Very Exciting News!! 😍😍😍 I have just finalized the lineup for the new tenants in my building in Edwardsville, Illinois. The leases are signed with Nothing Bundt Cakes and Eskimo Hut to compliment Drunken Fish and Kimchi Guys in this project. 🔨⛏ I also want to thank Robert Pickerell at Town and Country Bank for financing this deal and all the people that helped to make this happen. I am very excited to announce the expansion plans for Drunken Fish and Kimchi Guys to Edwardsvillie, Illinois. I just purchased and closed on a near 2 ACRE middle outlot off of HWY 157 across from the "Trace on the Parkway" and SIUE. We will be opening both Drunken Fish and Kimchi Guys with a drive through. 🍣🍗 We expect to open by the 2nd quarter of 2023! 🍾🍾 Edwardsville, Illinois is a city in and the county seat of Madison County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 26,808. The city was named in honor of Ninian Edwards, then Governor of the Illinois Territory. It's about a 20 minutes drive from Downtown St. Louis. Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the Edwardsville Arts Center, the Edwardsville Journal, the Madison County Record, and the Edwardsville Intelligencer are based here. Edwardsville High School and Metro-East Lutheran High School serve students in the area. Edwardsville also serves as the headquarters for Prairie Farms Dairy one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the United States and ranked in the top 10 of the largest privately held companies in the St. Louis region.
