the thing with solas is that. i don’t think variwyn could fix him. but i think mirisa COULD
#oc: variwyn lavellan#oc: mirisa lavellan#dragon age#i can’t do a mirisa run bc she’d make all the same choices as vari BUT#she’s gentler and more forgiving and more naive than vari#and vari is angry and pent-up and holds a grudge unlike mirisa#so if mirisa were inquisitor. a) i think she’d accidentally get clan lavellan killed but that’s a whole other can of worms#and b) i think she’d latch onto solas (probably not even romantically bc she doesn’t have vari’s daddy issues) and want to understand him#and after clan lavellan’s loss she would go full Dalish Messiah and start actively reaching out to other elves post-game#once she knows solas’ deal - and i think she’d figure it out faster than variwyn bc she’s even more of a history nerd#anyway i was just listening to spectrum by florence and thinking about mirisa as the anti-dreadwolf#just so full of love for the world and determined to save everyone - including her sad weird ancient elf friend - from the fall of the veil#for context. mirisa is my lavellan’s best friend and the clan’s first in my worldstate#i love having non-protag dragon age ocs yippeee
