if yun tianming/cheng xin is the one thing that gets me actively writing again i will be seen on the news
#OUGHHHHHHHHHHH this is so annoying as hell barely anyone likes cheng.xin in cn fandom because whatever mr liu cixin sucks writing women#and she made the wrong decisions or whatever idk i get the impression most people generally just dislike her </////////3#so as a side effect there's barely any cheng/yun ship stuff there..... criessssssssssss#basically i have to cook my own food ..... how devastating#simply daydreaming scenarios in my head because its hard to write fanfic for series with specific lore (science... physics... i cannot)#it feels like i've been stuck on this stupid ass book forever ive just been liveblogging my screaming crying etc about it#'characters are flat' yadda yadda (valid criticism) but consider i cant get over them!!! ;;;;;; they're not flat and they have happy ending#in my head#i'm so <///3#daily logs#my other gripe is that for whatever reason every single artist draws tianming and cheng.xin to look similar enough to be genderbends of e/o#before reading book 3 i thought they were just a trans character before i was like oh these two are separate#this observation is neither here nor there i just wish they made xin look more ? idk diff i guess. shes too gentle and silent in some art
