vague verse details a tl;dr

pre - season 1. being the top student of the academy, being favored and eyed by heimerdinger, the council, and the kirammans, he researches hextech illegally, taking several trips down to zaun to get parts he needs. he tries not stick around longer than what he needs but sometimes curiosity does get the better of him. maybe some exploration wouldn't hurt... right?

post - season 2 v1. under the timeline viktor had disappeared via the hexcore leaving jayce behind. a lot of factors are in play here: despite helping to fight back against the noxian invasion and due how volatile hextech had became along with previous heavy partnership with viktor, he was automatically guilty by association even with the hexcore now destroyed. the damage had already been done being imprisoned in still water indefinitely until they decided what they wanted to do with him. however, outside sources aided in his freedom right under the wardens noses. it didn't take long for them to realize he had been released and upon finding out, he is now a wanted criminal in piltover.

for now, he resides in bilgewater trying to recover / rebuild what he had lost while housing survivors guilt. his next destination: mount targon. time for his own side quests.

post - season 2 v2. affiliated with @toaugment's viktor and leans towards jayce's original lore. lives as the official defender of tomorrow when viktor escapes to zaun after his near death escape with the explosion in the council room, helping him heal via augments rather than the hexcore.

final fantasy 15. born in nifelheim (might change to lucis, his scientific discovery got the eye of the king, which he was gifted magic arms) but with its war with lucis and experiences, fights for lucis instead even when he helped aid in magiteck; to be changed.
