Look what I found in a local hardware store! 🥰✨ The Thai Beauty looks a little beat up, but for 1,99€ each you can't go wrong. I've been thinking about adding a Fusion White to my collection again, since humidity is pretty high in this apartment and almost no issues with pests for the last 1,5 years, but didn't even think it was possible to find such a tiny one, and I don't have the space for a big one (let alone 2). And now I not only found a tiny Fusion White but also a tiny Thai Beauty?! If that's not fate idk what is 😁✨
#calathea#calathea fusion white#calathea thai beauty#I will forever be calling them Calatheas lol#for me that's part of the appeal it just sounds so beautiful and it's very fitting 😂#goeppertia#idk that just doesn't do it for me XD#anyway#so happy to have both of them bean in my collection 😭💕#i've missed them so much#let's hope they'll thrive for a long time ✨#no need to grow big or anything I just want them to be happy and healthy ❤️#calathea louisae#calathea lietzei

Yaaaay! I’m glad you do because little!Eddie has just been living rent free in my head since I read Squeaky Toy. Could you imagine cg!Reader finding out Eddie never had an Easter Egg hunt? Or decorate eggs? Not even a single book about the Easter bunny was read to Eddie. His dad didn’t care about that stuff nor had the time and patience for it, so he ended up just watching the other kids his age have all the fun. And by the time Eddie was permanently living with his Uncle, Wayne thought someone his age (10+) would be uninterested. On top of that, he couldn’t really afford to buy anything either due to the bills. Years pass by, little!Eddie’s caregiver finds out it was quite the opposite when he tearfully admitted to having liked the idea of some of the Easter activities (big!Eddie wouldn’t have said anything about it despite his caregiver letting him know at the start of their relationship that it was okay and very important to open up about what he needs or wants). And he was always a bit jealous hearing his friends talking about how embarrassing it was that their parents continued making them do these “kiddie” Easter activities. It was only a day or so before Sunday when he opened up about his interest so, cg!Reader goes and gets pretty much all the bargain things they could get their hands on to surprise him with—chocolate, paint, eggs, a few bedtime stories, everything that Eddie missed out on was snatched up before a bargain hunter got their hands on it. The important day comes quickly and cg!Reader happily wakes Eddie with bunny shaped chocolate chip pancakes and eggs scrambled just the way he likes. He’d been in little space off and on that week, needing to be grounded quite a bit coming up to the holiday so, it was easy for him to regress after eating breakfast. All day, they went about their Easter Sunday, cg!Reader surprising him with something new—the biggest and best part being, of course, the egg hunt they’d set up both in the backyard and in the living room. Just imagine the happiness on his face every time he opened up one he found and seeing his favorite candy falling out 😭 The day of fun ends with a bedtime story, a belly full of ham and mashed potatoes and green beans, and lots and lots of snuggles and kisses and big!Eddie thanking her for making it the best Easter Sunday he’s ever had while the Reader promises an even better one next year.
Am actually tearing up that was so sweet 😫 anon I love your brain!!
I would absolutely adore to spoil little Eddie at Easter! You're right, his face would light up with every new surprise. When Eddie is big, he gives off such trash panda 'lemmie collect all the things' energy, so little Eddie would be even worse haha, and just hoard everything you give him and everything he finds on the hunt! By the end of the day he would have a basket full of bunnies and chocolate that he'd be almost cuddling to his chest, not wanting to part with such a sentimental day.
And Wayne would look upon the whole thing with so much fondness, grateful that you are finally giving Eddie's inner child what Wayne never could 🥺💕
