Since he hasn't been outside in a while, his swimming trunks is too small to fit so you guys went out shopping for swimming suits and stuff.

While you, Hiro and Fred went into Sports store to buy swimming equipments.

Fred will probably buy a monster themed swimming tube... Or two.

Once everyone are done shopping, It's time to head to the Beach!

When i tell you Hiro flinched when he set his bare foot on the hot sand, he did.

He jumped right into you with his foot up. It takes a couple of minutes before he gets used to the hot sand.

Honey Lemon will definitely carry a camera around to capture any wholesome or memorable moments of all of you together.

Wasabi will be the first to put on sunscreen and prepare the layouts for the best beach day.

Fred will have his butler put his sunscreen on for him with the monster themed swimming tube on him already.

Gogo will either lay back on the beach chair under the umbrella or go out swimming with the rest of the group.

Honey Lemon and you will be ready for an underwater adventure or collect seashells together.

Hiro will sometimes be mischievous and would scare you while you're underwater. But he made a laugh out of it.

Sometimes, you find Fred swimming gracefully in the background and wonder if he ever take swimming lessons or not.

You guys would play Chicken fight together. You on Gogo, Hiro on Fred.

You guys would playfully splash each other or throw each other into the water for fun. Don't worry, no one got hurt.

When it's food time, Wasabi and Gogo are behind the griller, making hotdogs and burgers. Honey Lemon will bring the cooler full of beverages and soda from the car.

All seven of you settle down and eat before it was time to hit the water again and have fun.

But, it wasn't all fun for Hiro after a while.

He worries that a villain might strike at any moment since it's a warm, sunny day and everyone has their guards down.

"Yeah. It's just... I don't know. I'm worried i guess." He replied reluctantly as you sit down beside him on the sand. "Why? Is something wrong?" You ask again, setting down your soda/juice on the sand. Hiro watches you sit down before he look down to his feet. "We're out here having fun. Don't get me wrong, i love that we are having a blast. But isn't it just weird that no one has attacked, yet?" He tells you. You could only smile warmly and place your hand on his shoulder. "It's summer and a very hot day, too. I doubt that any villain would attack in broad daylight under a hot sunny day like this. Noodle burger boy would probably overheat, Globby would probably melt, and High Voltage would be super tired dancing under the sun all day. The rest? They're too pro to attack in the daylight. So, you don't have to worry." You chuckled as you spoke to him. He chuckle in amusement and nod his head in agreement to your statement. "You're right. I guess i shouldn't worry too much. After that, you guys join the other to swim while Baymax had to stay back to watch your stuff.

The sun was almost setting and the sky is almost orange.

When Hiro watch you and Honey Lemon find seashells, he couldn't help but admire your beauty.

After everyone are pleased with their quality time with each other, they call it a day and pack everything up before driving back to their homes in Wasabi's car.

impressions from the hades ii technical playtest

absolutely chock full of spoilers but also theories

Amazing gameplay, feels just as good as Hades 1 with improvements and creative changes. So many different builds/play styles will be possible. in the dev stream they talked about melee close quarters vs sorcery ranged, but I find myself doing HEAVY spellcasting while also stacking in heavy melee boons on the knives, and mixing and matching.

The boons have a few familiar perks but so many of them are new and creative, even for gods we know from the first game. All of them feel really good.

The SOUND EFFECTS are amazing. The sounds of your weapons change based on the boon equipped to each attack. the sounds of the arena change depending on the god at the end (if any). Nothing and I mean nothing makes the dopamine go off more than the sound of Hephaestus' boon blasts when I do my fan of knives and they all explode. PING PING PING.

I find myself doing "resource runs" and "story runs." they do overlap. It's tough to only have one harvesting item equipped at a time and I spent so much time looking for silver and looking that my eye has started slipping over the lone spirits who gives you psyche, even when Selene leads me to them lol. I do like that they have her guiding light, but it is subtle. I also like the way you can pin certain items when you're in a run so you can remember what you needed for a recipe.

Unfortunately I did so many harvest runs that I actually got all the recipes before I had a chance to USE forget me not on a run so.... woops on that fated list lol.

We are maybe going to romance Moros or Nemesis (probably both are options?) but maybe not both at the same time? since they're siblings technically (technically) (I wouldn't mind though). I love all these children of nyx and want to protect them and smooch them all.

I think? that Hecate's familiars must be placeholders, since they're just little statues that vibrate when you give them treats. I can't wait to see where they go in the full game.

It's an interesting take on Hestia, that she hates everybody. It makes me wonder if we'll see Hera or not, since I kind of expect that behavior from Hera.

Hephaestus and Demeter and Aphrodite remain my favorite boon givers.

As far as I can tell there is no fishing rod in the playtest but there will be in the full game and I'm excited.

The amount of pets that Mel gets to have is delightful. I love her frog so much.

Hecate is fascinating. She is SUCH a mother, she is SO compassionate to Mel and trying to build her up! She is wry and dry but never cruel or negative. I love her sm. Poor Mel has some low self esteem and understandable doubts and is putting so much pressure on herself. And I really wonder about Hecate's relationship with Persephone and the house of Hades and with nyx. Nemesis says something that makes me wonder if Hecate is innocent. Either way I don't think she'll really be a villain. My heart would break if so. Mel would break.

Mel is so sweet and pure. ;_; and she says "death to chronos" so coldly. When she says "Hence I go" I just hear her as a little baby playing hide and seek with Hecate and it gives me so many feelings.

I want to know about Mel's arm!

I can't wait to see the other regions just from the Crossroads, since there's currently two doors we can't enter.

Fusionfall Headcanons: Boardwalk Bullies

The last thing you'll have to worry about is destroyed sandcastles and salt water splashed in your eyes with this beach bully: You'll be too busy simply running for your life. These fusion monsters appear along in both Orchid Bay and Bravo Beach, waiting for the next victim to crush against the shoals.

As explained in their description, Boardwalk Bullies are primarily made of boat parts and beach gear. These parts include tires, speakers, pieces and engines, and water sports equipment like jet skis. At first glance, it can look like a giant scrap pile, disarming their targets. However, despite the mess of equipment they're fashioned from, their design can actually be pretty sophisticated when compared to other fusion monsters. One example of this is their hands, which are most similar to a human's.

They use their powerful bodies to slam straight into their opponents, crushing them. Besides their armor, their heavy torso and overall large size also makes any attempt to damage them difficult. They have incredibly few weaknesses. From concept art, we see only a few exposed areas on their bodies. Thankfully, these includes certain key points, like the knee, and their smaller, skinnier right hand, but while targeting these areas may handicap the Boardwalk Bullies, it won't take them down.

A soldier's best chance at destroying one of them is to use explosives and/or heavy weaponry. Swords and typical guns aren't really going to do the trick. Ideally, you'll want to target any engine pieces or similar machinery attached to their body. If there is any fuel or gas residue left on these pieces, you can potentially cause them to erupt by firing at them. This can sometimes lead to massive amounts of damage against the Bullies--just be sure you're standing far enough away not to get caught in the blast.

The Bullies have one more disadvantage: They have extremely poor visibility. They have no neck to easily turn their heads and, even if they did, the massive armor guarding their shoulders and the backs of their heads limits their vision still. As such, with careful planning, you can get the jump on them.

To the frustration of everyone at the docks in Orchid Bay, these monsters like to stay closeby, often lurking around the shipping crates. Their main goal seems to be disrupting the large amounts of imports and exports conducted there. Secondly, it's the easiest location for them to secure parts to create more of themselves. Defending shipments against these tanks is a regular duty there.

There is one other variant of this species, the Beach Bully. Despite what they're name implies, they aren't actually found all too close to the water, but rather up near the beach houses overlooking the shore. This is possibly due to wealthy residents who owned boats that were then abandoned during the invasion. The fusion fighters don't have a strong presence in this area aside from some a Monkey Skyway Agent checkpoint, which is what allowed this population to linger. Not having access to the same materials, they tend to be less durable and take a longer time to repair themselves.

These fusion monsters are one of the rarer types that copy the habits of the creatures that inspired their design without any connection to their original purpose. Like actual bullies, it seems that they will steal things like money from others in order to indulge themselves. One key example of this is from the mission "Those are a Few of His Favorite Things," in which the Beach Bullies are caught enjoying ice cream and soda pop after getting Johnny's wallet. The full concept of trade might be hard for them to grasp and it's more than likely that they endangered the vendors they got the food from, but this shows that they have the basic idea down. (If it was Fusion Bubbles that bought it for them after knocking out Johnny, she likely would've kept the wallet on her. Either way, they were caught trying to enjoy the treats despite not even having a visible mouth.)

They're known for being the DJ at every party or any sort of occasion. They wear glasses even with a lack of visual eyes that only very few have seen that being Wally,Eddie, and Julie (when she toys with their hair on play dates) has music for everything and on at anytime at full blast of course but can somehow always hear when their name is called or when they are needed. Friends with everyone, even Frank (since they are determined to make him a perfect playlist)and Home (one-sided)

How they act towards everyone:

Wally Darling: Chill plays music, hangs out with him daily, but doesn't want to enter home what so ever sometimes paints together, but not often since Bo isn't the best painter but is a good drawer

Julie Joyful: One of their best friends does their hair loves when Bo helps out with the garden. She wants them to show their eyes, but that's never gonna willingly happen

Sally Starlet:They are neighbors and have been best friends since Sally's landing. Bo is in control of the music during Sally's plays. And made her a playlist that includes Sally's intro music. They also have fusion shows.

Frank Frankly: they are friends, but Bo is determined to make him a playlist that includes Franks' favorite music and a little bit of Bo's music that isn't well old. He even allowed Bo to make the intro tune for the daily news

Eddie Dear: Kinda has a crush since Eddie signed them up to this music monthly where Bo is given music samples. Although on occasion Eddie has to carry in heavy equipment for Bo but luckily to pay for the heavy lifting Bo given Eddie music lessons and a chance to see their eyes

Howdy Pillar:He's a friend of Bo and a great client since he takes drum and piano lessons from Bo. Also, a great supplier of Bo's favorite soda (which is green apple soda)

Poppy Partridge:Loves to bake with her is like the grandmother of the friend group. With home many baked goods are given and made. Also, the stren talking to when hearing the loud music when placing Bo's headphones on. With the comment of Bo going death.

Barnaby B. Beagle:Loves dogs. Loves jokes they are given a great seat during his comedy acts since Bo plays the commonly known drum audio. They have given him a playlist or two when he's cranky while also enjoying his hugs

After several songs and many screams and a break the band's performance was about to come to an end, everyone was sweaty from moving so much, especially Wayne who was soaked, his hair was stuck on his forehead and his clothes were sticking to his body, the boy took a long drink of water before approaching the microphone again

" If you guys are liking the show gimme a scream!" The dirt blonde screamed into de microphone as the crowd screamed after him, he took another sip of water before continuing, "im Wayne Samuells lead guitarist and vocal of bedheads" the crowd screamed again "you guys know our drummer Ricky" he pointed to the drummer that fixed his hair and smirking

"But Tonight we got a surprise guest" lev said making the crowd scream lounder, "You guys might already notice who is cuz she's pretty famous- real famous actually, you guys are ready?" They could hear screams so excited that the hole street might have heard

The crowd screamed and cheered by seeing the girl was on stage, no one else except the saff knew she'b there and It was great that It wasnt annouced because in this moment people were going Crazy for the fact that she was there and that She was dating the leader of a punk underground Band

"now we gonna play our last song," the crowd Let out a frustrated sigh loud enough for the singer to hear. " I know, we also wanted to stay and play more but we need'a rest, expecially my girl that already did a gig Tonight" he smirked at the Bass player beside him and turned his eyes to the crowd once again

" so this song, many of you guys might know this one but we'll make a little more us" he looked at the girl and both were grinning widelly to each other "here goes i wanna be your dog by the stoogers !"

Lev screamed and they started playing, he moved his fingers across the strings with precision as he sang, his voice was incredibly mesmerizing, in perfect pitch and his face showed satisfaction and euphoria throughout the song.

The audience screamed and danced, following the euphoria that emanated from the stage, throughout the song wayne and june looked at each other and teased each other in various ways, some with sexual overtones and others just standing next to each other playing their instruments collectively.
