Hi!! Could I know what emulator you’re using? I’ve been really wanting to play romhacks but have little know how on emulators. OTL I wanna play the pokemans so bad.

just as an aside, if you're interested in emulators in general, i'd recommend downloading retroarch through steam, which is free (and contains melonDS), which is how i play ps1 games. it's like a library of emulation software, with the downside being a steeper learning curve. if you just want to play pokemon with romhacks, downloading melon by itself is fine.

many emulators (including melon) will ask you to provide BIOS files, or they won't work. it's easy to set up, you just point it to one you've downloaded when prompted to. downloading them is where the problems start, because punching in something like 'ps2 BIOS' brings up a lot of shady websites. i recommend consulting the emulator wiki BIOS repository page, when you find you need them.

lastly, for patching roms, i use rompatcherjs, a browser tool. hope these help!
