sal deluca is such a special little guy to me. he's brash and mouthy and comes off rude but he cares about his coworkers. he's a natural leader and an asshole. his respect is earned, not given. he's level-headed and competent but he'll take stupid risks to save a life. i want to put him in a microwave.
