#meg is rambling#so. on your birthday in acnh you get a letter from your character's mum.#and it says 'maybe it's time to give broccoli another go?' and 'no matter what you'll always be my baby'#and those two lines hit me like a tonne of fucking bricks.#it's been just over 2 months since my mum died. and i never liked broccoli. and just. yeah. that hit hard.#i completely forgot about that letter so it kinda blindsided me when i saw it and read it
