i dont want to give Everything away because i’ll probably be drawing more of it but the basic jist is well. it’s what it says on the tin!! it’s a goofy au where polites randomly wakes up in antinous’ body after chilling in the underworld for years. So he has to start roleplaying as antinous while Actual antinous is there like “GIVE ME MY BODY” (which he can’t really do anything about but he doesn’t have to know that does he). In the meantime he tries to wean the suitors off the path of violence and builds a connection with Penelope and Telemachus because he sees it as his responsibility to take care of them while Ody’s gone and also because Telemachus is just a little guy…he doesn’t have a dad…Oops I think I’m his uncle now. Or so he thinks (cause he’d never wanna replace Ody EVER), but because Telemachus never met his dad before, he thinks of Politinous as his father figure…

Meanwhile since Antinous may or may not have figured out that Polites cant do anything about the bodyswap thing hes like “Go be evil. Take the throne. Do stuff” and Polites is like. “No actually,.” and then theyre like

POLITES:  You should know that this life would be better if you’d greet it with open arms. ANTINOUS: And you should know this world doesn’t give presents for being good.

and that’s all for now since i’m still figuring stuff out and all that stuff haha

POLITES: If you want her,  You can’t be in it for the throne — you have to be in it for her heart. Know you can never replace him. Can you do that, Antinous?
