Retopology is a certain kind of hell
#originally I started with the BSurfaces Mod addon. not great but whatever#and then when I went to make a new mesh for a different object it just. would not#so I moved onto PolyQuilt which is great! love it! but I don't think its quite up to date for blender 4.1#so it crashes when I try to edge extrude#but if I don't edge extrude sometimes it'll make triangles instead of quads. pain and suffering on planet earth
