me yesterday: im gonna knuckle down and really focus at work tomorrow!! im not gonna get distracted!! im gonna do my research and start fixing th eproblem that i keep getting yelled at to fix >:)

#mine #nobodys actually yelling at me to do anything. i think im just yelling at myself #like. yelling at my adhd. because im taking my medicine but im still not Doing anything #so maybe im yelling at my laziness and my desire to looka t Fun stuff instead of serious stuff #or i Feel like someone should be yelling at me. so im grabbing myself by the shoulders and shaking myself and screaming WHAT ARE U DOING.#WHY. WHY SPONGEBOB. WHY DID U SET ME ON FIRE SPONGEBOB? WHY DIDNT U JUST WRITE UR ESSAY?? STOP WASTING TIIIIIIIIIIME #something to that effect.
