The worst part about making a playlist as a dj is trying to put all the songs in an order that flow together and trying to be like ‘if I fade this out here and start this song at this point that will be great!’
#personal#its fun too cause like. a lot of modern djs do beat matching and shit#but I was trained by an OLD SCHOOL dj#so EVERYTHING I do is based on RYTHEM and TONE#which is a lot harder to blend lmao#but also also - Im not a club dj. Im an event dj#which means my music isn’t supposed to have abrupt changes and drops#my music is supposed to all just flow together and be one continuous party with never ending sound that just blends together
