(7) April coming to the horrifying realization that something is wrong with Donnie (He's not stimming!). (8) Special guest appearance of Leatherhead! (9) on one hand, Donnie might have symbolic ties binding him to the kraang that are trying to fully take him over. On the other hand, he finally made contact with his twin! Even if it's in the mindscape/spiritual plane. (10) Raph also gets a spiritual meet and greet with Leo! And some horrible trauma from what happened immediately before that but shush, it's fine!
