Unironically he didnt even have to force them to get married, they ended up having a romance themselves because Erik (the neighbor) kept coming to the mansion and randomly putting dishes on the floor until eventually trapping charles and then he had a hissy fit so after Peter removed the plates charles went next door and randomly read a book because peter didnt want to buy it but erik already had it- and turns out erik was impressed by that so he asked him to go out and now erik just wont leave the mansion despite their date being 5 days ago ingame.
