I feel like once Diluc gets out of prison he’s not entirely over reader but is probably being monitored by people around him and other executives/shareholders of the company so he’s just staring intensely at reader from afar and having horni grip. I’d say that her mental health definitely detoriates after losing Diluc as she had already suffered from the trauma of losing her parents. Part of her attachment to Diluc comes from the fact that she is utterly terrified of losing him too (hence the jealousy etc) and also bc of how Diluc shelters her so protectively that it blinds her from the outside world.

But when she discovers she’s pregnant, reader then starts making an effort to seek professional cure in hopes of being a great parent to her child that she never got to experience.

Diluc also has severe mental health issues himself. With the same reason that he doesn’t want to lose his sister the same way he lost his parents, this protectiveness develops into obsession from paranoia (the people trying to tear them apart/take their wealth) and denial when he starts to see his sister in a more sexual way.
