It's called Final Fantasy and there's fifteen of them? That doesn't sound very Final to me.

Fifteen main title games. If you want the actual number of Final Fantasy games there's like 40+ of them awraxa. The story behind the title of final fantasy is bittersweet, the father of final fantasy Sakaguchi-San named it that because back then Square Soft (they rebranded to Square Enix now) was not doing cash money and they were about to go bankrupt. Sakaguchi-San was gonna leave as well so they were like lets let this game be our last hoorah and lo' and behold the first Final Fantasy game was a complete hit. And the rest is history.

IMPORTANT FOR DISSIDIA INTERACTIONS! (this will be vague so it does not overlap too badly with anybody else’s canon in Dissidia)

Locke did NOT leave World B and leave a “crystal-version” clone of himself forged from what memories he did recall behind. The actual Locke STAYED.

NT clearly doesn’t know what the heck it’s doing SO Locke’s memories go up to the world of balance. To be more specific the moment Terra transformed into an esper and flew off. When he and co. are looking for her. So before reuniting with/finding her in Zozo.

He DID arrive via the phantom train HALF-DEAD. Because being inside the phantom train (especially midst a rift) does try to drain the living. His half-dead state is the reason for his amnesia. 

Locke’s memories do not come back instantly. At the end of the audio all I’m taking is that he remembers HIS NAME and recalls that for some reason he felt panicked and in a rush, but that’s it. No detailing whatsoever. Everything up until Terra transforming into an esper slowly returns to him when he’s situated in world B.

If he’s called “John” he’ll respond. It doesn’t bother him. He’ll probably make fun of Squall for picking such a name for him though awraxa.

I think one of my favorite things to portray writing wise is when Wanderer/Scaramouche gets offended cause when he gets offended, he takes that shit so personally. It's just so much fun to convey in writing to me. I can paint so many different things with words.
