Has anyone whining abt the Scottish hate speech thing actually read the proposal or is it just me
#the wording implies essentially that using violent language to get ur point across is what moves a comment#from ‘protest’ to ‘attack’ of another person#so all the Trans Flag Anime Pfps who talk abt killing terfs or whatever r immediately up for charges#while ppl who r complaining about it most hav enough money + influence to never Hav to resort to violent language#they can continue 2 excessive funding of services that r bigoted + hav enough influence that they don’t Need to do anything#spread enough misinformation that doesn’t feature non-violent language + smn else will commit hate crimes for u#idk why terfs r complaining abt this 1 fr. unless u hav literally nothing better to do than send threats to ppl online ur in the clear
