my contract ended for my internet and now i feel like a ping pong ball in a match between shaw and telus. i have 2 wifi routers in my house.
#shaw called and offered me a gb for $65 + netflix + youtube premium#so i said yaaay yay yay and signed a contract w them and they came and installed it today but it is NOT fibre and i thought it was#and when i asked the technician ab the netflix + youtube premium he said uhhhh we dont do that.#so i called shaw support and they said uhh we dont do that. ok.....#so i called to cancel my telus and they saiiid nooo ryan dont leave us we love u. they called me a telus loyalty customer. ok...#and they offered me a gb of fibre for $52.60. yay!!!!#so now i have to call shaw again and cancel the wifi i just had installed.#feeling like. an adult. i also bargained my phone plan lower by literally just saying ummm. can i pay less.#and they gave me 150gb unlimited data for $75. crazy
