I've gotten through the first 2 seasons of Sailor Moon Crystal and oh dear lord, it's absolutely soulless. I don't know how you fumble the source material this badly, after years of great adaptations, and make a copy so cheap that it becomes a drinking game binge.

There's like this divine gospel-esque music that they just keep reusing over and over, sometimes more than once in an episode? I'm also not usually the type to complain about animation being on model, but the girls kinda constantly look like squished pugs. :/

The end of season 2 has (spoilers) Pluto die, and suddenly the animation quality is like 300% better for a grand total of like 5 minutes, and then it goes back to normal. One animator really wanted to cook for that ONE scene lol.

Literally a little over a week until Christmas, and the landlord informs us they're selling the place in 2 months. Like what a dick move. What an asshole move.

I've had this one pair of cheap headphones for forever, and they still work even like this. If anything, the bent jack seems to have prolonged their lifespan.

Spotify wrapped is so funny to me, it'll tell me I had phases and favourite genres like 'Vampire Zolo New Wave', and 'Frutiger Aero Scratch Shibuya Punk', and 'Glup Shitto Gay Tubthumping Thruster' like what the fuck are you talking about.

Did do the Novel Outline November (non-NaNoWriMo affiliated) challenge and managed to churn out a little over 2k words; which seems like nothing, but considering my writing schedule is within the last 2 hrs before I pass out at night when my brain's gone to complete mush…yeah that's A+ 💯!

Trying to replay SA2 - since the 3rd movie is out in few months and all + it looks like I haven't replayed SA2 fresh in almost 20 yrs - and I totally understand the complaints now, because even with a bunch of mods the controls are still screwy. 😖

What they don't tell you about PC building is that those psu cable connectors are out for blood. Why are they so sharp. My fingers hurt so much. 😫

I'm excited because I have like 80% of my PC parts collected, and now I'm down to like the 4 most important and major parts, but they're also like 50% of the entire budget. 😭

The RetroTINK I ordered came just in time for my b-day and holyyyy shit this thing has solved all my problems now that I don't have a CRT anymore. Scanlines my beloved, you've returned. ❤️

Giving up on a 100% run of FFX-2, because I've hit my bullshit superboss limit. Via Infinito is really just there to test your patience. This game takes every chance it gets to remind you that it HATES you.

FFX-2 is such a massive tonal shift from its predecessor - having a lot of similar and intertwining themes, but presenting them in a completely different fashion; and I think that's neat! But unfortunately the plot just gets bogged down by how...chaotic the gameplay is. Like the combat is genuinely fun! The dresspheres and job system are great! But that all gets interrupted constantly by mandatory, and horrible, mini-games! It gives you free rein to do missions in any order, but then punishes you if you do them in the wrong order?

You need like spreadsheets AND a guide to 100% THE MAIN PLOT, and even completing everything exactly as needed you still may be penalized for, or for not, doing something you weren't even aware of. This game actively hates its player for trying to get gameplay out of it. It's so bizarre.
