Essentially, the relation between Anti-Entropy and Honkai energy (AKA "Imaginary Internal Energy") is that both seem to rise together. In other words, entropy and Honkai energy are inversely proportional, and Anti-Entropy is its own thing in Hi3 lore that's the opposite of entropy (yaknow like an anti-particle?).

As a civilization grows, it increases its own Anti-Entropy, which in turn elicits a proportional growth of Imaginary energy within Imaginary space. Once that reaches a critical point, an Imaginary bleed can occur, where space rips open and Honkai energy flows from Imaginary space into the real world.

That's when the monsters show up.

Also, Civilization is something like a Crystallization of Honkai so busting open the creations of Civilization releases Honkai.
