A devil enters a fairy ring and pulls out a ridiculously large contract from their briefcase. "I've come to bargain."
#the devil is tasked with bargaining for a soul of the fae#for it has never been done before#if it was straightforward then the devil would be successful#afterall the devil is in the details#but the trouble is getting the fairy to sit down long enough to read the entire contract#fairies are creatures of whimsy and will grownbored quickly when faced with legal jargon#so then the devil proceeds to keep pestering the fairy who keeps wandering off and getting distracted#the fairy is like “cant we just eat cake? comd dance with me!”#and as the fairy drags the devil along#the devil finds themself slowly falling in love
