The LA fires got me thinking…Dahlia’s in California. I’d assume the lower parts of it or somewhere around that part of Cali—so keeping in mind all that—would there be magic users out and about helping people? Or would that break covert? In a disaster-ish setting it also makes me wonder if D.U.M.P.’s got emergency assistance for cases like that. And then just alter memories afterward and stuff.

I dunno! An Emergency D.U.M.P. Rescue Group would be cool in concept. With how crazy the weather gets with random flash floods and bush fires—can you imagine how helpful elementals could be??
