I’m gonna have a mental breakdown. Can’t explain good but hate having a problem related to neurodivergence that I experience uniquely and can’t find help bc NO ONE HAS MY SPECIFIC MIX OF ISSUES
#sleep hard#whole body itchy blankets feel bad too hot#put hair in bonnet but move a lot#I mean a lot like I used to wake up with huge tangles in my hair#but bc of thyroid prob I lose a lot of hair (or maybe another fun problem) and constantly have baby hairs#so no matter how I wear the bonnet I’m still itchy#feel like no matter how I lay I can’t breathe#I hate feeling a mild breeze on me but being completely engulfed in the blankets makes me hot
