i got two posts about the demon show that i stopped watching a year ago. what did i come back to???
#[just me yapping]#im kinda convinced that its just sexist writing - given the treatment of stella compared to stolas#the male characters can be as emotional as they want but that makes them misunderstood “nuanced” babies 🥺🥺#but viv doesnt give that leniency to stella - which is odd because the characters being not perfect is the focus#so the audience has to conclude with “oh she was always this terrible” because thats all viv gave them#it wouldnt be a noticable thing if she developed the other female characters.. but she doesn't.
