imagine this dynamic: akutagawa x reader BUT... Reader is atsushi's twin sister.

This could literally only happen in one of two ways, knowing Akutagawa:

The following two points are absolutely part of the same storyline. Akutagawa would accidentally fall in love with Atsushi's twin and it would mirror the "Gin is Akutagawa's sister" reveal

1. He doesn't know they're siblings and neither one mentions it, the same way Akutagawa and Gin don't mention being siblings (everyone within their organization knows, only outsiders don't know; same theory applies to Atsushi and his sister within the ADA).
