed laugh. Mattheo rolled off you, making you miss his warmth, and the two of you sat up.
âWhen did this happen?â Enzo asked and you explained what happened, choosing to leave out some of the more intimate details.
âLook, Iâm so happy for you and all but seriously, if you were touchy, feely before I canât even imagine what it will be like now!â Blaise groaned as you were walking to breakfast, Mattheos arm securely around your waist.
âDo you really think they can get worse?â Theo pondered with a smirk on his face. Mattheo rolled his eyes and gave your waist a squeeze, making you smile as your friends discussed the matter at hand. When you entered the great hall, you didnât have time to think before you were pulled to the Slytherin table to sit with your boyfriend. You were talking and laughing as you ate your breakfast. You caught Fred and Georges eye, just as you did Theos in the beginning of your friendship, the twins gave you a cheeky wink each and wiggled their eyebrows. Then they leaned over to say something to Hermione and Ginny who were sitting with their backs to you. The girls turned around as saw you sitting with Mattheo, his arm around you waist, they smiled at you and then turned around to talk intently with the twins. You turned your attention back to your boyfriend who were arguing with Theo about something. What you didnât notice were the looks from Harry and Ron, they saw your genuine smile when you looked at Mattheo, they also saw how Mattheo looked at you like you were the one who hung the stars and the moon. They realised then what a big mistake they made.
They caught up with you when you had left the boys to go change in your dorms, with a promise to join them again once you had freshened up.
ây/n, please wait up.â Harry shouted as they ran up to you. You stopped and turned to them, a wary look on your face.
âPlease, y/n weâre really sorry for how we behaved.â Harry said, an apologetic look on his face.
âYeah, Iâm really sorry for saying that you would sleep with anyone who is nice to you, I know you would never do that, youâre like one of the smartest people I know.â Ron said, him too looking apologetic.
âWhen we heard that Riddle beat up McLaggen for talking about you, we sort of realised that he might not be using you.â Ron added.
âI forgive you.â You said slowly. Harry and Ron straightened.
âYou do?â The asked, hopeful.
âYeah, but what you said really hurt. I miss my friends though.â You said with a smile as you gave them hugs. You walked with them to the common room, joking as you did before all the drama. You filled Hermione and Ginny in on your recent development in your relationship with Mattheo as you went around your dorm to freshen up. You were eager to get to him. When you finally had changed and freshened up you hurried through the castle to the dungeons and when you finally reached your boyfriends dorm you walked in and jumped on him as he was laying on the bed, reading. He let out a grunt as you landed on him.
âWhatâs got you in such a good mood?â He asked with a smile as he put the book away. You explained what had happened, about how Harry and Ron apologized and how happy it made you that you were finally friends again. Mattheo beamed at you before pulling you in for a kiss, one of many to come. Everything was finally right, and you couldnât be happier.

ࡠtags. dad!toji x female reader. toji letting baby megumi try all kinds of new food !
it was a typical monday morning: you were making breakfast for your little family, flipping pancakes and eggs as you left toji to handle the task of helping megumi go through his routine. once your husband had finished, he walked into the kitchen with your little child in his arms (this time holding the boy somewhat properly).
once you turn your head towards the two, you noticed how megumi was eagerly suckling on tojiâs index fingerâa habit of your son to signal you that he yearned for his daily nutrients.
âmegumiâs biting my finger off,â toji exaggerates, yawning before moving towards the fridge and opening the door. the sudden breeze of cold air hitting his skin makes him shudder.
you laugh and flip a pancake, revealing its golden brown colour on the back, âi stored âgumiâs food on the second shelf. a little in the back.â
megumiâs tiny arms were already reaching out for the familiar bowl, making grabby hands at it as if encouraging his dad to feed him his meal. tojiâs eyes, however, were scanning the entire content of the fridge for something new, âyâknow, maybe itâs time to learn how to eat somethinâ else, kid. your taste buds needâta get used to other foods.â
according to his âbrilliantâ logic, itâs best to get kids used to new foods at a young age so they wonât become picky eaters later on. thus, toji grabs the most random combination of whatever looks edible. the gathered items consisted of pickles, strawberries, mini-carrots, tomatoes and a single lemon.
toji quickly glances over at you, but your attention was totally focused on the breakfast you were preparing. your husband takes his chance, puts megumi in his high-chair and cuts up all the food he grabbed to biteable pieces for the baby, âalright, iâll give ya the freedom of choosinâ something on yâr own. go on.â
toji places the various items on megumiâs small tray. the boy stares at the food and picks a piece of strawberry first since the red colour was the most appealing. megumi munches on it, hands as well as his lips getting a bit messy. he didnât seem to dislike it as his little pouty lips continued to move and digest the fruit.
âokay, so ya like the strawberries. noted.â toji makes a mental note of the new discovery, already planning on buying boxes of strawberries for his son.
once megumi swallowed the piece, the curious boy goes on and picks another type of food. this time it was a yellow coloured pieceâone which megumi had no knowledge about. toji did, however, and was already grinning.
the man crossed his arms while he looked down at his kid who was about to go through an unpleasant experience. thatâs what builds character according to toji, so why would he intervene and stop megumi from eating a lemon? finding out on his own will teach him a very valuable lesson.
the second megumiâs tongue picks up on the extreme sour taste, his nose scrunches up, eyebrows furrowing along with a disgusted noise escaping the back of his throat, âblegh!â
toji bursts out laughing and points at megumi whose tiny fingers were trying to wipe the taste off his tongue, spitting and almost crying from the unfamiliar taste that entered his mouth. most parents would help their child out and give them water to rinse their mouth, however the scene was apparently way too hilarious to your husband for him to even think about rushing to aid megumi.
you turn to see what the commotion was about and spot your son almost in tears from whatever he ate. you frown and walk up to the high-chair, inspecting the squished piece of lemon in megumiâs hand.
âmannnn, that was the funniest stuff iâve seen in a while.â toji snickers once he calms down, finally grabbing a tissue to wipe megumiâs drool and spit off.
âpoor baby.â you watch the small child stare at his dad with a pouty expression on his little face like he was awaiting on an apology of some kind.
even toji canât deny it: he did somewhat feel bad now. those big and watery eyes looking up at him made him soften in a fraction of a second. the dark-haired man dumps the used tissues in the nearby garbage can and then walks back to the high chair;
âaww, okay, âm sorry.â toji coos and lifts megumi up in his embrace, smothering the child with kisses all over his exposed shoulders before softly poking the fat of his cheeks, âcan you forgive your daddy, kiddo?â
âda-da!â megumi happily giggles without knowing the meaning of tojiâs words. all the kid desired at that instant was more of his dadâs attention and affection. especially after what occurred a moment ago.
megumi was guaranteed to get what he needed since toji was already preparing to tickle and kiss his adorable son all over as an apology.
you chuckle and go back to making breakfastâyour ears filled with high-pitched squeals from your son as tojiâs voice called out for a âtickle attackâ.
at least all was well in the end.

Who You Belong To - Jonathan Crane (Scarecrow) x Fem!Reader SMUT
Summary: You and your professor share what could barely be called a relationship, but what's there is tricky and difficult to put a positive label on. When a fellow classmate successfully asks you on a date, Dr. Crane decides to make one thing clear: who you belong to.
Contents/Possible Warnings: Age Gap (Reader is in her early 20's, Crane's in his mid 30's), inclusion of original male character, student-professor relationship, unprotected sex, P in V sex, toxic relationship (?), creampie, semi-clothed sex, mentions of masturbation, degradation, semi-public sex (they fuck in an office), SMUT, MDNI
Other Notes: You can read part two here.
Some people say there's over four hundred estimated phobias, others say that number can be even higher at five hundred; no matter the number, you were sure Dr. Jonathan Crane knew every single one of them by heart. Your slightly off-putting psychology professor with a passion for fear and its workings shared a relationship with you that had breeched its professional expectations long ago. You couldn't tell what he was to you, exactly, but it certainly wasn't just your professor, not when he had been inside of you more times than either of you could count.
It wasn't uncommon for him to ask you to stay after class, leading into an invitation to his office before you found yourself bent over an expensive, wooden desk that had already been cleared off in expectation of you being pressed to it while you took him. Sometimes if he wanted to strike a bit of fear of getting caught into you, he'd fuck you right in the lecture hall, always letting you know how terrifying the consequences would be if someone else did something as simple as come back for a forgotten pen.
You may have been his favorite teacher's pet, but you were sure there were others. Jonathan was an attractive man who taught an already difficult class, it'd be no surprise to you if he had other women lined up for a chance to recieve a better grade from him in exchange for a little "extra- credit" assignment, as much as you hated to admit it to yourself. He was never yours to begin with.
"Care to tell me why you're staring down at your closed text book instead of listening to my lesson?" Your professor questioned, breaking you out of your thoughts. Shit, how had you gotten so immersed in your little daydream that you had forgotten you were in class? You could feel the sympathetic stares of your peers burning into you as Crane loomed over you, a gleam of mischievous satisfaction in his blue eyes. You didn't respond.
"Stay after class," He said plainly, heading back to the front of the room. He'd still ask you to stay back regardless of how things went, the little show he had made out of you was his way of toying with you in just the way he liked. It was more of a tease at this point, you weren't scared, not of him. Still, you shrunk back into your seat in faux embarrassment to entertain him.
"To those who were paying attention, unlike a certain someone," he paused, gaze drifting over to you as he quickly took in the sight of what you were wearing.
While it was nothing out of the ordinary for you, you did choose to wear a skirt today, a favorite of his to see on you. How easy would it be for him to pull it up, bunching the fabric over your hips so be could get acess to what he was really after? He also took note of your gloss-covered lips, mind drifting onto how great they'd look wrapped around his cock or wide open as you moaned for him. He shifted, moving to be further behind his desk as he felt his pants tighten. He would wreck you after everyone was gone.
"You have a test on the topic of agoraphobia this upcoming Monday; today is Friday, which means you have the weekend to review the notes, which I hope you've been taking, for your own sake." He continued. "You're all free to go, except who I've already asked to stay." He really wouldn't stop rubbing that in, would he? Maybe he was trying to rile you up to make your usual "meeting" more exciting today.
As your classmates rose, you stayed seated, putting your stuff into your bag as you did. It was all routine, except for the man who had approached you before making his way out. He stood over you with a friendly smile, one that you had to admit made him look handsome. He didn't look too different from Dr. Crane in terms of basic features; dark hair and cornflower blue eyes. He was your type on the level of looks.
"Hey, I'm Ryan," He introduced himself, friendly smile remaining on his face. "I heard that you're pretty good in this class, making straight A's. I was wondering if you could help me study this weekend if you're free? Maybe we could grab a cup of coffee, too?" You looked over to where Dr. Crane was standing, the man in question observing your interaction from his desk, making it subtle by acting like he was sorting through papers.
You and your professor weren't exclusive, and if he had others lined up and waiting for him, then you could, too; it'd only be fair. Your classmate wanted to study and get coffee? He'd get what he wanted and more. "Sure! I'm free tommorrow at twelve if that works out for you," You finally replied, smiling up at Ryan. You had just met the guy and he was already doing something that Crane never did: asking you out on a date.
Ryan grinned, grabbing a notebook out of his bag and ripping out a piece of paper, writing his number on it before handing it to you. "I'll see you then!" He exclaimed happily before waving goodbye and leaving. After he had left, you stood up, pulling your bag over your shoulder before you made your way to where Jonathan was at the front of the lecture hall. He did ask you to stay after class.
"Throw it away," Crane stated plainly, moving the small, paper-filled trashcan that was under his desk to be in front of you. You looked down, not realizing you still had the slip of paper with Ryan's number on it in your hand.
"Do you even know what it is?" You retorted, shoving the paper into your bag.
"He gave you his number. You don't need the number of someone you turned down," He responded, moving the trashcan even closer to you. "Throw it away." He repeated.
"Except I didn't turn him down." You replied, watching his brows furrow in a mix of confusion, and then annoyance once your words sunk in. "We're not exclusive, you and I, are we?" Part of you hoped he'd prove you wrong, telling you that he was yours and you were his, while another part of you wanted to tell him 'fuck you" to his face. How many simultaneously lucky and unlucky women did he have waiting for him? Many, you were sure of it.
"I'm sure you have someone else in another one of your classes that you can spend your evening with, Dr. Crane." You smiled, trying to ignore the growing pain in your heart. "If you can have others, then it's only fair that I can as well."
"What makes you think that I have others?" He inquired, looking up at you with curious, blue eyes. "Do you think I'm the type of man to give out straight A's in my class in exchange for a fling or two? I don't even up your grades, darling." He chuckled lightly.
You rolled your eyes. He had to be lying to you... right? Were you really the only one and he just didn't see you as more than someone to have sex with? You didn't know what idea hurt you more, but the end result was the same: you meant little to him, and your body was all he wanted.
"I'll see you on Monday, professor." You mumbled out, feeling defeated. You already knew why he had asked you to stay after class, but the thought of him touching you while he wanted nothing more than just sex sickened you. What did you expect? That's all things had ever been. You shouldn't have caught feelings.
He watched you leave, letting out a long sigh once you were gone. You had always been a pain in his ass, but not one he'd ever get rid of.
Saturday at Twelve left just as quickly as it had come, and before you knew it, not only had you had your date, but you were also back in your Psychology class on Monday, a test on agoraphobia in front of you. Being nearly sixty questions long, it was intimidating to look at, even more so when the majority of questions were statistic-based. You were far from worried, however, having studied the topic extensively over the past few weeks.
Any confidence you had left you once you received your score later that same class period. You had failed by a large margin, the bright red ink in the corner shamefully exclaiming '34%' seeming to mock you as you stared back at it. You had yet to fail any assignment in your Psychology course, let alone one on such a common fear as agoraphobia. Your professor did this on purpose.
"Yes? Can I help you?" Crane asked, not bothering to look up as he shuffled through a stack of papers on his desk. You placed your failed test in front of the man, an angry frown on your face as you did so.
"Did you intentionally fail me because I went out on a date this weekend, you prick?!" He finally glanced up at you, his neutral expression not faltering a bit despite your obvious discontent. Then, he stood up, making his way over to his office door in the corner of the room.
"Come on, let's take this to my office so you can shout at me without embarrassing yourself as easily." The condescension in his voice only served to upset you further, much to his sadistic delight. You were the first one inside, Jonathan making sure to lock the door behind you. Before you could even open up your mouth to yell at him once more, he spoke.
"Did it feel good?" He asked nonchalantly, catching you off guard.
"What? What are youâ"
"Did it feel good when he fucked you?" He finished, watching calmly as your eyes widened in shock. "You have a hickey on your neck under all that makeup you used to try and hide it. You've done the same to the ones I've given you in the past. It's just barely noticeable."
He stepped forward, closing in on you like a hungry animal would their prey, a dangerous gleam in his eyes. "Did it feel good? Did he manage to fuck you better than I ever could?" His arm wrapped around you, a hand placing itself on the small of your back as he leaned into you. "Or did he leave you wanting more? Did you go home and grab that vibrator of yours, just wishing it was me that had been the one with you while you were forced to make yourself cum, because he couldn't?"
He moved, lifting you up so he could sit you on the desk. Of course, like always, it was cleared off ahead of time in anticipation of your visit.
"Maybe I need to show you who you belong to, hmm?" His hands moved down under your skirt, one resting on your inner thigh while the other gave an experimental touch to your clothed sex. You were already wet, your arousal felt through the thin cotton of your panties. "Soaking already, my dear? He must've left you worse off than I imagined." Jonathan purred.
"H-He barely touched me," You stuttered out, feeling Crane tug your underwear to the side, his deft fingers finding your clit. "All we did was make out." You let out a soft moan as he began slowly rubbing at the sensitive bud.
"I don't believe you." His hands left you, beginning to undo his belt. The prominent tent in his black slacks let you know just what was in store for you; he was starving for you. "Not when you admitted you let him touch what's mine." He continued, motioning for you to take your soaked panties off.
"What's yours?" You breathed out, slipping off the clothing in question, letting it fall to the ground below.
"You need to know who you belong to." He stated, pulling his cock out; hard and leaking pre-cum at the tip. Your pussy grew even wetter at the sight. You spread your legs on instinct as he came in closer, putting himself in between them, a hand resting on your hip while the other lined himself up with your eager cunt, the head of his cock teasing your entrance.
"Who do you belong to?" He asked staring into your eyes with his half-lidded, sultry ones swimming with lust and need. "Answer me correctly and I'll be nice and give you what you want."
"You. I belong to you. Dr. Jonathan Craâ oh, fuck!" You gasped out, feeling him thrust into you without warning. He set a quick, almost animalistic pace, wasting no time; not when he needed you so much. Every drag of his thick cock inside of your desperate cunt sent pleasure coursing through you.
"I bet he didn't fuck you as good as this," he groaned, a tight grip on your hips as he slammed into you, the lewd sounds of your shared pleasure filling the small space of his office. It had only been a few days since he had last fucked you, but with the way you were already trembling beneath him it felt like it had been months.
"You're the best I've âOh!â ever had!" You managed to get out between your moans. It was true, too. Out of every man you'd ever been with, no man had made you feel as good as Jonathan did. "Harderâ baby, please!" You begged, gripping the edge of the desk like your life depended on it.
"Look at you, begging like a slut," He growled, pounding into you even harder. "That's okay, darling. You're my little slut. Mine to fuck. Mine to ruin." He let out a loud groan as your pussy clamped down on him at the sound of his words. "Oh? Does that turn you on? The thought of me ruining you? Trust me, you're not going to want a single person other than me after I'm done with you, darling." You pulled him down, dragging him into a messy, open-mouthed kiss. Your tongue moved against his, just like you were made for each other.
"I love you," you whimpered out, feeling him nip at your neck. "Pleaseâ I want to be all yours. Only yours." You pleaded, your mind too clouded with the intense pleasure rocking through your body to fully process the potential impact of what you had just confessed.
"You already are." He responded, hips snapping against yours as he lost his rhythm. "I love you, too. I don't care what trouble I'll get into for what we've done. I don't care if I lose my job, as long as you're with me at the end of it all."
That sent you over the edge, along with the tip of his cock grazing your sweet spot. You came around him, your orgasm crashing over you as your legs shook with the force of it all. He spilled into you not long after, thick, warm cum shooting deep inside you and leaking out to drip down your thighs as he let out a long, loud groan of ecstasy.
You slumped back against the desk, feeling the cold wood against your warm, hot skin. Jonathan buried his head into the crook of your neck, pressing soft, chaste kisses to it as you both came down from your orgasmic highs. You stayed like that for a long moment until both of you calmed down, a blissful exhaustion filling you.
"There's a new restaurant that opened up in the town center," he smiled, caressing your cheek. "I hear it has some of the best Chicken Alfredo the city has to offer. Good wine, too."
You chuckled tiredly, not catching on to his offer. "You fucked me silly just so you could tell me about some Italian place?"
"I'm sure it's a better first date than whatever that guy got you," He said, letting out a chuckle of his own. "I'm free later tonight if that's not too short notice."
Your eyes shot open as the realization set in. "Waitâ You're asking me out? What if someone from the University sees us, Jonathan? You could getâ" He cut you off with a short, sweet kiss.
"Arkham always needs new doctors, darling. There's never a shortage of the need for psychiatrists. I'm tired of grading papers, anyway." He nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck. "You heard what I said earlier, didn't you? I love you. You belong to me."
You had finally learned who you belonged to, and you couldn't have been happier.

Bitch i shiftedđ!
So i know i'm late to talk about this but i shifted to a random reality 2 days ago (on monday) and it was really unexpected cause i was affirming these days that "i'm a master shifter and i Always wake up in a random reality when i fall asleep", and for Real it was a parallel reality to this one but with some changes.
The crazy thing is that it felt so Real and i was feeling everything (my hair, my Body, the floor..ect).
So here's the thing, i went studying (it was a tutoring lesson by the way) and it was so normal and everything was you know okay, but the next Time the teacher didn't Come but instead it was that kid who was studying with me at the tutoring lesson (he's a russian by the way), so he started talking russian and i was so fucking confused and i told the other kids "hey are yall understanding what he saying?" And they said "no", so that russian Guy started telling us (in english) that he will tutor us (that weird my Guy đ) so we all sat down and i was faced with this blondie Guy so we were having a really fun conversation and he began telling me things about that russian Guy like "you know that Guy isn't an ordinary person but he's a really strong soldier in russia and he's just 18 years old, he's here for a reason and i think he's searching for a girl to marry" i was like speechless cause that Guy was soo fucking HOT! He had icy blue eyes and black hair and a really good body, okay so then my conversation with the blondie ended, then that russian Guy started keeping eyes on me (that was weird đ¤¨), he approached me and showed me something that was like i think a product i don't know how to describe it but there was a code to it so i was like "oh! I need to write this code to keep it with me" ( i was interested cause i study electricity engineer in high school) and that mf started Panicking! He threaten me not to write it or else he will do something and i told him "well you Can check all my stuff and notebook" he started checking and he found nothing, then he move behind me and leaned in and told me "if i ever see you write that code i will [something i don't remember]" and girl i felt the pain and the force from his hand on my shoulder and i was Like (damn that Guy sure is strong đł), okay so then i got up and i went Somewhere else and i started writing the code on my arm but then i heard him walking UP to me so i quickly erased the code from my arm and i acted like nothing happened.
But i don't remember how i came back here but here's the interesting thing.
When i woke up here i quickly wrote the code on a piece of paper then after two days and today exactly i decided to search for that code on the internet and bitch look what I FOUND!:
"product details - Industry Mall - siemens russia" bitch what! đą.
So i clicked on it and it showed me this:
YALL I'M SHOCKED! do yall think the russian Guy panicked because of this? Because he didn't want me to know?.
If you know anything about this or you have any theory or opinions just let me know đđťđ.
Quick note: the blondie and the russian Guy i don't really know them nor they exist in my current reality and i don't really know their name.
Xoxo,Eli.

â wonwoo x reader
â comedy, light smut
â notes: the one where jeon wonwoo is your nerdy math tutor. but heâs unexpectedly hot. and youâre his friendâs sister. obviously. (part ii)
âa pc bang?â âyes sheâs always there,â says hoshi, while munching down his sandwich.
âbut i canât teach her there-â âof course you canât, but youâll find her there. itâs the one on the left around the corner,â
ânow, remind me why i am doing this,â âbecause youâre my friend and iâm fantastic at being one,â
wonwoo just gulps down his apple juice, looking at the time on his phone.
âyou should change this narrative, itâs getting boring,â âwonu, i just need you to do me this favour because if she doesnât pass this class itâll be a problem, okay?â
a sigh. âyes, thatâs fine. but only for this class okay?â hoshi grins, all teeth âyouâre the best,â
âyeah.. i better be going then, i hope sheâs a well-mannered student otherw-â wonwoo says, setting off.
âoh.. about that..â âwhat?â he stops.
ânothing, she listens well,â hoshi says, scratching the back of his head.
x
she listens well when she wants to, he should have said.
not that this a surprise for wonwoo, knowing her brother. but damn, this girl is getting on his nerves.
âokay y/n, let me be clear. your brother begged me to give you lessons, so now please can we go to the library?â
ânu-uh, i have a tournament here this afternoon. we can do another day,â you crack your fingers and re-position your chair.
âsee, maybe this is why youâre not getting through this class. you can do the tournament another day, itâs more important to study matrix systems to pass the exam than gaming,â
âboooooring, i will do that tonight if i feel like it okay? i donât need your-â you turn your chair around to face him. â...help...â
since when your brotherâs friends were this handsome. holy fuck, with that cap on before you couldnât see anything and maybe he should have kept it on for your sanity. fuck. fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck. fuckity fuck.
you can see that he is deeply annoyed by your behaviour, probably heâs used to people who take academic life very seriously. nah, heâs friend with hoshi so. you scoff a laugh.
and heâs just there, looking at you, waiting for an answer.
or maybe to beg you.
âbut on second thoughts...â you begin to say, âwe can come to an agreement..â âthat is?â he shifts in his position.
âwe game for about an hour, because you game and i can see that just by looking at your face. and then, we can look at the first two chapters of maths analysis. i think this weâll do, yes.â you grin widely.
and he hates to admit that the grinning suits you best.
wonwoo promised hoshi that he would have at least gotten through the matrix systems today with you, but here he is. without a fucking clue of what to do.
and you are just looking at him smiling prettily, as if you absolutely donât know how charming and good-looking you are.
so wonwoo just sighs, and turns his head to glance at the pc screen near him.
even his side profile is pretty, you think to yourself.
âfine. but at least letâs play some battlegrounds.â
âcanât promise you anything,â you say pleasantly, eyes creasing in a glittering smile that suddenly makes wonwoo skittish.
x
âdo you want to fuck my brains out?â
the air in his little dorm becomes unbearably stuffy all of a sudden but you refuse to let it show, after finally voicing the thoughts that were possessing your head for the past few weeks.
wonwoo turns to face you, looking far more collected. you never would have thought it would all come to a head like this in his room on a monday afternoon. but here you are, feeling a little light headed but inexplicably brave.
âi mean,â you say. âdoesnât every girl on campus you know want you to fuck their brains out?â âthat you have to tell me, i donât think i can give you an answer,â he says, piling up the books on his desk.
he starts to drum his long fingers on the cover of the statistics textbook for a good minute, eyes focused on the dusty windowsill while he is chewing on the inside of his cheek.
and it takes you a second to really make that sink in: wonwoo is restless. he is hanging on your next words.
âso, are you going to say something or you will make me wait here all afternoon?â
you smile. and he hates how his palpitations go up by a notch.
âneither. just knowing that you rubbed one out to the thought of me is closure enough to me.â he clearly tenses up. âwho says i have?â
you close your textbook with a thud. âoh, donât be embarrassed wonu. weâve all been there at one point or another.â
heâs at the brink of being disgusted with himself for getting a hard on when you just used his nickname like that, but despite it all his heart still leaps up into his throat when you sit up from his bed and collect your bag.
âyou touched yourself thinking of me?â
you look at him with one hand on the door handle and wonwoo swears his vision blurs slightly as you grin at him like that.
âyou say it like youâre surprised.â
there is no build up, no easing you into the uncharted waters. he kisses open the seam of your mouth without any hesitation, the heat of your tongue against his. it feels so harsh and erotic, so completely unlike the wonwoo you just got to know.
so polite and so pleasant.
but now his hands are on you. and you havenât had the time to realize your eyes were closed until his hands come up to palm around your waist, searching for skin while you whine against him.
your brain is foggy with the taste of him. he pulls back just as you starts to sway in his arms.
âyou donât even know...â he traces up your back. â..what you do to me, uhm?â you gulp, lips all wet.
the muskiness of him makes your head spin fast, especially when he leaves soft kisses on the skin behind your ear. his mouth is so hypnotic, every move perfectly placed.
âwonwoo,â you stammer, not knowing what else to say. your voice has gone croaky and his hand is venturing up your sweater now, not looking like it would stop any time soon.
your breath catches in your throat when wonwoo trails his fingertips over your clothed breast, dancing across it before brushing the underside. you expected his touches to be harsh, sharp. but they are slow, feather-light. practiced.
his chest heaving like heâs just run a mile, the skin of his stomach hard and hot under your fingers from where you shoved his t-shirt up. his lips are smooth when you inch up to kiss him, gently by his cupidâs bow just to make him grunt. wonwooâs hands curl around your wrists gently, pampering you with kisses for a couple of minutes before pulling away.
âfuck me,â you whisper. and then, because he has to double take like he didnât quite hear you right. âfuck me wonwoo, please.â
âplease. please, wonu. iâm begging.â
ây/nâŚâ wonwoo growls, because he is really close to pop a blood vessel when you sound all whiny and shameless like that.
âi donât care if someone will hear us,â you murmur against his mouth before pressing it there for a short kiss. you proceed to trail wet pecks all over his jaw and neck, so that he has to close his eyes with a soft sigh.Â
âfuck,â he whispers, âyouâre really begging me to fuck you here when your brother could come back any minute,â wonwoo says, kissing you.
itâs getting difficult for you to respond when his hand ventures down to undo your jeans though, mouth hanging open in pleasure while he nips at your bottom lip before pushing you back down on his bed.Â
âyou have to be extra quiet, okay?â he huffs. and there is something wonderfully satisfying for wonwoo to see you like this, underneath him and all putty in his hands.
âwonu,â you whine again, accepting the soft kiss he presses on your lips before he turns you over and positions you how he wants: on your knees, ass up, face pushed into a pillow to muffle your moans.
âyouâre so impatient,â he chuckles behind you, but it sounds so soft. fond, even. he pecks your ear swiftly while you listen to him sliding down your jeans and undies and prepare himself, your heart thudding in anticipation. youâre so thrilled you barely register the embarrassment and awkwardness of being left to wait like this, propped up and ready for him to fuck you stupid. and you gasp when you finally feel his erection against your weeping slit, hot and everything you want.
he keeps grinding against your slick folds. âwonwoo,â you whimper, because his tip keeps slipping in and that alone is making you gush. you push your hips back, tears blurring your sight with how desperately you want him inside you. âplease.â
he chuckles softly, leaning over to kiss your shoulder before finally pushing into you.
x
âso, i assume the lessons are going well since you two see each other three times a week now,â hoshi says, voice muffled by the noodles heâs slurping.
his eyes are set on wonwooâs face, lost in the gimbap in front of him.
because if wonwoo has to be real honest, the lessons are going really well, yes. but also his dating life.
and how can he say that to hoshi... âoh yeah, sheâs really smart hosh and also a fucking star at giving head!â
in his defence, wonwoo would probably never get over the fact that he has succeded in pulling someone like you. he suddenly turns pink thinking about your pretty smile and your prettier laugh. the glint in your eyes when gaming together and the concentrated face you make when trying to understand math concepts that even he has difficulties in teaching. you clinging onto his arm, the late night ramen runs at the convenience store and your honeyed sighs and moans when youâre in the private of your own.
so yeah, he doesnât really know where to start with this.
âwonu-yah?â hoshi hisses, and suddenly wonwoo gulps when his friend is holding his stare in a vice grip.
âweâre fucking hosh,â he admits timidly, and hoshi starts swearing.

Ok, everyone's been doing this lately, so I also need myself one of those.
Haven't been able to start doing anything for way too long now. I AM planning on starting going through my to do list now on the weekends, but 3 hours in my day I haven't been very successful about it... So some extra motivation would be extremely helpful right now.
Ok, let's do this:
10 notes I'll do my Finnish Duolingo for today (5 lessons)
20 notes I'll start doing some stupid music assignment that'll take 20 min max what even is the point of music assignments?!
40 notes I'll start the other a bit bigger and less stupid music assignment I still don't get the point of music assignments
70 notes I'll write a review of a random piece of media (most likely GO, anybody surprised?) for English class
100 notes I'll clean my room
200 notes I'll complete my part of the Economics presentation (due on Monday)
400 notes I'll start writing my Economics essay (also due on Monday)
700 notes I'll go ahead and learn Finnish for 2-3 hours cos I really need to and I haven't been doing it for a month already so every time I have the online lesson I have no idea what those guys are talking about
950 notes I'll go for a walk (and may or may not buy myself some chocolate)))
1000 notes I'll go to sleep early (like 22:00 early)
All tasks before the cut are all more or less due on Monday
1200 notes I'll learn some Maths I've been putting off for way too long (it's not school work but still. I'm getting dumb without it)
1500 notes I'll start researching for universities for my future studies
1900 notes Do a presentation about the them for sharing in class (why do we have to do this?!)
2000 notes I'll start finally doing my research practice essay task (first part of which was due a month agođ) (I did confess to the teacher tho, and she said it's not a big deal now, because it's not even graded, but it is for my own good because next year it will be very much graded)
5000 notes and I'll read the book we have to read for the exam and start getting ready to tell the teacher something coherent for 10 min straight on the exam day (I don't think I'll be physically able to do it, I'll start asphyxiating on the second minute of the speech (not that I have breathing problems, but the social anxiety does things to me))
Idk is that the appropriate amount of notes for each task?....

Joining the Biz.
When the hotels are all booked up, your cousin asks if a few friends can crash at your place. You accept, not knowing you'll be meeting some people who will become lifelong friends and get a shot at doing what you once loved. [Part One of Three]
Words: 7.7K Author's Note: Never thought I'd wanna write for wrestlers. Just a reminder that I am writing for the CHARACTERS they portray on TV and the way I think these CHARACTERS would be "at home", therefore everyone is single lol. I will tagging this as Jey Uso X Reader, but please be informed that it will not be romance heavy. I'm pretty sure there's not a lot of Jey/Reader interactions, but some of the stuff between them is cutesy rather than steamy. ALSO EVERYONE'S OOC BECAUSE I JUST RECENTLY STARTED WATCHING AND I DON'T KNOW THEIR PERSONALITIES JUST YET.
You're watching the new A Quiet Place movie when your cell rings. Glancing briefly at the screen sitting next to your thigh, you see it's your cousin that you haven't seen in quite a few months.
Pausing the movie, you answer the call. "Dum-Dum, you're alive!"
"Aye, prima, I got a huge favor to ask."
"Hey, YN, long time no talk. How are you? I'm good, what about you, cuz?" You retort a little mockingly.
Dominik sighs and your lips twitch in amusement. "Hi, prima. You good?"
"Never better. Now what do you need?"
The line goes quiet for a few seconds before, "So Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown are gonna be in the same arena next week and with all the wrestlers in one place, the hotels booked up pretty quickly."
"Okay, and?"
"It's in your city."
It takes a moment, but a lightbulb goes off over your head. "Let me guess, you need a place to stay?"
"Not me, but three friends do. They're scrambling right now, cuz. Please tell me no one's moved in since we last talked."
Chuckling softly, you say, "You know I'm gonna be the perpetually single prima." Dominik chuckles on his side of the line. "And my two spare rooms are always ready for a visitor. But if you're really desperate for a third, I don't mind bunking up with someone since my bed is huge. So long as it doesn't piss off any significant other, someone can bunk with me."
"Aw damn. Your bed is comfy as fuck, and you never let anyone in it."
"No, I just don't let you in it, Dum-Dum. I learned my lesson when we were little. You fight in your sleep."
"Do not."
"Do too. Now, am I rolling out the welcome mat or what? And for how long?"
"One sec." You hang on, listening to the muffled chatter. You don't know who it is that might possibly be staying with you, but you do catch Dominik mentioning that someone named Damian could benefit from sharing with you since he's the tallest and would actually fit in your bed. A few more moments and then he says, "Yes, and are you able to host for like a week or so? We'll be flying out early tomorrow morning. I can be at your place with your guests around five or six in the evening."
"That's fine. Do I get to know who I'm hosting?"
You hear Dominik squeak before, "Hi, mate. It's Rhea. Thanks so much for doing this. I really wasn't looking forward to sharing a small bed with someone."
"It's 'ya uce, Jey Uso." You chuckle at his enthusiasm, realizing his energy matches his persona on TV.
"And, uh, I'm Damian. I promise I don't punch or kick in my sleep."
You huff a laugh. "Priest, right? The tall one?"
"Yeah."
"You'll be good, man. The mattress of my bed is literally from one side of the wall to the other. The only way to get on it is to crawl on from the foot of the bed. Just ask Dominik."
"S'true, man. YN has always been weird about her space on the bed. She needs a lot of it."
"But I'll be fine sharing. I just wasn't a fan of waking up spooning or being spooned by a cousin. But walking, talking, kink material? Yes, please."
There's a sharp bark of laughter of who you assume is Rhea.
"What did you just say?" Dominik muses, more laughter ringing out as your words sink in.
"Don't worry your pretty little head about it, cuz. I'm only joking."
"No, you're not. You totally think he's hot."
"Duh. Ripley, Priest, the Usos, Roman Reigns.. they're all smokin'."
"Thanks, mate!"
"You're welcome, mi amor," you retort. "But just because I think they're hot doesn't mean I wanna be railed by them, Dum-Dum."
"I know." He gives a long suffering sigh that you can't help but smile at. "It's why when I realized we were gonna be in town and these morons needed a place to crash, I thought of you. You won't fuck around with my friends. Not like that."
"Aw, I love you too, cuz. Now get off my phone. I was watching a movie before you interrupted me."
"Alright, alright. I'll text you tomorrow."
"Okay. Bye, everyone!"
After hearing a chorus of byes in return, you end the call and go back to your movie.
After a long morning and afternoon of cleaning and changing out bedsheets for fresh ones, you're finally able to relax. You had planned to make a meal, but not knowing if anyone had any dietary restrictions, you decided against it. Instead, your cousin Dominik assured you that they'd pick up some food on the way to your house for you and themselves since you're hosting them.
You're cleaning the pool and making sure the water is balanced to be of use the next day when your phone pings with alerts from your security cameras out front. When you check it and see a black SUV parked behind your Jeep Compass and Range Rover in the driveway, you put everything away and head inside to greet your guests through the front door.
You open your front door, leaning against the door jamb as you watch the men unload suitcases and duffel bags.
Rhea Ripley, however, is walking up your porch stairs with four boxes of pizza in hand. "Ding dong," she muses.
"Hi," you greet. She manages to balance the boxes on one hand, reaching out with the other to give you a brief hug. "Did you guys have a good flight? Drive?"
"Yeah, dude, it was fine. Just this thing with the hotel was stressing us out, but you and Dom came through for us."
"Well, I'm glad to be of service," you say. Just then, the guys start walking up. "Hey, Dum-Dum."
You offer him a brief hug right before he personally introduces you to Rhea, Damian, and Jey.
"Hey, lil' mama, thanks for doing this. It was really cool of you to let us crash here," Jey says.
"It's no problem whatsoever," you assure him. "Now if you guys wanna come in and set the food in the kitchen, I'll show you around real quick."
Rhea sets the pizzas down on the kitchen island, Dominik volunteers to get drinks out, as well as plates while you show your three guests around. The main rooms they need to know on the first floor are the bathroom, the laundry room, your office in case they have any work that needs to be addressed with a computer, and one of the free guest rooms. Rhea and Jey glance at each other, but when you assure them the two guest rooms are the same size, Jey opts for it and sets his belongings in the room.
Upstairs, Rhea places her own belongings in the second spare room, peeks into the main bathroom between the bedrooms, and then the way Damian smiles when he sees the bed you and him are to share makes you laugh.
"Looks like I'm actually gonna get some good sleep this week," he says as he places his suitcase and bags off to the side. "Hotels really need to make bigger beds for those of us over six feet."
"Goddamn, you're tall," you mutter.
Rhea laughs, even more so when Jey tries to swap places with Damian because your bed looks really inviting as large as it is.
When you head downstairs and back into the kitchen, Dominik asks, "Did you show them the gym?"
"Gym? What gym?" Rhea asks, clearly excited.
You roll your eyes at your cousin. "It's nothing fancy. I just closed off my garage and turned into a gym that's perfect for me."
"I wanna see it."
Chuckling softly, you lead them to your small gym. When you turn on the lights, you say, "It's nothing sophisticated, but it's mine."
"Can we use it?" Jey asks.
"Sure. You probably won't get the workout you're used to with this equipment, but you're more than welcomed to this space."
"As long as we can break a sweat, we're good," Rhea says.
"Question," Damian says, his deep voice sending shivers down your back. It's really unfair that your cousin's friends are so good looking. "Is that a stripper pole?"
"Yeah." You laugh. "Dum-Dum didn't tell you how I bought this house?"
Jey's mouth drops open. "Girl, you a stripper?"
"Was a stripper," you correct him. "But that's a long story. I can tell it over pizza."
As you head into the kitchen, Dominik tells the four of you to dig in while it's still warm. Dominik leans against one of the kitchen counters, you hop up on another, and your three guests take a seat on a stool at the kitchen island.
Only after everyone has downed at least a slice and a half does Dominik start talking.
"Is anyone curious as to why YN has a gym in her home?"
"Because she likes to work out?" Rhea shrugs, glancing around at the random question.
"To keep in shape for that stripper pole we peeped out there," Jey tries.
You grin, shaking your head at him. Apparently, he really wants that stripper story.
Damian, however, seems to piece a part of your story together. "With Dom and Rey in the business, my guess is that you're training for the family business as well."
With your free hand, you touch the tip of your nose and point at Damian with a wink. "Sort of."
"YN used to train with me when we were younger," Dominik says. "Was supposed to join the biz when I joined."
"What happened?" Rhea asks.
"My dad." With a sigh, you set down your half-eaten slice of pizza and take a drink of your soda. "I really love everything about the wrestling life and was stoked to be a part of it when Tio Rey said I had potential. My dad wanted me to head off to college, but my mom wanted me to do whatever made me happy."
"And wrestling made you happy," Jey says.
You nod. "Very much. I started training after school, giving Dum-Dum a run for his money," you muse before turning a little sad, "but then my mom got sick. Her insurance barely wanted to pay the bare minimum, my dad couldn't keep up with the bills, and it was my turn to get an after-school job that paid."
Everyone winces in sympathy.
"After I graduated high school, I knew I needed a job that would pay well without a college degree, so I took up stripping. It took me almost a year to make a name for myself and have some regular customers that showed up for only me, but I did it. I could tell my dad was highly disappointed, but he didn't say shit to my face because my money was making a dent in the bills that had been piling up." You pause to give a sigh. "After five years, the treatments just stopped working for my mom. She passed, my dad and I made plans to purchase this exact house we're standing in, but then his new girlfriend had to go and ruin that."
Dominik chuckles. "Pendeja was under the impression my tio was paying for this house. Little did she know that YN was putting up eighty percent of the cash for this place and was going to be paying the mortgage while her dad only paid the electric and water."
You shake your head as you remember everything you went through with your dad. "We were at the meeting to close on this house when his girlfriend started gushing about the changes she was going to make and how it was her house, and I scoffed. I informed her my name was going to be on the deed, changes would have to go through me and my dad, and that she wasn't going to have a say so like she planned. Only when my dad told me to just let his name and her name be on the deed, and he was serious about it, did I pull out from the deal.
"The homeowners who were selling understood because they'd been dealing with me the entire time, and in front of my dad, promised that they'd hold off if I still wanted the place and would give me time to get the rest of the cash. I wasn't going to agree because I really didn't need a place this big for just myself, but the second my dad called me a selfish bratty bitch did I agree to purchase the house and cut all contact with my dad."
"Damn, girl. That's rough," Damian says.
You nod. "It was, but I made do. I continued to dance to make up the difference, bought this place, and then danced some more to put myself through college. I earned a nice little nest egg while getting a higher education, and now that I work for myself.. I'm golden. I'm peachy fuckin' keen."
"That's what I like to hear," Rhea says, smiling and saluting you with her own drink.
"But that's not all, is it?" Dominik muses. "A little birdie told me that dad's been advocating for you in WWE."
You smile as everyone glances at you. "Your little sister is a narc." Dominik laughs as you explain. "Tio Rey wants me in, not to fight in the women's division but to just be someone on the sidelines to cause interference since I'm so rusty. And since my work schedule is pretty fuckin' flexible, I can swing it. There's just not a storyline that can be easily manipulated to bring in an unknown female."
"Well, whatever happens, I hope you get in," Rhea says. "We need more ladies."
"And look, uce, you can come to Raw with all the cool kids or I can hook you up with my brothers and cousins on Smackdown."
You laugh. "You guys are talking as if I'm for sure going to work in the WWE. It's all just talk right now."
"Well, if you still got that talent from when we were younger," Dominik says. "I'm sure we'll be seeing you on the sidelines soon."
"Yeah, yeah. Shut up and finish eating."
As everyone finishes up eating, Damian and Rhea take it upon themselves to wash dishes and Dominik takes out the trash since he's on his way out to go get settled in at his hotel.
You walk with Dominik outside, leaning against your porch railing.
"You good, prima?" He asks. You nod, smiling softly. "I just wanna say thanks again for doing this for my friends."
"Don't even worry about it," you say. "I've been bored lately. It'll be nice to have some noise for a little bit."
"Yeah? Well, if you need anything, I'm only a phone call away. Rey too."
"I'll be fine, Dum-Dum. Rhea, Jey, and Damian seem really cool."
"Alright." Dominik gives you a hug. "I'll see you if I'm not busy working. You also have ringside tickets for Monday, so clear your schedule for that day."
"Thanks. Night, Dom."
"Night, YN."
Waking up the following morning, you stretch and quietly groan. For a moment you forget you have guests, but then a deep chuckle from the other side of your bed reminds you that not only do you have guests but that you have a guest in bed with you. You turn your head, spotting a sleepy Damian just waking up himself.
"Goddamn. This bed had no right being this comfortable."
You huff a laugh and roll onto your side, tucking an arm beneath your head. "I take it you slept well?"
"Yeah. It's been a while since I've slept in."
His words slowly make you realize that you've slept in too. "Shit. What time is it?" You sit up, patting the bed around you for your phone until you remember you placed it on the floating shelf connected to the wall above where you had slept. Turning, you snatch your phone and check the time. It's nine in the morning. "Fuckkk," you groan as you fall back against your pillows.
"What happened? You miss work or something?"
"Nah. Nothing like that." You take a moment to yawn. "I just have a routine, and I forgot to set my alarm," you tell him.
He hums in understanding. The two of you go quiet, sleep threatening to take you back under until you feel the bed at your feet shift and jostle. Opening your eyes, you find Rhea crawling into bed, burrowing under the blanket you're using.
"Oi. What are we talking about?"
You chuckle as Rhea snuggles down, hair mused and face clean of her usual dark makeup.
"Nothing. YN was just talking about how she missed her routine."
"What routine?"
"I run in the mornings," you admit. "Wake up at six, run two miles around the neighborhood to get the blood pumping, and then do whatever needs to be done whether it be work-work or house-work."
"What's on the agenda for today?"
"Not a damn thing. I cleared my schedule until the middle of next week," you say. "I'm free as a bird, so if you want to do something in town, I'm down. Or if you have errands to run or need to head to the arena to train, the Range Rover is yours to use while you're staying here."
Damian and Rhea are saying their thanks when Jey launches himself on the other side of you. You groan as the others laugh. "Damn, uce, this bed is huge. You can fit at least one other body in here."
Jey is apparently an affectionate person and has no issue sliding under your blanket as well. But while Rhea kept a few inches between you, Jey practically plasters his chest to your back and snuggles up to you with a content sigh.
You shake with suppressed laughter. "Comfortable, Uso?"
"Extremely. What's everyone doin' today?"
"Priest and I have a meeting with the higher ups," Rhea says. "After that, nothing."
"I'll be making use of the gym here to get the blood pumping," Jey says.
All three go quiet and you only speak when you feel Jey squeeze you around the waist. "Well while you guys are working, I'll be relaxing out back in the pool."
Time seems to freeze before,
"You got a pool?!"
"Yes?" You laugh.
"Alright, change of plans. I'm gonna work out and then float my ass in the pool out back. You got any floaties, uce?"
"Duh."
"Then yeah, we floatin'."
You grin sleepily. "You guys gonna be free for dinner?" At their confirmed status of being free, you say, "I'm feelin' steaks, jalapeĂąo poppers, and roasted corn. Any objections?"
"Nope."
"No."
"Hell nah."
"This arrangement is proving to be better than staying at a hotel," Damian muses. "You sure we're not putting you out?"
"No way. I grew up with big family cookouts, random hangouts, and sleepovers and I miss it. When mom died, dad and I stopped going out as much. Dad's side of the family kind of wanted nothing to do with me when I wouldn't let his then girlfriend take control of the house I was buying, and while I kept in touch with my mom's side of the family, it just wasn't the same."
"Which side does Dom come from?" Rhea asks.
"Mom's." You smile sadly. "My mom and his mom were sisters."
"Family is everything," she says and you nod in agreement. "But blood does not define family. If the rest of your family won't recognize you, we will. You're stuck with us now."
As Rhea spoke, your eyes got a little teary. "Goddammit, Ripley. It's too early to be crying."
"I'm sorry." She laughs and reaches for your hand, squeezing it.
"Come on," Damian eventually groans, reaching over to nudge Rhea. "The sooner we get this meeting over with, the quicker we can get back to chill by the pool."
Rhea groans as she has to get out of bed and Damian immediately calls dibs on the bathroom upstairs as he scoots out of bed after her.
"And then there were two," Jey muses, brazenly pressing his face into the back of your neck as he holds you.
Chuckling, you free an arm from beneath the blanket and then gently slap him on the thigh. "Come on, Uso. Let's get sweaty."
"That's what I'm talking about!"
This time, you bark out a laugh. "Down, boy. We're just going for a run to get that blood of yours pumping before you hit up the mini gym."
"Not what I had in mind, but I'm down."
Since Damian's occupying the upstairs bathroom, you grab an extra toothbrush and toothpaste from your hall closet and head towards the downstairs bathroom where Rhea is. Knocking on the door, you wait until you hear her call out.
"Yeah?"
"Is it cool if I brush my teeth in there? I promise I won't sneak any looks!"
Rhea laughs. "Sure thing, babe. Door's unlocked!"
Your shower stalls have glass doors, so you keep your gaze averted. Fortunately, Rhea likes a steamy shower so even if you had glanced in her direction, all you would see is the outline of her body.
"Didn't want to sneak any looks at Damian?" She muses.
You laugh as you wet your toothbrush and apply some toothpaste. "I still think of that man as walking, talking, kink material-" Rhea barks out a laugh, "-but now that I've met him, he gives off major big brother energy. I do not want to see the peen. Well, I kind of do, but I'm intimidated."
"Oh my god. I'm gonna love hanging out with you this week."
You make quick work of brushing your teeth and washing your face, and then tell Rhea where to find the keys to the Range Rover in case you and Jey leave before her and Damian are ready.
Back up in your room, you get dressed in your workout gear- a cropped dark tank top made out of spandex material and a pair of black and white running shorts. You put on your running shoes, tie your hair up into a ponytail, then grab the strap that your phone zips into before securing it around your bicep.
You run into Damian on your way downstairs, telling him what you told Rhea about where to find the keys to the Range Rover and not to bother locking up if you and Jey are gone before he and Rhea leave. He thanks you for letting them use your vehicle and you head outside into the backyard, stretching in the little spot that you've sectioned off for yoga sessions.
Jey is outside as well, taking a picture of the pool where he's apparently set loose some pool floats and rearranged the chairs off to the side. You shake your head at him in amusement, twisting your body into the runner's lunge twist.
As you're holding the pose, stretching your muscles, you hear, "Look up, sweetheart. Let me see that smile." Instead of just smiling, however, you flip him off. Jey laughs, snapping the pic. "Is it cool if I post that?"
"That's fine."
As Jey does a few of his own stretches, he's messing with his phone. He's smiling the entire time and when he puts his phone away, you finish up your stretching and check his socials to see what he posted and/or said.
It doesn't take you long to find the post on Instagram, a post of two pics. The first is your pool looking rather inviting and the next pic is of you flipping him off. The caption reads, Can't wait to go for a swim, but first I need to get the blood pumping with this peach of a lady and an added kissy face emoji.
"You're ridiculous," you call out and he laughs.
"You see it?"
"Yes." In response to his post, you leave a comment with the middle finger emoji and two blue hearts. "Now come on, Uso. Time to run."
You and Jey round the side of the house just as Rhea and Damian walk down the porch stairs. You tell Damian that the address to your house is already programmed into the GPS should he need it on the way back and he nods, tossing and catching the key fob in his hand. You and Jey then stand side by side on the sidewalk, and after making sure he's ready, you set off at a leisurely pace.
As you round the street corner, you speed up a little more. Jey keeps pace and the only sound for a good while is your feet pounding against the pavement. Several minutes into your run, however, you notice Jey lagging behind. And when you glance over your shoulder to see if he's fine, you see him with his phone out again.
Not wanting to speak and expend your breath, you continue running. Jey follows you, keeping pace once more, and then urging you faster on the way back to your house.
By the time you make it back to your kitchen, you're panting and leaning against the kitchen island. "I'm never running with you again."
"Aw, come on, girl. That was fun."
"For you! What were you doing with your phone out anyway?"
Before he can answer, his phone starts ringing. He glances at it, then at you. "It's Jimmy. Do you mind?"
"Go ahead."
Jey answers what ends up being a Facetime call and you walk around your kitchen, grabbing yourself a glass of water as they talk.
"Ay, uce, you good?" Jey asks.
"Yeah, but not as good as you apparently. Where the hell you at that you have access to a pool?"
You're mid-sip, grinning against the rim of your glass when Jey points his phone at you. "Mysterio's cuz came through. Say hi." You awkwardly wave at the camera as you hear Jimmy laugh and hear him call out his own hello. Then Jey continues the talk. "So how's the hotel?"
"Boring. We either hang out in our rooms or at the arena. Nothing fancy or fun."
Quickly finding a pen and pad of paper, you jot something down and then slide it over to Jey-Â Invite him over. Pool's big enough and dinner is on me.
"Ay, uce, who's with you right now?" Jey asks after reading your note.
"Just Solo and Roman. Why?"
Jey glances at you and you nod. "You guys wanna come over? Pool's big enough and YN is grilling steaks tonight for us here."
"Shit. Forreal?"
"Yeah." You call out when Jey looks at you once more. "I just need a headcount so I can go grab the steaks and corn from the store here in a bit. Damian and Rhea are currently at the arena in one of my vehicles, so I'm sure they can swing by and pick you up if you guys need a ride."
"No worries, we got our own ride. We just need an address."
"I'll have Jey send it to you. Are all three of you coming?"
"Sure thing, ma."
Jey talks to his brother for another minute before ending the call, opening up his texts and handing you the phone so you can enter your address. You do so and then after downing your water, you tell Jey you're going to shower before heading out to the store. Jey tells you he'll tag along and to not leave without him.
. . . .
Later, when you're done shopping and preparing the backyard for guests, you smile wide when you spot your cousin walking in with a case of beer and a holler that the party has arrived. Behind him, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Roman Reigns enter.
You greet everyone with a smile and hug (if they offered), then proceed to show them where both bathrooms are and the room that Jey is staying in so they can change into their swim trunks wherever they're most comfortable. Then before you go back outside, you take a moment to change into your own two piece bathing suit that consists of a dark green v-neck top that pulls down over your head like a sports bra and dark green high waisted bottoms that have cutouts along your hips. And since you're not jumping into the water right away, you pull on a loose, white button down shirt with its sleeves rolled up to your elbows and tuck the front hem of the shirt into a pair of cutoff denim shorts.
As you head back out, you pass Damian and Rhea in the kitchen, cutting jalapeĂąos in half and scooping out the seeds so they can put cream cheese in them before wrapping them in bacon.
Dominik is outside, looking everything over before meeting your gaze with a smile. "You're loving this, aren't you?"
"I miss hanging out," you admit with a chuckle. "And hosting isn't so bad when all the men are handsome as fuck."
He shakes his head in amusement. "You opening up the hot tub?"
"Should I?" You frown.
"Yes, estĂşpida. I can guarantee that'll be the hangout spot after dinner."
"Well go get it set up," you tell him.
As Dominik preps the hot tub, you make sure the outside bar is all stocked up. The beer Dominik brought and the beer Jey suggested you buy earlier is in the cooler, the freezer is filled with ice, your blender is clean and ready for margaritas, and there's a whole stash of alcohol in case anyone wants anything stronger.
You're connecting a laptop to the outside speakers when Damian pops up. "Hey, hermosa, the poppers are sitting in the fridge for when you're ready for them. Do you need anything else done?"
"No, sir. You and Rhea are guests. Go change and lounge. I can do the rest."
"Are you sure?"
You smile at him. "Positive. Enjoy your time off, Priest."
"Alright. But hurry up. You deserve to have some fun too before you start cooking."
After shooing Damian off, you head inside to quickly peel some potatoes. Four shirtless Samoans finally walk out from Jey's room, and you have to shoo Jey out when he tries to help out in the kitchen.
"I'm good," you say, swatting at his hands when he tries to grab the potato peeler from the counter. "Go have fun."
"But-"
"No buts!" His jaw snaps shut and you arch an eyebrow at him, silently challenging him to do something about it. Hearing a snicker, you glance at his grinning twin Jimmy and younger brother Solo. "Can y'all please go throw his ass in the pool? Not only did this fool have the audacity to jump into my bed this morning-"
"Rhea was in there too! I thought it was a group thing!"
"-but he snapped pics of my ass on our run this morning."
"You saw those?"
You glare at him, but end up laughing when his brothers look offended on your behalf. "I follow you on Instagram. Of course I saw them! You're just lucky my account is private. Your fans already stalked the hell out of my pages and tried adding me." And before Jey can say anything to defend himself, there's a small scuffle as Jimmy and Solo grapple with their brother before pushing him out the door.
You and Roman follow, laughing and then whooping when Jey gets tossed into the pool. Roman lingers and when you glance up at him, he asks, "You sure you don't need any help?"
"Positive. Go have fun, Reigns. And if you want, the laptop at the bar controls the music. I'm not sure what you like listening to, so have fun making a playlist if you want."
"Will do."
You get back to work in the kitchen, but it doesn't take you long to finish up. There's still a couple of hours before you have to get to work, so you head outside to see what everyone's up to. Rhea and Dominik are laid out on the lounges next to the pool, conversing with each other and with Damian and Roman who are inside the pool but hanging onto the ledge near them. Jey, Jimmy, and Solo are not too far, the three brothers splayed out casually on pool floats.
Taking a moment for yourself, you head to the bar and immediately work on a pitcher of margaritas. Rhea hollers that she wants one and you give her a thumbs up to let her know you heard her loud and clear. On reflex, you dig your phone out of your pocket and leave it on the bar so there's no electronic casualties as you walk by the pool's ledge. Then salting the rim of two margarita glasses, you fill them with the slushie goodness and walk yourself over to where Rhea is just sitting up.
"Thanks, mate." She sips her margarita, humming, and you do the same.
You had only taken your eyes off the pool's occupants for a minute that you don't notice one in particular is missing. When you clock Jimmy and Solo staring at you though, your gaze darts around for Jey. Their smirks grow and you tense up. But before you can question where the troublesome individual is, wet arms come down around you from behind. You yelp and a deep chuckle sounds next to your ear.
"You thought you could get away with siccin' my brothers on me, didn't you? My own blood? Nope. Not today, baby girl."
"JeyâŚ" He starts walking towards the pool and you do your best to push back. Unfortunately, he's stronger. "Jey, I have a drink in my hand!"
"Not anymore." Jey had stopped right at the pool's ledge, right where Roman and Damian were, when the margarita is pulled from your hand. You stare down in shock at Damian who's now sipping it.
"You traitor! I'm giving you the shittiest blanket tonight, Priest!"
He shrugs, grinning. "I'll just steal yours."
Everyone starts chanting to toss you in and your toes curl over the pool's ledge as if that'll keep you from going in. "Jey, if you toss me in, I'll-"
"You'll what?"
You know there's no getting out of this predicament, so you reach back and grip onto the sides of Jey's shorts. "I'm taking you with me."
"Wh-" Before he can get the word out, you fall forward and take Jey back into the water with you.
All his weight falls on top of you as you go under water, but it's not as bad as apparently everyone thinks it is. When you resurface, wiping water from your eyes, you're surprised to see everyone looking quite freaked out. Even Jey looks worried, but you merely laugh in return.
"You good, uce?" Jimmy calls out. "That was a whole lot of fat falling on top of you."
You snort as Jey gasps in offense. "I'm good, Jimmy."
You tread water like a foot away from Jey and start stripping off your shirt and shorts while you grumble. You toss them onto the side of the pool, rolling your eyes when Rhea wiggles her eyebrows at you. Jey looks you up and down, even going as far to dip under the water. When he resurfaces, smirking, you swat the back of his head and end up treading water with him and his brothers for a bit.
Eventually, you all end up hanging out around the ledge and in front of the pool lounges where Damian and Solo have swapped out with Rhea and Dominik. Jimmy is the most vocal about getting to know you, especially when he spots you hanging onto his brother's back with Jey's hands supporting you under your thighs as you talk with everyone. He's never seen his twin so comfortable with someone he's just met like this.
No one bats an eye at your stripper past, hell Roman even cracks a joke about taking up stripping if wrestling ever falls through, and then Dominik happily informs them that you're actually quite the little wrestler yourself. You keep it humble though, telling everyone that you're very out of shape and rusty in the ring, and you're like eighty percent sure nothing will come of Rey's thoughts.
They all try to hype you up into seriously thinking about it if wrestling is something you love, but you brush it all off and tell Dominik to help you bring out the steaks from inside.
After drying off, you get the grill going and then put on an apron over your bathing suit. You get the seasoned steaks going on one side of the grill while Dominik fills the other side with corn on the cob that's been smothered in butter and wrapped in foil, as well as the jalapeĂąo poppers. Then while that's cooking, you quickly head inside to dice up the peeled potatoes before dropping them into a pot of water so they can boil.
You and Dominik remain by the grill to make sure nothing overcooks. Then when you have to head back inside, he keeps watch while you mash the potatoes and make a small pot of brown gravy.
When the food gets taken inside, you set everything out on the kitchen island before calling everyone in. They all flood in with towels wrapped around their waists, and none of the men will serve themselves until you and Rhea have made up your plates first. So while you and Rhea take a seat at the table with full plates, you both watch in amusement as they moan and groan about the smell, practically salivating when they take their own seats with their own plates of food.
Dinner ended up being quite the affair, and you were very glad that you had cooked up more steaks than Jey deemed necessary. Apparently his brothers and cousin could really chow down.
Then after dinner and deciding to let the dishwasher get a workout, everyone takes a moment to let their food settle in their stomachs before heading back outside. Instead of the pool, however, they sink into the hot tub.
Drinks are passed around again and the last thing you remember is laughing uncontrollably with this group of people before everything goes dark.
When you wake up, you have a throbbing headache. But not only that, your mouth feels extremely gross, and you want nothing more than to brush your teeth and eat a mountain of breakfast foods. You take a moment to just lay there and wait for the room to stop spinning, and when it does do you take notice of the weight across your stomach. Slowly, you glance to your right and find Jey sleeping peacefully with his arm draped across you. But for some reason, the bed feels like there's more of a presence in it, and when you glance to your left you can't help but smile.
Next to you and under his own blanket is Jimmy, and then on his other side are Rhea and Damian who are sharing a blanket of their own. You're not sure how you all ended up here, but you carefully extricate yourself from the bed to get some answers. You're still in your bikini and you have a feeling everyone else is still in their swimsuits as well, so you know you're gonna have to do laundry so your bedding doesn't smell like chlorine.
After grabbing a pair of baggy sweatpants, a sports bra, and a pair of socks, you take the quickest shower you've ever taken to get the pool smell off of you and brush your teeth. You wring out as much water as you can from your hair, run a towel through it to soak up some more, and then run your fingers through the strands before tying it up in a messy bun just to keep it all off your neck.
As you pad downstairs and into your kitchen, you find Solo and Roman looking through the cabinets. You take a moment to watch them, grinning when you hear Solo quietly moan about wanting coffee, but not knowing where anything is.
"Two cabinets to your left." Solo jerks in surprise and you grin, walking to the cabinet yourself to grab the coffee grounds. You grab the grounds and filters, handing them off to Solo. "Not that I'm mad about it, but what the hell are you guys doing here?"
Roman's chuckle makes you turn around to face him. "You don't remember?"
"Unfortunately, no. I remember a lot of laughing in the hot tub and then sleeping." You squint your eyes a little, flashes of the night coming back. "Was there dancing?"
Solo snorts as he prepares a pot of coffee. "Do not check your Instagram."
"Aww, man. Who gave me the hard stuff to drink?"
"Your cousin."
"Dominik said you're very family orientated and that you needed last night," Roman says. "Rhea kept you supplied with margaritas, Jey and Jimmy took over the music and there was a dancing competition, your cousin decided shots was a good idea, then you got affectionate like a cat on Jey's lap-" you wince in embarrassment, "-and once the weepiness set in, Dom cut you off."
"And where is my idiot cousin?"
"Back at the hotel. He didn't drink like everyone else did. Solo, Jimmy, and I were capable of driving, but no one wanted to risk it with Smackdown in a couple of days."
"Jey jumped at the chance to bunk with you and Damian, and then Rhea volunteered as well. Jimmy, Roman, and I drew straws, and the shortest one had to bunk in your bed with everyone."
You giggle. "Poor Jimmy."
Solo grins. "He wasn't too mad about it though. He got to slip between you and Rhea."
"But Jey was quick to drag you all the way to the wall to keep Jimmy away from you," Roman muses.
You chuckle, reaching up to rub at your temple as you close your eyes. "Shit, guys. I just met you last night and already I made a terrible first impression."
"Nah, you're good," Roman assures you. "You don't know how bad we needed last night. It's been a while since we were able to unwind and last night was-"
"Exactly what we needed," Solo finishes.
"And besides, it's not everyday we meet a fan that's able to still be normal around us."
You freeze. "Why do you say I'm a fan?"
Roman slowly grins. "Well besides the fact that you have family in the biz, you also spent some time last night doing Ripley's entrance alongside her."
"Oh my god."
"Instagram," Solo says. "Don't check it."
"I hate you guys."
The two men chuckle and your stomach grumbling puts you in motion to make something to eat. Roman helps, pulling out some frozen hash that's in the freezer. He gets that going just as you throw some sausage links into another pan, and then Solo takes over making a huge pan of eggs.
Just as you're setting a plate of toast onto the table, Jimmy comes down. He doesn't say anything, but does grab himself a plate and load it up.
The four of you are quiet as you eat, exhaustion still lingering in everyone.
It isn't until Solo takes it upon himself to clear the table do you realize Jimmy and Roman are staring at you. You squint your eyes at them, then at Solo when he reclaims his seat. "What-"
"What are your intentions with Jey?" Jimmy asks.
You snort, grinning. "What?" Roman chuckles and you glance between the three Samoans. "Is this- is this a shovel talk?"
Jimmy shrugs. "It's not every day that Jey shows genuine interest in someone. We just wanna know where you stand."
Upon realizing just how serious these three are, your smile slowly fades. "I like him. I do," you admit. "It's very rare I connect with someone like I did with JeyâŚ" You trail off.
"But-" Jimmy urges.
"But I literally met him like a day and a half ago! And besides, Jey's life is on the road," you tell them. "Being flirty and affectionate is all that I'm able to give him because if I give moreâŚ" You sigh sadly. "If I give more, it's inevitable that feelings will develop on my end, and I won't do that to myself." You pause, letting your words sink in. Your gaze falls to the table and your voice lowers. "As cheesy as it sounds, Jey is my definition of right guy, wrong time."
An arm is slung around your shoulders and then you're pulled into Jimmy's side. "Look at this way, sis. If your unc gets you in, you'll be traveling on the road with us and you can be disgustingly cute with my brother all you want."
"Shut up." You nudge him with your elbow. "Now if you gentlemen will excuse me, I need to sweat out all this alcohol in my system. I'll be in my baby gym while you do whatever you guys wanna do."
Roman starts to stand. "We need to get to the arena and train. Is it cool if we come back later?"
"That's fine. Like I told everyone else, I'm not working until next week. My house is your house."
"Thank you."
As Roman and Jimmy head off to the bathrooms before leaving, Solo surprises you by lingering behind. You smile at him, letting him say whatever's on his mind.
"For what it's worth, I really hope your uncle's serious about getting you into the business. I think my brother really likes you."
"Aw, Solo," you coo. He shakes his head in amusement as you lean in to hug him. "Outside of the ring, you're a good guy. But inside the ring, I'm sad to say that Roman is still my Tribal Chief."
Solo barks out a laugh. As he pulls out of the hug, he asks, "What are you doing Friday night?"
"Nothing. Why?"
"Roman and I are gonna have a face to face in the ring. You think you can crack his facade if I get you ringside?"
"Solo," you slowly smirk, "it'll be my genuine pleasure."
End Note:Â Alright, this was bad. I admit that. But I'm slightly obsessed with these characters. Why are they so handsome?

I love you all immensely. Take care. đ
"More wine," Queen Jazlene demands.Â
You stand at her shoulder, awaiting her every command. The familiarity of your duty feels safe though you cannot deny the peril all around. You move forward cautiously, sending a glance to king.Â
King Geralt has not said or done much. He's hardly even touched his plate. For the first time that night, to your surprise as much as your relief, he looks at you. You pause, hand hovering before the ewer.Â
"Another cup won't fare you well on the morrow," he girds.Â
Jazlene huffs, "what else am I to do in this dull place but drink?"Â
His lashes lower and he sits back. He props his elbow on the straight arm of the chair and gazes out at the boards full of bawdy voices and steps. He tilts his head as his pale sight skewers the chamber.Â
"It is a banquet," he utters flatly. You remain close to Jazlene but retract your hand.Â
"It is, husband, what do you propose?" She's breathy, almost hopeful. She peers out across the plucking of strings, "a dance?"Â
"I know some steps," he extends his fingers, "suppose... there won't be much dancing on the road and Lord Vesemir did go to all this effort."Â
"Truly? A dance?" She squals and grabs his forearm, "husband, is this not some cruel jape?"Â
His jaw squares and he looks at her without humour, "only a suggestion. We are... married. The people should like to see king and queen together."Â
You step back, as surprised as the daughter of Debray. The king himself hardly seems eager but he is ever aloof. You wonder if it is genuine. His refusal to look at you has you uncertain. Does he regret his missteps or are you once assuming too kindly of him? He has taught you those last few days to be skeptical. You are less than grateful for the lesson. Â
"I would very much love to dance," Jazlene seizes his large hand and he winces, "thank you, thank you, thank you." She chants in excitement as she rises and the king steels himself as he does the same. You're not so sure her glee is specific to her partner, but rather the act.
You canât help but pity the queen. Itâs clear sheâs desperate for excitement. It would explain her flirtations and her tantrums and all her behaviour. Still, the isnât the little girl flitting around her fatherâs castle anymore; she is the queen and her misdeeds will have consequences should she carry on.Â
Your eyes drift out as a lull ripples over the chamber followed quickly by a tide of murmurs. The king and queen emerge from behind the royal table as curiosity thrums all around. The troupe continues to strum as Jazlene can hardly contain her elation despite the kingâs stoic propriety. They begin the steps; hers jouncy, his flat and formal. She hardly notices her partnerâs nonchalance.Â
The other partners give breadth to the royal couple as others pause to watch. Whispers and cheers, some whistles encourage the king and queen. It is the first that any have seen the royal couple as one.Â
You watch but hardly take in the scene. Your mind wanders to the chamber in the tower, then to the queenâs rooms; you hear only Geraltâs gritting frustration and the queenâs shrill defiance. They play their parts but you are not convinced.Â
You peer around and your eyes catch on a shock of rusty orange. Gilles stands by the doors, amid as cluster of other guards. Where his fellow soldiers drink ale and grumble, he stares at the royal pair, bound by the sight of the queen on the kingâs arm. Â
You follow his gaze and meet King Geraltâs golden irises. His brow twitches and he quickly draws his attention back to his queen. You are confounded by him. You cannot figure if he truly has reconsidered his intent or he is merely hiding. Heâs shown you before that he can feign whatever role suits his means; gallant king, pensive man, troubled soul. In the end, his only concern is his own will.Â
Your chest rents deeper amidst your doom-laden thoughts. When did you grow so cynical? Itâs these Hinterlands; their chill invades even the soul. Your lips tug down and you put your eyes to the stone wall. You need only see the night through. The road will keep all too busy for recklessness.Â
As you stand there, you sense a shift, and turn to look over your shoulder. Lord Vesemir waves in your direction, bidding you to him with a pointed finger. You squint and peer back at the queen and king. You cannot disobey the host even if you are bound to a higher title.Â
You sidle along behind the tables and stop behind the white-haired lord. He pushes his chair out, leaning into the straight wooden back. He looks up at you, cheeks ruddy with drink.Â
âLittle dove,â he grits, âhow amusing, isnât it, to see the king afoot on the boards.âÂ
âMy lord,â you agree evenly.Â
âI must say he never took so happily to the dance lessons as he did the sword,â Vesemir chuckles, âthough he is graceful in both. My own feet do not listen to each other.âÂ
You bow your head, signaling your attention. You tilt your ear to him and stare at the table.Â
âIf any knew to watch for it, they would see he does prefer another partner,â the lord sighs, âalas, it would not be wise, as Iâve told him. A king cannot so quickly descend into folly. How many times did I say the same to his own father?âÂ
You lower your lashes. Â
âI believe he has heeded my foreboding,â Vesemir reaches for his goblet and grunts as he finds it empty, tilting it to show his disappointment. You move forward to grab the jug of ale and pour him a new cup. He thanks you as he watches you. âAnd you. You had a restful night? You were provided the promised chamber? A bed?âÂ
âYes, my lord, thank you,â you say, âit is rather much for a maid.âÂ
âWe both know you are not any maid,â he pauses to gulp, âtell me, dove, do you find my halls too cold?âÂ
You set the jug down and step back on your heels. You fold your hands and consider his question as a riddle. You know not how to untangle the words of nobles so you will not try.Â
âCold, yes, but not intolerable, my lord,â you answer.Â
âHm, yes, but you may line your wool a bit thicker,â he reaches to pinch the cuff of your sleeve, âyou would not shiver so much.â He rescinds his touch and looks into his cup, swirling the ale, âand your former castle, what was that like? Suppose the Duke of Debray is a rather busy lord, the way he scurries around like rat.âÂ
You hesitate. You cannot tell if he refers to Lord Dustanâs betrayal.Â
âThereâs always work for servants in a castle,â you say, âsummer or winter. We were kept busy though not many ventured to Debray. It was always the lord that traveled.âÂ
âMm, yes, you would not guess it but this vultureâs nest is rarely so lively as this. Youâve only seen it invaded by the king and his horde. When the winter is falling, it is so quiet. The snows drown out the noise below and the ice sparkles as diamonds...â he describes dreamily, âit is calm, peaceful. Not as life is at court. I prefer it. I was never one for that farce.âÂ
You look at him, listening intently. You think of the cave, of the moths, the desolation nestled within those icy walls. This place is beautiful despite its frosted bite. You mightâve seen clearer sooner were it not for the shroud cast on it by crowded halls.Â
âIt is safer here,â he continues, âand even as peace is declared, times will grow no less turbulent. Wars do not end so cleanly.âÂ
You furrow your brow and watch the lord, trying to unfold his words into their true meaning. He chuckles and empties his goblet once more. He sets it down and stands.Â
âPerhaps this old man does ramble in his cups,â he shakes his head, âI thank you, dove, for your ear. Loyal as you are, gentle too. You could not know what spell you cast.âÂ
You retreat as Lord Vesemir angles his broad figure around his chair. He beckons as he turns and for a moment, you think he gestures at you. Instead, the maid, Ezme, appears from the shadows and meets him at the end of the table. He speaks to her as you back up against the wall. He walks with her from the hall as you stare after them.Â
His words echo in your head.
What did he mean to say all he did? Another warning of what you already dread? A suggestion that you simply could never heed? Does he suggest escape even as he denotes your futility? Or does he simple speak for nothing more than his own voice?Â
You look back to the king and queen. A new pitch picks up as the music swells with the stomping feet on the boards and the japes and jeers. Amid the revelry, the king remains as staunch as always, and once more, your eyes meet.Â
Lord Vesemir is not mistaken. There is only turmoil ahead.Â
âď¸
The night ends in a march along the corridors. You keep a distance from the king and queen as they walk ahead. Jazlene leans on her husband as she drunkenly babbles. Despite his discouragement, she kept to her wine. Ahead, Gilles walks with his hand on his sword.Â
The guard opens the queenâs doors and the king escorts his wife through. You tarry in the archway as the ginger-headed man takes his post but cannot restrain from peeking within. Jazlene falls onto her mattress and sighs, giggling into a chattering shiver.Â
âOh, it is so cold,â she hugs herself, rubbing her arms.Â
âYou should not wear satin,â the king remands.Â
âRats to that!â She sneers and pushes herself up on her elbows, âI was plenty warm on the boards...â she looks at him coyly and grins, âwith you, husband.âÂ
âAnd the wine in your belly does convince you of warmth,â he tuts. âIâve known many men who drank themselves to death thinking it could cure the cold.âÂ
âUgh, you are so dour,â she chides shrilly and sits up, reaching for him, âhusband, we have a long road ahead. Will you not make use of our last night in the castle?âÂ
He huffs, âyou are drunk and I must see Lord Vesemir about our travel-âÂ
âIt is late. You might see to it in the morn,â she whines.Â
He exhales again. He looks down at his boots and tilts his head to his side, but does not raises his eyes. He flicks his fingers in your direction, âclose the door. I will see my wife abed.âÂ
Jazlene falls back and purrs. You can tell by the loll in her head that the wine will see her unconscious shortly. The king puts his hands to his hips and watches her as you back out and Gilles pulls shut the doors, not without undue force.Â
âGo then, maid,â he snarls as he steps back against the wall.Â
You obey. You are not certain whether to return to the chamber you shared with Ezme or to search out the servantsâ quarters. You make no determination before youâre stopped the same slender shadow as the night previous.Â
It is Ezme, as if she was summoned by the very thought of her. She is silent as she nods and turns to lead you onward. You follow without bidding. Your stomach churns as you already know she is not taking you to sleep. Something is amiss.Â
You stop before a set of doors marked by iron vulturesâ heads. She knocks and enters, letting you in after her. Within, Lord Vesemir sits before a fire, the glow flickering over him as he watches the flame. His shirt is untucked, his jacket disposed, and his hair hangs around his bullish face.Â
âDove, your wings cannot weather these winter winds,â he declares sonorously.Â
Youâre silent. Ezme closes the doors as you remain close to them. You peer around warily. She goes to the lord of the castle and he reaches to squeeze her hand. He brings it to his lips and kisses it. You blink as you stare at them. They are...Â
âPlease, sit down,â Vesemir insists, âI suppose we will be waiting some time for our king.âÂ
You donât understand. Lord Vesemir and Ezme? A noble and a servant. Yet he warns King Geralt against the same with you. It is their manner, you suppose, to do what they would tell others not to.Â
You donât move. You crane to look at the doors then back to the maid and her master. It seems both Geralt and Vesemir agreed upon his attendance there that night but what place do you have there? You are not so brazen as to ask.Â
You relent and come further into the chamber. You sit upon the wooden stool close to the wall as Ezme lights another lamp and sets it on the table. You wring your hands in your lap as you wait in silence. The lord lowers his head, patient as he closes his eyes. Or perhaps, fatigued as you are.Â
Time sifts through the air like sand through a sieve. Slow and grinding. You stare at your skirts as the other maid drifts like a wraith and the lord sits as a statue. The longer you wait, the deeper the pit grows in your gut. You are owed no explanation but you long for one.Â
Finally, there is a tap at the doors. Just the one. Hard but not violent. Ezme moves to open the door. You stand out of habit and a large shadow enters. It is the king. His golden eyes catch the lantern light as he sees the Lord sat before his hearth.Â
âVesemir, I have much to do before the sun.âÂ
âAye, donât I know,â the lord says calmly, âso you best listen and not waste time or breath.âÂ
The king angles his head, both curious and skeptical. You shift on your feet and the movement draws his attention. He winces as he sees you and his shoulders tense. He peers back at the lord in the light of the fire. He clears his throat.Â
âVesemir, what is your meaning here?â The king demands.Â

synopsis : conflicted and flustered professor!leon kennedy of your local college struggles to improve his class' average because students like youâincompetent, airheaded, spoiled and klutzyâ make it difficult for him :(
âżď¸ľâżď¸ľŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍৠ- - ŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍŕ§âżď¸ľâżď¸ľ
you heard the rustling of laptop bags and stationery as leon's students left for that morning lecture. though, they moved slow and drowsy; for leon is sure nowadays this generation can't afford to wake up at 6:00 in the morning to prepare for a 7 a.m. lecture on "deviance and crime control."
especially you.
kennedy is a sharp man. he harps on students even if they get a B on any assignment, but he swears it's on his tough love (to which a lot of students aren't really aware of, just that they know this stoic pretty-face of a man has high standards.)
he is also keen on attendance. something girls like you seem to take lightly. it was absurd, really. most professors don't give a shit, do they?
it would've been fine with leon if you missed lectures even twice a week as long as you emphasized your understanding of his lessons through putting stellar effort on your schoolwork. but the best you've gotten on his class was a B- drawing close to a C+.
so, he needs to have a chat with you. urgently.
"l/n, i need to speak with you." leon spoke, confrontative as his black jeans peered from your right peripheral vision. he stood tall beside the edge of the table where you sat. jesus, was he trying to give you a heart attack? (he always had this habit, he'd just pop out of nowhere. he has silent feet.)
yes, you may have missed his lectures from monday to thursday to go to macedonia with your family: but if leon were given the opportunity for a vacation he would snag it too, right?
you looked up at the young professor, wide-eyed and a bit intimidated. what the hell did you do this time? you closed your laptop, gave leon your full attention. leon has also noticed this about you; you're quick to pay attention but you have the memory span of a dumb rabbit. maybe even the IQ of one too, if leon was rude enough.
so you sat there, hands on your lap as you fiddled with the pleats of your blue plaid skirt. the color makes his heart beat a littleâhe loves the color blue. and the way it looked on you... wait, no. what the hell was he thinking?
"you couldn't even spare the few minutes to e-mail me that you'd be missing four- four, of my classes in one week." he emphasized with a slate tone, and the way his eyes peered down at you added that he needed your reasoning of the situation. he'd love to hear what you had to say for yourself. "i had to talk to your friend, ashley, for some clarification. even the president's daughter has the dignity to show up to my class with a verbal apology." leon scolded as his fingertips met the pages of your notebook. did you even care about his classes? :(
much to your chagrin, your lips were pressed in sheepish silence. hopeless, even. you didn't even have anything to say for yourself? how pitiable.
you simply can't miss class, that wasn't right! just because you thought you could hide in the shadows amidst leon's collective of 73 students (yes he counts), you aren't out of his eyes. in fact, you stood out to him even if you were just an incompetent scholar.
he sighed at your silence. "fair enough, an apology can't compensate for your lack of presence or decorum." he then placed your paper on the desk, you had gotten a D. you were never a bad student but this was your first D ever! your eyes widened and he caught on even though he could only see the crown of your hair. "surprised? because i'm not." leon uttered flatly while his pale fingers flipped through the papers right in front of you. you even spotted a few contractionsâ when did you even pass this?!
but you weren't a bad girl to him, no. you were capable of shame and guilt. you looked sideways, unable to meet his eyes and training your vision to the floor. you felt low, disappointing a professor that gave you numerous chances to break out of your awkward shell.
"you're a smart girl, you know that?" he finally sighed softly. he wanted you to look at him, make him another promise that you'll start putting effort in his class. he needed to maintain his class's average or else he'd prove he was an inept professor, and he can't do that when he lets 'students like you' get away with shabby attendance and subpar schoolwork. "i don't just give students chances. but that doesn't make you special." and it was trueâhe's voluntarily failed 6 of his students before. "you'll do something about this, right?"
"yes, professor kennedy.." you muttered modestly.
"hmm?" he hummed inquisitively as he took your paper back. he was willing to give you a chance. "listen to me. i'll give you the chance to redo your paper. i know when students rush their work and if i see even a hint of redundancy in itâi will take all my chances back. and you are never taking absences from my class. i don't want you entering even a minute late, or leaving a second early. i hope we're clear, l/n."
naturally, you were scared. so you nodded up at him after countless confirmations that you will do you work and that you'll show up to class no matter what. he has to use your word against you, he's sorry but it's for your own good.
once he was satisfied, he gave you a nod and turned his side, dismissing you. after all, leon was a busy man. you're not his only student.
it was when you walked out the building and then 20 minutes away from it that you felt like crying. you hated being scolded by him :( but just when you were about to go through your bag for your handkerchief, you were stuck with an inconvenient realization. you forgot your handkerchief.
âżď¸ľâżď¸ľŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍৠ-âĄ- ŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍŕ§âżď¸ľâżď¸ľ
leon just stared at the table where you sat from just now, backpack strap over his shoulders since he was just about to leave. he gripped onto either of them slowly as he stared down at your handkerchief in contemplation.
a twofold baby-blue hankie embedded with a subtle floral print. tentatively, he picks it up with his hand and examines it. for a minute his mind went blank, conflicting between chasing you and just returning it to you or to leave it by the lecture podium for her to retrieve tomorrow (when you hopefully attend his lesson again.)
..but blue was his favorite color.
"damn it." leon, with a barely audible mutter, shoved the handkerchief in his jacket pocket. he felt like the most guilty man in the world, poor boy.
...
leon sighed.
he wasn't celibate.
his hormones were in shambles once he got to his place. perhaps part of it was because he knew he hasn't graded the recent tests yet.
manspreading, tie loose, shirt stuffy and jeans undone while his hair wisped in slightly disheveled directions. cold breaths followed out his pretty mouth.
"nnn..fuck.. uhh-" leon whimpered into the baby blue cloth, laced with your perfume. he felt so guilty, so perverted. he shuddered every time he could see over the edges of the cloth, seeing his cream-leaking tip from previous orgasms spurt teasingly. "ahh- fuuuck, p-please-"
his grunts were high. he was close to crying, staining your pretty handkerchief with guilty-pleasure-ridden tears. spilled milk, it trailed down his pretty shaft as he pumped it over and over. his motive was youâ you were just so fucking stupid and had so much naivete, it absolutely vexed him knowing how endearing you were.
until a slip of leon's mouth surprised him, earning a small squeak from him as he accidentally muffled your name in your cloth. "fuck, y/n- a-ahh.. u-uhh..hmfff.." he was frustrated; whining and cumming while his mind stirred with the thought of you and your pretty eyes and the photographic memory of your dumbstricken face.
he gave out a tired whine into the cloth, so, so close to crying his frustrations out. he just wanted to eat you. christ, and he was so hard for you it made his head ache..
he could only watch his girth that pulsed with white. he pried the sweet handkerchief off his lips, breathing roughly and wiping his tears. he felt so, so sorry for you. the color of the cloth looked exactly like the skirt you wore yesterday. and yet to top it off, he (ashamedly) wiped his cum off with your dainty cloth. oh, he's so sorry..
âżď¸ľâżď¸ľŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍৠ-âĄ- ŕ¨ËĚŁĚŁĚŁÍŕ§âżď¸ľâżď¸ľ
he didn't want to come to this point. or maybe he did and god was force-feeding him with culpability (he's atheist). he offered once to tutor you personally. one-on-one, no distractions. and so suddenly, someone's skirt was on his clean carpet floor..
your blouse draped over your shoulder and was pulled above your bra carelessly. he handled you with so much ease, squishing you into position while he tried to slowly push his thick length into your syrupy hole. you bit the knuckle of your thumb, and whimpered timidly that he was too big. but look where you were now.
"fuck- you're so- you feel so good.. shut up and take it all, yeah?.. hmmff-" there leon goes, harping you again. you were so loud but it wasn't even your fault, not when he was pistoning his cock into you and paying no hesitation to his pace. you were simply too sweet for him not to please. "sweetheart, hold onto me.." he mutters.
he was pushing every squeak and cute little wail out of his pathetic student, rutting his tip into that spot. "n-nnghh- aah!~" you were running low on words.
"yeah?- mhmm...ffuck, right here? huh?" the feeling of him thrusting against that spongy part more and more sent your mind further into autopilot. you were past squirming around and pushing him away, you just had to take it.. and take it.. and you were doing so good âĄ.
"l-leoonn.. m-mm!- fffeels t-too good-" you babbled, mind stuffy with the pleasurably-shameful feeling of being gorged with your professor's thick girth. he shuddered at the way you uttered his name so adoringly. to leon you were so dirty but so, so cute. he had you puddled into tears beneath him while he fucked into your cute little hole with fervor. he just wanted to stuff you full, make you his, adore you forever.
he whined softly into your shoulder. you kept clenching down on him and it made him impossible to think. his phone was ringing on his bedside but he doesn't even give a shitâif anything he tried to drown it out by thrusting into you faster, to which made him lament into your skin. he even adjusted your hips up impossibly further.
"l-leeonn, n-no..â n-no more, please!!-" you blabbered adorably, voice mumbly and whiny as you clawed at his shoulders or backâ you didn't know anymore.
"shhh shh.." he cooed over your cries with a quiet and honeyed voice, planting a soft kiss to where he could reach on your face or head. "i know, i know, it feels so good, hm?.. just let it feel good, babyâahh, fuck-.. uhh..." he moaned lowly into your shoulder, unable to stop the way he rutted his cock into your creamed-up cunt. you seemed to be enjoying it, so why were you complaining? leon thinks to himself smugly but he knows he can't act on his pride. after all you made him like thisâsubmitting to his carnal urges...
you didn't wanna cum a third time, huh? silly little girl.
leon growled quietly into the crook where your neck and shoulder met. you've never heard that sound from him. he held you down, constraining you, and squished you further into his mattress. a helpless and surprised yelp lolled out your tongue as he went impossibly quicker while he cursed like he was about to break down in tears. leon was mercilessly grinding his cock into all your sensitive spots, not letting your pleas of retort contest him. "fuckfuck- u-uhhh, take it, baby, c'mon... do it f'me, it's gonna feel so good-.. ahh!-"
he couldn't even finish his sentenceâjust piping his cum in you roughly as if he were proving a point, growling whinily along the way. he even kept fucking you shallowly while you were a dumb, sniffling mess with no sense of self-assertion as you creamed all over his shaft uncontrollably a third time. consecutive and quiet whimpers could be heard from you while you soaked in your overstimulation, needing him desperately to reassure you again through the overbearing pleasure of being pushed past what your cunny can handle.
"poor baby." he muttered to himself breathily as he gave the last of his tired, frustrated thrusts and pulled out of you; giving you the time to breathe while he pats your hair down comfortingly. his fluttering eyes finally closed as his head found refuge in your neck, slightly limp with exhaustion as he huffed cold breaths on the wet patches of your skin.
he pulled his head away after a minute of regaining what's left of his strength. leon looked down at you with subtle puppylike eyes, like he was sorry for ever being so harsh on you; even before he fucked the shit out of you. you quietly took your handkerchief to wipe some sweat off his neckâ and his cheeks went a little rosy, remembering what he did to it that day you "lost" it âĄ.
seems detergent can't wash something like lust away!

Gamedays were always special, especially for Ella. Being able to represent her childhood club with you by her side was so dear and near to her heart â she loved every single moment of it.
With the new season and not only Alessia missing from the Manchester United crew, but many of her friends having changed clubs, it was tough for the brunette and it was hard on her mind.
You were her rock. She loved knowing that she could lean on you if she ever needed to â a realization that had not come easy to her.
But this week was different, and you both knew it. It was yet another Sunday and Manchester United would meet Manchester City in a derby. This alone was another level of stress, there would be a huge upturn to the game with fans being very dedicated to their respective teams.
But the worst thing for Ella? You could not be there.
It was your grandmaâs eightieth birthday and with her being very sick, your family never knew how much longer they had with her. You had asked Ella if she wanted to join you because then you would try to convince the rest of the family to push it to Monday â but your girlfriend insisted that she would be fine and that she wanted you to have a nice day with your family.
During dinner you tried to check your phone as often as you could, trying to stay updated on how your girlfriendâs team was doing. Seeing the 2-0 to Manchester City before the halftime break was hard, knowing how much Ella would blame herself, looking for mistakes in herself. Being the âworlds-best girlfriendâ as Ella crowned you, was not easy â but you decided to shoot her a quick text during the break.
âHello Gorgeous! Keep ya head up â cannot wait to see you tonight. I love you so much.â
It was sappy, but you knew that the young lioness loved it even if she would deny it till the day she died.
You arrived home before Ella did â so you made dinner.
Ellaâs comfort food, knowing that she would not take the 3-0 loss easy. Some leftover cake was chilling in the fridge, waiting for dessert.
But it was getting later and later by the second â without Ella showing up at your shared home. You had texted Katie Zelem oven an hour ago, asking if she was with her and if they had plans for the night. The Manchester United captain however could not help you with your search for your girlfriend â telling you that Ella had left in her car as soon as she could.
By now you were incredibly hungry, having waited for the brunette for three hours seated on the couch, preparing lessons for the following day. At some point, you had turned the stove off and put everything in Tupperware placing it next to the cake in the fridge.
After waiting for a while longer, you started writing a little note to your girlfriend that you placed where she stored her bag so that she would definitely see it. âI was tired. âDinner is in the fridge â cake too. Love you!â
You had already gotten ready for bed and nearly fallen asleep when you heard the front door fall shut. With slow steps, you trotted down the steps âElla?â But you did not get an answer.
With your note in hand, your girlfriend stood in the kitchen. You tripped over her shoes that she had just flung onto the floor, the entryway being a complete mess. Bag in one direction, shoes in another â her jacket just in the middle of the ground. âBaby?â
She had her back turned to you, hands balled to fists by her side, your note crumbled in of them. There still was no reaction. You had gotten closer now, resting your hand on her back, trying to comfort her â but she shrugged you off. âCouldnât have waited for me huh? First, you donât show up for my game and then you don't even wait for me!â
Sure, she usually had a loud voice, but now she was just yelling into your face. Ella had turned around with so much force, that she had pushed you back a little. âIâm sorry baby but I was at my grand-â
âI donât care! You should put me first! We lost because of you and your selfishness!â Tears were quickly making their way to your eyes, mirroring the brunette's bloodshot ones.
She clearly was not herself right now, so you tried to avert her attention. âDo you want me to heat up dinner?â A sharp scoff left you flinching back once she ripped the fridge open.
âNo need â you didnât even wait for me. Already ate huh? What a nice day. Leaving your girlfriend hanging, visiting your stupid family, and eating alone. How fun.â Her words hurt, she spat at you with such anger that it terrified you.
You had never thought that you would fear Ella. But the usually bubbly and funny girl was not herself right now. âAnd what are you wearing? Always stealing my shit! Donât you have clothes for yourself?â
Tears were running down your cheeks as you looked at your mirror image in the dark window. You were wearing one of Ellas' big shirts â she usually loved seeing you in her clothes, even making you change out of your own so that you could wear hers.
âI think I will just go to bed baby. Maybe you will have calmed down tomorrow.â Your feet were already on the stairs as you heard her muttering âSure. Just leave me like you always do.â
It hurt, so much. You opted for the guest bedroom, leaving the brunette in the comfort of your joined room. Once upon a time, you had thought that maybe, just maybe this room could be used for your future child.
If there even was a joined future.
But you were determined to work at what was wrong â not wanting to throw everything away just like that. But Ella did not even enter the bedroom, she left again, the door falling into place behind her as you heard the car start outside.
Just as a precaution, you texted Katie as well As Mary and Millie â explaining to them that Ella was in a bad mood and to please tell you if she showed up at their place so that you knew that she was safe.
It was Mary who was the last to answer, telling you that your girlfriend was at her home.
Now that you had time to settle, the anger set in. So instead of sleeping like intended, you sorted your clothes â taking every single piece of clothing that you had from Ella, folding it neatly, and setting it down on her side of the bed.
As much as you wanted to, you couldnât just hide her training gear â placing everything neatly in place. As angry as you were that Ella took her own anger out on you, you could never deliberately do something that could hurt her career.
The dinner in the fridge that neither of you had eaten was turned into your lunch at school â your students excitedly asking about it.
Ella meanwhile had gotten her brainwashed by Mary as she crashed on her couch â the goalkeeper refusing to give her teammate the guest bedroom.
The brunette knew that she had messed up.
Your joined home was empty when she came back in the morning. Her chaos was gone, as was the food in the fridge â once entering the bedroom she saw all her clothes. The clothes she loved to see you in.
Her heart broke even further. How could she hurt you like that?
After allowing herself to cry for a couple of minutes, hugging your pillow close to her your note from the night before tightly pressed to her chest, she took a shower and started to prepare.
It was groveling time.
It was still much too early to start dinner for when you came home, so she started with her folded clothes. The brunette put them back into the closet â your side of it. She didnât want you to stop wearing them.
After that she started the already full dishwasher and washing machine in the time those were running, she started to remove the stains on the couch that you had been complaining about forever now. After emptying the dishwasher and starting the dryer, Ella turned to your most neglected room â your office.
The desk was a mess and there were papers all over the room. She started with sorting the papers â art projects of your students into one folder, and vocabulary tests that you had yet to grade in another one.
After a while she had made a good dent into your chaos â so that she could actually see the table again. It took her two hours until she considered the room as done â putting the vacuum back in its rightful place.
The time on the clock nearly gave her a heart attack â it was time to start dinner and prepare her speech.
Entering your home felt like entering the lionâs den â and you hated it.
The smell of dinner was overwhelming. You did not know what you had been expecting but fresh flowers, cooked dinner, and a cleaned house were not what you had in mind.
It seemed like Ella knew that she had seriously messed up.
âHello, Ella.â
The brunette at the stove turned around at the speed of light at your voice â not having heard you walk in. âHi, baby.â
The smile on her face was hesitant but seeing you, without steam coming out of your ears seriously calmed her down. âI think I have something to make up to you.â
It did not take a trained eye to see just how nervous the footballer was â but being her girlfriend certainly helps. âI think you do â but before you start, I would like to hear that youâre sorry and what made you act that way.â
Big eyes looked at you â head nodding so fast that you doubted that Ella could actually see clearly. It was safe to say, that you were spoiled for the evening â Ella making sure that you could not stay mad at her with everything in her power.

Sweetest Girl (Chapter Two)
Pairing: Regina George x Reader
Warning(s): discussion of disability
Word Count: 2200, Part 2/?
Author's Note: I was able to finish chapter 2! I'm sorry for the massive delay since positing any writing, it's been a time recently. I'll keep doing my best but pls don't hold it against me if I don't post for a while again. I still care about Regina so so much. Thank you to bestie @sapphicantics for helping me go back to this and reading it first :P
Summary: Reader goes over to Regina's house to work on some more chemistry lessons.
Part 1
Fridayâs chemistry lecture was cut off by the dismissal bell and the teacher frustratingly called out as students were already busting through the door, âquiz on Monday! Donât forget and study hard this weekend!âÂ
You were packing up your notes when five perfectly manicured fingernails rapped on the corner of your desk.Â
You looked up and met the blonde's eyes.Â
âSo quiz on Monday, can I get some extra tutoring this weekend?âÂ
You nodded slowly, âdo you want me to come to your place?âÂ
âI do.âÂ
âAre you sure? I donât want -âÂ
âI already told you, yes. Stop being so weird about it. Tomorrow. Come over around lunchtime. My mom will feed us then we can work.âÂ
You bit your lip and then nodded again, âokay.âÂ
Regina gave you her version of a smile and then flicked her hair behind her shoulder as she left the classroom.Â
You saw that the teacher had been watching your exchange.
âItâs working,â they said, âwhatever youâre doing. Her homework was better.âÂ
âYou definitely canât tell me that.âÂ
âJust keep it up. Sheâll be okay.âÂ
You smiled and nodded, hugging your books to your chest and leaving the classroom.Â
After a twenty-five minute walk, you were standing at the end of the driveway to the George residence.Â
You looked up at the massive house in awe. It was clearly a new build. Likely custom-designed by the Georges. Two stories. Huge yard. You imagined an underground pool and a deck with a built-in, year round jacuzzi in the back. A movie theater and second kitchen in the basement. A yoga room with a Peleton for Ms. George. Master bath with a soaking tub.Â
You were afraid to go in.Â
You stood outside and stared for a minute longer before finally walking up the driveway (not made of asphalt or cement, but pristine white rocks). You walked past Reginaâs Jeep, a Mercedes, and an Audi all parked (as well as a childrenâs Barbie Jeep abandoned in the lawn, belonging to Reginaâs younger sister you assumed).Â
You giggled at that. You imagined Regina either beaming with pride or fuming with rage at the idea of her little sister wanting a matching car to Regina.Â
Taking a deep breath, you knocked on the front door and waited for a moment, hearing a faint âget the door!â from inside.
Regina opened the door, âhey, did you find parking on the street?âÂ
âOh, I didnât drive.â
âSomeone dropped you off then? Do you have a ride home after?âÂ
You shook your head, âI walked.âÂ
âWhat the fuck?âÂ
A woman called out from inside the house, âRegina! Language!âÂ
Regina clenched her jaw and inhaled slowly through her nose, flaring her nostrils.Â
âItâs not a big deal,â you responded quietly.Â
Regina rolled her eyes, âIâll drive you home when weâre done, Jesus Christ.âÂ
âYou really donât have to drive me home, itâs okay.âÂ
âShut up, itâs literally nothing. Now come inside you weirdo.âÂ
You followed Regina in, and the interior of the house was even more grand than the exterior.Â
You didnât have much time to take it all in before Reginaâs mom was pouncing on you and pulling you into a hug then holding your shoulders and examining you head to toe, âwell arenât you a cute little thing!? I love meeting Reginaâs new friends.âÂ
âSheâs my tutor mom.âÂ
âCute and smart, then! Well I hope the two of you become friends, Regina needs good influences in her life.âÂ
âMom.âÂ
Ms. George raised her hands in mock-surrender, âSorry! Iâm just trying to be helpful, my goodness.âÂ
You tried to force a smile and fidgeted with the zipper of your jacket awkwardly.Â
âDid you make us snacks?âÂ
âOh yes!â Ms. George trotted back into the kitchen and came back with a tray stacked with a variety of finger foods and fruity little drinks complete with excessive garnishes. She passed the tray to you, âhere you ladies go. Study hard!âÂ
âThanks,â Regina didnât wait around any longer before starting up the staircase to the second floor and expecting you to follow behind.
âUm, it was nice meeting you!â You directed to Ms. George, âyou have a beautiful home.âÂ
âThank you sweetie-âÂ
âHurry up.â Regina cut her mom off while standing at the top of the steps with a hand on her hip.
You rushed up the rest of the steps and followed Regina into her room. She immediately went to her floor-length mirror and adjusted her hair while you set the tray of snacks down on her vanity.Â
âNot there,â Regina snapped, as if it was obvious.
âWhere then?âÂ
Regina pointed lazily toward the ottoman at the foot of her bed and you obeyed, setting the tray down and then helping yourself to a handful of homemade trail mix.Â
Regina came over and sat down on her bed and grabbed a single celery stick to eat.Â
You must have made a face that Regina noticed because she raised an eyebrow at you, âwhat?âÂ
âHmm?âÂ
âWhy are you making that face?âÂ
âOh, nothing, I just donât like celery.âÂ
âYou donât have to eat it.âÂ
âI know, Regina.â You could feel yourself shrinking as your shoulders slumped.Â
âItâs like negative calories so.â
âWell, actuallyâŚâÂ
Regina narrowed her eyes at you.
âNevermind. So, do you want to work on material for the quiz?âÂ
Regina threw herself backwards and collapsed into her duvet in exasperation, âugggghhhh!âÂ
âThatâs why you wanted me to come over, right?âÂ
âWell duh⌠Iâm just tired.âÂ
âIâm sorry.â
Regina propped herself up on her elbows and looked at you, âfor what?âÂ
âThat youâre tired?âÂ
She scoffed, âyou donât need to be sorry about that. See? Youâre too nice.âÂ
You shrugged, âI guess itâs just something people say.âÂ
âOh? So you agree, then? That niceness is a facade that people use to disguise their true feelings?âÂ
You shook your head, incredulous, âI didnât say that.â
âAre you really, actually sorry that Iâm tired or are you just saying it, then?âÂ
You took a beat to think and then answered emphatically, âI am actually sorry. Itâs called empathy. I feel bad that you feel rundown, and if you arenât up for studying today, I would understand.âÂ
She raised an eyebrow again in her classic fashion, âI guess I just really donât understand that. Why would you feel bad that Iâm tired? And why wouldnât you be upset if I wasnât in the mood to study after you put in the effort to walk all the way here?âÂ
âI donât know why, thatâs just how I feel. What should I say instead? I donât care that youâre tired, suck it up Iâm here to make you better at chemistry?âÂ
âMaybe you should,â Regina shrugged.Â
You shook your head, âI donât want to say that. Thatâs not helpful to anyone. Are you going to retain any of the content we go over if I push you to do it when you donât feel good?âÂ
âHow do you know Iâm not lying or just complaining for the sake of it? Maybe I need to be pushed.â
âFine, give me a reason then. Why are you tired?âÂ
Regina thought about it for a minute, then her voice came out surprisingly quiet, âyou know the accident from last year? The bus thing?âÂ
You nodded.Â
She sighed, âItâs been a long recovery. I donât usually talk about it with anyone.âÂ
âYou donât have to talk about it with me if you donât feel comfortable, but⌠I am here if you did want to. Talk about it, I mean.âÂ
Regina didnât say anything. She started to pick at the skin around her fingernails.Â
You recognized the behavior right away because you do it too. Without thinking, you moved to sit across from her on the bed and reached out, clasping your hand around hers.Â
The blonde stared at you shocked.Â
âShit, I⌠Iâm sor-â you began, starting to pull away.Â
She didnât let you go, âItâs okay. Donât apologize.âÂ
The gesture must have cracked her armor, if only a little. She shrugged her shoulders and explained, âthe accident injured my neck and back so Iâm doing physical therapy twice a week for that and Iâve been diagnosed with something called POTS. So my heart is all fucked up or something. I'm exhausted and in pain most of the time even though I'm taking like six different meds every day.âÂ
âThat sounds really hard.â
âBut I feel likeâŚâ her voice failed her. She frowned, cleared her throat, and started again, âI feel like I shouldnât complain about it⌠wouldnât be cute to bitch about it when everyoneâŚâ she lowered her head and stared at her comforter, âwhen everyone thinks I probably deserved it.âÂ
You frowned and squeezed her hand, âdo you think you deserved to get hit by a bus?âÂ
âI donât know. Maybe. It feels that way sometimes. Like I was supposed to learn some kind of lesson from it. Like I was supposed to suddenly be a better person and be grateful and be an inspiration or whatever. But thatâs like some biblical bullshit. And Iâm not a better person. I'm still just me but now my body doesnât work and people donât even bother pretending to like me anymore.â The dam had burst. The corners of her eyes started to sting with painful tears. âIâm not grateful. I donât think what happened to me was an inspiration or whatever. I just wish I wasnât sick and I wish that people didnât expect anything from me.â With that, she retracted her hands from you, quickly wiped her face with her sleeves and she continued to look anywhere but right at you.
âRegina, thank you for sharing that with me. I want to help you as much as I can.â
âWhy, though?â
âBecause I want to.â
Regina met your eyes again, scrutinizing you. Trying to find deception that wasnât there.Â
When she finally gave up she just said, âI donât understand you.â
You laughed, âIâve gathered that.â
She smiled and then rolled her eyes.
âHey, do me a favor, okay? Go change into something comfy and then lets just watch something for a bit. Whatever you want. We can recharge a little and then see about studying, and if it doesnât happen, itâs okay.â
âAre you being serious?â
âYes.â
Regina breathed a sigh of relief and then visibly relaxed before getting up and walking to her large closet. She came back out a few minutes later, having changed into baggy sweats. She wordlessly sat down at her vanity, tied her hair up in a loose bun, cleaned her makeup off and then replaced her contact lenses with glasses.Â
You smiled to yourself while watching her. She caught you looking over in the mirror and you quickly looked away before seeing her reaction if any.Â
When she came back to the bed, laptop in hand, she said, âIâd usually never let anyone see me like this.â
âWell, then I consider myself lucky. Unless you donât plan on letting me leave here alive now that Iâve seen you âlike this,ââ putting air quotes around your words.
âCheekyâŚâ Regina smirked and sat back down on the bed next to you, constructing a pile of pillows against the headboard to lean on, âyou wouldnât know until it was too late, though.â
You smiled as she continued.
âI guess I just donât really care right now.â
âWell, Iâm glad that you feel at ease with me. Not that youâre any less pretty than before.â
âYou liar!â
âWhat? Iâm not lying!â
âIâm not pretty right now. Iâm all puffy and my hair is gross and I have my stupid glasses on and Iâm wearing my momâs old college sweatshirt.â
You shrugged, âyou are pretty, Regina. You have freckles, I didnât know that. And your hair looks cute like this, the little strands framing your face⌠I donât know, you look pretty to me.â
Regina narrowed her eyes at you and then shook her head, âokay, whatever. Letâs just⌠watch something now.â She redirected her attention to opening up streaming on her laptop, âhave you ever seen Real Housewives?â
âNo, I havenât.â
âOh my god. Okay Iâm catching up on New Jersey right now, Iâll try to fill you in.â
You smiled and nodded.Â
She started the show and slid a little closer to you so that she could rest the laptop on both of your laps.Â
You ended up watching the show all evening, only interrupted by Ms. George bringing some dinner upstairs for you both along with Reginaâs meds.
âSweetheart, you look⌠comfortable.â Ms. George remarked, her tone unmistakably judgemental.Â
The corners of Reginaâs mouth downturned just slightly.
âYeah you know we just decided to have a relaxing night. No need to be all done up.â You smiled, âthank you so much for bringing us food, Ms. George.âÂ
The woman was thrown off and you felt victorious.
âOh, of course. Iâll⌠go get you girls some popcorn.â Ms. Geroge left and shut the door behind her.Â
Regina released a breath she was holding and whispered, âthank you.â
âFor what?â
âFor⌠for what you just did.â
You shrugged and took a bite of food, âI donât know what youâre talking about.â
Reginaâs eyebrows raised and then she just laughed in disbelief before turning the show back on and saying, âyou continue to surprise meâŚâ

Partners đ§ď¸âď¸đď¸
James is the last person Lily expects to visit when she's ill in the Hospital Wing, but the new Head Boy has more than one surprise for her. For Jily Week 2024, Day 2: Partners in Crime. Or - in this case - in being head students :') @sunshinemarauder @kay-elle-cee
read it on ao3 or under the cut!
Rain splattered the windows of the Hospital Wing, droplets glistening in the autumnal light of late afternoon, and Lily groaned as she hefted herself onto her elbows, the aniseed aftertaste of Madam Pomfreyâs last potion lingering on her tongue. Her head was foggy, her bones hurt right to their marrow, and Pomfrey herself had put her on strict bedrest, but some things couldnât wait. It was just her luck to fall ill in only the third week of seventh year; right as the assignments were doled out and the prefects grew needy. She adjusted the pillow behind her back and reached for the wheeled table, pulling it up the bed towards her. Mary had promised to bring her notes from a few of their subjects, but there were several the two didnât share; and there were three notes that had been left by prefects while sheâd been asleep. She yawned, wishing she could have some kind of caffeine, but Madam Pomfrey insisted it interacted poorly with the antidotes she was taking. Of course. She stretched, arching her back, and decided to take a look at the prefectsâ notes first. The first was from the mousey new Hufflepuff girl. She smoothed it out, ready to read.
âNo.â
âSorry?â Lilyâs head bolted upright, forming a retort to whoever had arrived to boss her around â she was Head Girl, thanks, and her bout of illness had rather shortened her temper. She stopped the moment she saw who it was. âJames.â
He leaned over her, black hair rumpled, still in his school robes â lessons would have not long finished, Lily supposed. His hazel eyes crinkled along with his clear smile, and his glasses slipped down his face as his gaze met hers.
âI said no,â he repeated easily, nodding towards the note. âFairview, right? I headed her off already. She shouldâve come to me in the first place, mind â I told them to, but no. Canât have prefects with common sense â might break the system, Iâm afraid.â And before she could protest, he flicked his wand with a muttered spell. The note caught flame. Lily gaped at him, shock and amusement battling within her.
âYou shouldnât do that,â she said, with no real weight. James shrugged and sat down gently on the bed, by her knees.
âShe shouldnât rabbit on so much.â
âSome prefects do have common sense,â Lily added, rubbing her throat and raising her eyebrows. James squinted one eye, tilting his head.
âHmm,â he said slowly. ââŚNah, I donât think so. Nobody with common sense is doing work when theyâre in the bloody Infirmary, are they?â
Lily huffed instead of replying properly, feeling strangely⌠touched, by Jamesâs handling of it. By all rights, he was as in charge as she was, so he ought to be sharing the load â but when sheâd discovered heâd be at her side this year, sheâd not expected him to take it seriously. It was supposed to be just another feather in his cap â Quidditch Captain, Head Boy, Special Services to the School⌠A year ago, she wouldnât have thought heâd ever bother to learn the name of a girl like Maisie Fairview.
âMcGonagall wants an essay on mid-weight Conjuration by next Thursday, but I talked to her and she knows youâre in here, so she said youâve got âtil the Monday after,â James started absently, grabbing the pitcher of water. Without asking, he filled two glasses and offered her one.
âThanks,â said Lily, surprised. With the first sip she relaxed; it was cool on her raw throat.
âIâve got notes from Defence too â you can have them when you get out,â James said, wagging a finger at her, ânot in here. Metaphysical properties of defensive spells. Proctorâs real into theory. Sâpose they didnât want another Auror sort, after last year. If I ever get my hands on MulciberâŚâ
âHeâs not causing trouble?â Lily sat up straighter, frowning. James snorted.
âI wish, Iâm itching to take points.â Lilyâs twitching smile belied her attempted look of disapproval. âNah, heâs just glowering up the back of the classroom. Better that way, though.â James ran his fingers through his hair. âIâve been devastated to discover that some things are more important than getting an excuse to hex someone to Wallonia and back.â
âThat sucks,â Lily said, grinning.
âCost-benefit,â he said flippantly. âAnyways, I know Maryâs got you covered for Charms and Potions â thank Merlin for that, I hate Potions â ah. Iâve got Moonyâs notes for Ancient Runes for you too. When youâre out of the Hospital Wing,â he added sternly. Lily folded her arms across her chest.
âYou make me sound like a child wanting sweets before supper.â
âBecause youâre acting like me,â James replied, and before Lily could protest, he went on, âbeing a complete idiot. Any work you do while youâre feeling crap will turn out crap, and the more you push yourself, the worse youâll feel. What you need to do is rest.â
Lily took another mouthful of water, washing away the last of the potion. âI know,â she said, and she did, logically. âBut ââ
âYouâre not on your own, you know,â James said. Lily faltered. He set his glass down on the tray table and inched a little closer, jaw squared. âYouâre not missing any lessons, really â weâve got everything you need for when youâre better. And I know I wasnât a prefect or anything, but⌠Well⌠I can do it.â The most bizarre expression crossed his face, and it took Lily a moment to identify it â awkward? She hadnât known James was capable of looking awkward, but there it was, albeit a very handsome, smooth rendition that most regular people wouldâve killed for. âWeâre partners,â he said softly. âIf one of us is down for the count, then⌠well⌠I can handle it all, Evans.â He swept up the remaining messages from the prefects. âI just want you to feel better, all right?â
The air thickened. Lily was painfully aware of the pillow digging into her back, that sheâd not showered since sheâd been admitted yesterday morning, that she was in an unflattering, stripy pair of pink pyjamas, that there were two second-year boys making farting sounds with their armpits a few beds over, and that Jamesâs side brushed her knee, the contact brief and burning and tingling from the tips of her toes to the roots of her hair.
She was lost for words. And she had no right to be: James was, essentially, just behaving the way any decent Head Boy ought to. Lily shifted, guilt slipping over her shoulders like a ragged old cloak, clasped too tight at the neck. James watched her, the rain outside reflected in his rectangular lenses. Genuine. Patient.
She had underestimated him. Her stomach prickled.
âPartners,â she echoed, and set her glass down too, using her free hand to extend her pinkie. âThank you, James. I suppose I got pretty lucky.â
âYou got lucky?â James grinned and shook his head. His smallest finger wrapped around hers, and the friendly touch made her shiver. His finger had a callous â from catching Quaffles, she reckoned. He never wore gloves. Ruined his technique, apparently. She didnât know why she remembered him saying that. âSo is this a promise, Evans? Youâll take it easy?â
ââEvansâ?â Lily said, sounding bolder than she felt, thinking that she could blame this in the future on her illness or the potion (but it wasnât, it wasnât, it wasnât). âIf weâre partners, James, we might need to be a bit more cordial than that.â
His face lit. It was magical. âRight you are. So, youâll rest for me, Lily?â His voice was gentler on her name, tongue caressing the âlâs, each vowel a reverent breath.
âIf you insist.â
âI do.â
Their knuckles brushed. Partners.
