nothing like breaking a month long reading slump by reading 300 pages in a day
#text post#what broke the reading slump you might ask?#i signed up for a summer reading program through my local library and it's to read 900 mins in 2 months#which amounts to 15 minutes of reading a day#and my brain went 'i doubt they keep track of who reads the most minutes.... but it COULD be me'#and here we are#so I've now read 259 of my 900 minutes lmao#i read about a page a minute#but also im going to a book launch event on tuesday for the 3rd book in a trilogy and the month long reading slump in may#means i now have until june 4th to cram books one and two in preparation#i read book one when i first came out 4 years ago and then didn't get around to reading book two when it came out#and at this point i need a book one refresher before i can read book 2#so im cramming a little under 850 pages 3 days lol#i read book one when IT first came out. not i. i came out like 8 years ago
