in regards to my last reblog i think it's important to note that just because a certain blog/person has multiple references, years of experience, and tumblr popularity doesn't automatically deem them as safe. predators are very good at hiding & you should always trust your gut and leave if you feel unsafe or like something is wrong.
#didnt wanna say it on nyx's post but it needs to be said#ive had my own bad experience with a 'popular' 'experienced' tumblr blog user that ive never spoken about because of the backlash i'd get#and this was after thorough vetting and speaking with references#so yeah tl;dr your faves are problematic and dont trust anyone jus cuz they say theyre experienced or whatever#stay safe out here people. its a cold world
