In Napa... we are always drinking happy thoughts. 🍷 Hey Belleza, It’s been a hectic few weeks to say the least and cray cray year. I am just so thankful to have my love ones to bring a smile to my face during this crazy times we are all living (Covid, fires wind now elections!!!) and thanks to some yummy #napa vinito. I am still a bit MIA since I am spending all my time falling in love with my mini me aka baby 👶🏼 Matteo. I’ve been working from home too so it’s been quite hectic but I love to be busy so it’s not a complaint OJO. If there is anything I’ve learned this year is to really be in the moment. So when you are with your loved ones turn OFF your cell phone. I know it sounds silly coming from me that I love to IG, Story and post but it is necessary. Your mind needs to rest too. I am actually past my curfew. I decided to lock all apps after 9:30pm and back on after 8am this includes emails and text messages. Que tal! Have you ever tried that? Just disconnect? I did it while I was getting ready to go thru my #IVF cycles and implantation. A few weeks backs while watching #socialdilemmaonnetflix I remembered I limited my screen time. I also do some clean up and get rid of apps I don’t use or take too much of my valuable time. Tell me Bella, what puts a smile on your face and how do you disconnect to live more in the moment?
