genuinely strange form of misogyny where young girls are overused as vectors for portraying extreme pain/terror. and they have to be “pretty”. there’s not a singular answer as to why some artists personally do that but it’s to a point where it’s like eyeroll yes the male seinen author is not only drawing gore they’re drawing gore AND IT’S A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL BEING CRUSHED TO DEATH!!! if you can believe it
