#sui stuff is a huuuuuge twigger for me#i typo'd that and thought abt changing but idc-#anyway-#so its rly exhaustive to me to talk ppl out of sui ideation#but just know that i rly care you all and so do all ur friends and ur f/os#ur brain is just bullying itself :(#its mean.. kicks it like a soccerball /j /j#dont listen to the bad thoughts though okay they are not true at all#there will come a day where they do not sting or suppress you as much i prommy#life is a rollercoaster all the time#so while the dips may be low just remember there are also highs#and as always: happiness is a choice. you have to let yourself be happy#because you deserve to fell that way however fleeting that feeling may be#let it roll over you like a gentle wave
