alr ignore everything i said im fine
#can’t remember how many posts i made abt that but after hysterically crying/having an anxiety attack in the shower#+ smoking the majority of a cigarette which i’m almost definitely allergic to#i’m fine#the weird dizzy affect i get calms me down in the moment#so i am not at risk of anything but possibly getting in major trouble if one of my parents decides to go into my bathroom before the smell#clears away#and i’ve managed to get myself to a point where i’m almost definitely not gonna throw up#so yeah might write a fanfic to try nd cope or i might just sleep idk#my short term problems r solved even if my long term ones rlly arent#it’s almost 2am rn ignore me#ryan shut the fuck up
