Hey Folks! This is going to be one of those long ass posts that are complicated, that travel backwards but that make sense in our heads, so if you want, keep reading. Since I wrote Camila's post and her long-term plans, I have had talks with several mutuals, both American and Latino and I think I will continue to have them because we are trying to unravel the mystery that is Camila's decision to make the Showmila circus. The way that circus came out Why it seems so messy and why it has been the main factor in each of the plans that our butterfly has for her career and her future. But this post has an ft and that ft will be @romanticentropy​. She is going to reblog the Timeline that we thought happened with the circus and the reasons why we think it was planned a year before the one we really know and that Showmila was on standby because neither Camila nor her team could BREAK Mattmila's contract of 2017. And yes, I am going to take care of managing the time machine so that we can go back in time and see what happened before all this unfolds. I think the first thing we have to take into account is even a date before 2017 and jump directly to December 18, 2016: The date of Camila's official departure from Fifth Harmony.

But don't worry, I'm not going to dig into that manure pit because otherwise this post would be eternal, I just put an image of a couple of headlines on Camila's departure from the band. With that date in mind we have to advance our time machine to 2017. Camila Cabello's best year for her and for many of us without a doubt. The headlines of that perfect year were SOLO CAMILA / Camila soloista

(There is an edited headline because it talks about Camila, but the image is the diva singing. And the one for Fifth Harmony says 2018 but they talk about the performance of the girls in 2017) My point about the headline is that Camila Cabello's image is a clean image. With the direct narrative of the fucking feud between her and Fifth Harmony that promoted both of them (Camila / 5H) and that most of us hate because it's fake AF. Camila had a solo career to launch and was already taking her steps in that world (although she started much earlier with the first Showmila collab in 2015) She had three+ collaborations with other artists. Another collab with MKG and James Arthur (Say You Won’t Let Go)

And she released two solo songs before the release of her album.

Here I am going to stop a bit, because a small clarification must be made with CC1. Camila wasn't going to release CC1 on the date she ended up releasing it, but before. The Camila album was scheduled for September 2017 and not January 2018. The issue of the date change is unclear, but rumors say the album failed some listening tests. (Personally I think CC1 was going to have too much of Camren and the bastards said: Stand there, girl. We can't sell this. Change it. And well she had to change it, starting with the album name and the rest, already. we know) Camila also had three ad campaigns that year: Guess, L'Oréal and Skechers (and probably she also could had a sponsoring with Dior but I’m not completely sure nor the date nor if it’s true or not but it’s a possibility. This is how Camila began her solo career, officially in 2017. This work, which had begun to take shape in 2015, was taking real shape in 2017, but Camila needed in addition to a clean image, a PR that would help with the image of a more mature soloist Camila away from Fifth Harmony, Lauren and ...
