Sometimes it takes watching an entirely different anime to understand a bit in your favourite anime
#novas thoughts and ramblings#so im watching dandadan and about halfway through episode three it struck me why “dash granny” is an urban legend in mp100#it seems to be based in real folklore that i simply wasnt aware of by nature of not being japanese#just did a bit of googling it looks like its a relatively modern piece of folklore which does make it an urban legend#interesting
