What does Strip make of Chick's relationship with Cal?

strip is kinda just in shock about the whole thing

like. he loves and supports cal with his whole heart. he wants his nephew to be happy

but chick hicks is the one man in the entire world that he doesnt want anywhere near cal

hes very very very worried and scared for cal, and no matter how hard cal tries to explain that theres more to chick or whatever, strip will never be reassured

god. strip feels awful about it, cal feels awful about it, chick feels awful about it, its all very messy with these three
