I was watching 90′s Adventures from Moominvalley and then was this moment where Snufkin and Moomin looked at each others and then closed their eyes. I just could not stand there and do nothing about it, so I took screenshots and went to photoshop.

I’m curious about upcoming Moominvalley TV series and how it will turn out. From description it looks like that most attention will be on Moomintroll, but clips show that series will be rather faithful to the books.

When it goes to animation I’m mixed. I like the atmosphere, but models, especially when characters don’t move, look like collectable toys. Not to mention I see some inspirations from ‘90 anime, but I’m probably mistaken.

Snufnin’s model looks OK, but his clothes are to bright for my taste. I’m especially looking forward to see how he will be portrayed.
